dagogical factors that shape students’ academic endurance. Findings indicate that academic resilience among santri develops through the interaction of self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, self-regulation skills, and social support from peers, teachers, and dormitory caregivers. The disciplined, communal, and religious environment of pesantren strengthens adaptive coping mechanisms, particularly in managing academic pressure, demanding study schedules, and religious obligations. International literature highlights that interpersonal support and religious culture enhance students’ psychological resilience and academic engagement. Moreover, spiritual routines such as prayer and scriptural study function as emotional regulation tools that promote mental stability. The review also reveals that pesantren’s intensive instructional methods foster long-term academic perseverance, although they may increase stress when not accompanied by adequate social support. Overall, this study underscores that academic resilience among santri is a product of the holistic ecology of Islamic boarding school education. Therefore, strengthening resilience requires integrated strategies that simultaneously develop psychological, social, and spiritual capacities.

Stunting is a growth and development disorder characterized by a child's height that is not appropriate for their age. This study aims to analyze the performance of the family support team in an effort to reduce the incidence of stunting and the factors that influence the performance of the family support team. This study uses a qualitative method using a purposive sampling technique with 38 informants, through interviews, focus group discussions, observations and document reviews. The results of the study revealed that the indicators of the quality and quantity of TPK work in West Sumatra Province that were not in accordance with expectations were neatness, success capability, speed, work results, facilities and infrastructure and coordination between agencies where reports were not in accordance with the existing family system data in the BKKBN application caused by the lack of TPK knowledge in using the elsimil application and four indicators of the national sensitive intervention program were not achieved from the predetermined targets and the increase in stunting cases. Factors that influence TPK performance are the support and commitment of the government and the community, the existence of programs that have a direct impact on the community and, socialization that changes community behavior to care about stunting prevention programs, strengthening the competence of TPK cadres, strengthening convergence and multi-stakeholder involvement, integrated monitoring and evaluation and utilization of stunting risk family data in handling stunting cases.

ability of a family to adapt, overcome problems, and face pressure from within and outside so that it can continue to function harmoniously and achieve the well-being of its membersThe purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the stunting reduction acceleration program policy with the Population and Family Development Program at the BKKBN Representative Office of West Sumatra Province in accordance with Presidential Regulation Number 72 of 2021 concerning the acceleration of stunting reduction. The research method used a qualitative approach with policy studies. The research informants numbered 28 people with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions and document reviews. The results of the research on the input component, namely Policy, human resources, facilities and infrastructure and funds for the stunting reduction acceleration program did not comply with the provisions. The process component, namely the suboptimal assistance and intervention by the Stunting Officer Unit, Technical Assistant and the family assistance team in utilizing data on families at risk of stunting and the lack of commitment and synergy between the Central, regional and village governments in implementing the acceleration of stunting reduction convention. The output component, namely the national sensitive intervention program indicators have not met the national target, the outcome component, namely Some of the main indicators of the family development population program have not reached the specified target and stunting cases have increased and are above the national target, the need to strengthen the synergy and commitment of the regional government and increase the knowledge and commitment of the family assistance team in implementing the stunting program. The conclusion is that the implementation of the accelerated stunting reduction program is in accordance with regulations, but is not yet optimal in terms of policy, human resources, facilities and infrastructure, and financing. Coordination and collaboration between the government and the community, optimization of data on families at risk of stunting, and regular monitoring and evaluation are needed.

One of the most disruptive technological innovations that has become the primary focus in educational transformation is Artificial Intelligence (AI), which has demonstrated extraordinary potential in revolutionizing various aspects of learning management through sophisticated adaptive capabilities, deep learning personalization, and comprehensive administrative automation. This research aims to comprehensively and systematically examine the multidimensional role of AI in enhancing the quality of learning management in the digital era, with in-depth analytical focus on three fundamental pillars: strategic learning planning, pedagogical process implementation, and learning outcome evaluation. The research methodology employs a rigorous Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, analyzing over 150 high-quality scientific articles from leading national and international journals published between 2014-2024, utilizing a thematic synthesis framework to identify emergent patterns and significant trends in AI implementation in education. Research findings reveal that AI implementation in learning management produces multifaceted transformative impacts, including significant improvements in pedagogical decision-making quality through predictive analytics and data-driven insights, strengthening the strategic role of teachers as adaptive and responsive learning facilitators, and expanding democratic learning accessibility through adaptive learning systems and intelligent tutoring systems technologies. AI has also proven effective in optimizing educational resource allocation, enhancing student engagement through intelligent gamification, and facilitating inclusive and equitable learning.
However, this research also identifies complex challenges that must be addressed in AI implementation, including significant technological infrastructure gaps particularly in remote areas, limitations in educators' digital literacy affecting technology adoption, and ethics and data privacy issues requiring comprehensive regulatory frameworks. The study highlights how traditional theories such as Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT) and Image Repair Theory (IRT) must be adapted to meet the demands of real-time, interactive, and ethically sensitive digital spaces. Through comparative analysis of successful and failed crisis responses—including global cases such as United Airlines and local cases such as Tokopedia—the research reveals that timely, transparent, and empathetic communication on social media significantly influences public perception and corporate reputation recovery. The findings emphasize that a well-designed digital crisis strategy must integrate technical responsiveness with human-centric values to restore trust and sustain long-term relationships with stakeholders.

—continuous improvement and quality assurance—are often discussed separately, despite their fundamentally synergistic relationship. This study aims to conceptually examine the integration of continuous improvement and quality assurance in the context of PAI, addressing how both frameworks can be operationalized simultaneously to improve the quality of PAI delivery. Using a systematic literature review method through Google Scholar and Publish or Perish (PoP) for the 2019–2026 period, 25 relevant articles were analyzed from 80 initial findings. The results show that quality assurance functions as a holding system that establishes standards, while continuous improvement acts as a driving force encouraging innovation and adaptation. However, in PAI practice, tension exists between standard compliance (QA) and the need for dynamic change (CI). This article offers an integrative framework called the Adaptive Quality Cycle (AQC), combining the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle with Islamic principles such as muhasabah (self-evaluation), tahsin (continuous improvement), and itqan (professionalism). This integration is key for PAI institutions to not only meet minimum standards but also continuously develop dynamically without losing their Islamic identity.

This research aims to explore the challenges faced by Mechanical Engineering Education (PTM) students in maintaining Islamic discipline amid high academic demands. The method used is a Literature Review with a critical approach, which collects and analyzes various literature to identify gaps in knowledge. The main findings reveal that the primary challenges include the decline of ethical values such as honesty due to the impact of social changes and technological advancements, the risk of weakened character caused by the influence of global secular culture, and the heavy curriculum burden that leads to mental and physical exhaustion as well as conflicts between academic schedules and religious obligations. Furthermore, students' excessive focus on achieving high GPA and technical skills often neglects moral development, compounded by the lack of integration of the ta’dib concept and insufficient support from social environments that can enforce discipline. Therefore, a holistic and integrated solution is necessary to make Islamic ethics the foundation of academic and professional behavior,balancing technical expertise and spiritual aspects so that PTM students can become competent individuals with strong Islamic character.
