surance in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive relationship approach. Determination of the sample in this study was carried out by calculating using the Bernoulli formula, with a total of 384 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study show that financial literacy (X1) and product quality (X2) do not have a significant effect on buying interest (Y) where the p-values of both variables are <0.05. Other findings also state that Gender (Z) does not significantly moderate financial literacy and product quality. The conclusion of this study is that the factors that make generation Z interested in buying insurance products are influenced by their perceptions of financial literacy and product quality. More specifically, the perception of product quality factors has a significant and positive influence on generation Z's interest in buying life insurance products in Indonesia. The findings show that of the two variables, product quality can be the strongest predictor in predicting generation Z's interest in purchasing life insurance products. Financial literacy cannot significantly predict generation Z's interest in purchasing insurance products.

Out of a population of 433 university students, 115 respondents were selected as the sample. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 26 and Microsoft Excel 2021. The results indicate that both brand image and flash sale promotions significantly influence consumer impulsive buying behavior, both partially and simultaneously. These findings highlight the importance of optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance impulsive purchasing behavior in the e-commerce sector.

Using an integrative literature review method, this study synthesized findings from scientific and Islamic sources retrieved from databases including PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar from 2015 to 2025. The findings reveal that fasting positively affects systemic inflammation reduction, improved insulin sensitivity, metabolic regulation, and the prevention of premature aging and degenerative diseases. Moreover, fasting strengthens psychological and spiritual dimensions, supporting mental health and enhancing emotional resilience. This synergy between biological and spiritual benefits highlights fasting as a holistic health strategy. The study affirms that Islamic values align with modern preventive health principles and offer a solid foundation for spiritually based health promotion. Further research is recommended to evaluate specific biomarkers related to fasting-induced cell regeneration.

caused by a misunderstanding of the message of religious tolerance, which causes its adherents to appear with different faces. Therefore, the Qur'an explains what tolerance really is in Islamic teachings. Based on this problem, the researcher is interested in conducting a comparative analysis of how the interpretations of Hamka and Ali As-Ṣabūnī are related to religious tolerance, as well as the strengthening of the socio-historical background of both of them towards this interpretation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a comparative study method. Data collection consists of literature studies and observations. Descriptive analysis is used in the comparative analysis method. Lucien Goldmann's genetic structuralism theory is one of the theories used to strengthen research as a surgical tool. This theory explains that a work or text is the work of its own author, along with the historical reality that conditions the emergence of the work or text. To improve the analysis of this research, discussions of scholars and interpreters of the verses of the Qur'an related to religious tolerance are also used. Research shows that Hamka and Ali As-Ṣabūnī generally agree that coercion in embracing religion is not allowed. However, Hamka directs the meaning of religious tolerance with the applicable conditions and limitations. This study also refers to the theory of genetic structure which states that the tendency of general and specific interpretations of poems on religious tolerance cannot be separated from the socio-historical context of each community in which the two figures lived. This assumption is that the works of the two figures are not only personal works, but also the works of their respective communities and the social and historical realities of their respective times.

The Findings in this research show that students require strong skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening, especially to understand international literature, compose academic and legal documents, and participate in global discourse. However, students face major obstacles such as limited vocabulary rela ted to Sharia and economic terminology, and a lack of confidence in speaking due to minimal exposure. Despite these challenges, students demonstrate high motivation to improve their English for academic advancement and career opportunities. The usefulness of this research is to enrich the scientific paradigm in the field of Islamic Education Management, specifically in the study of Human Resource Management.This research is qualitative, employing interviews and observations as its methods. The research informants consist of madrasah principals and stakeholders, particularly educators and education staff at Madrasah Aliyah in Riau Province. Data collection techniques include interviews and observations, using data collection instruments as interview guidelines. The collected data is then analyzed.The findings of the study are as follows:(1) The planning conducted by the madrasah principal involves policy formulation through deliberations, discussions, and meetings with stakeholders, including vice principals, educators, education staff, and even parents, during the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Policies to enhance the competency and commitment of principals and educators are implemented through workshops, training sessions, and seminars.(2) The organization of work procedures by the madrasah principal includes direct coordination with teachers, delegation of duties to vice principals, clear job specifications, and structured task distribution based on the organizational hierarchy.(3) The management of stakeholder performance, particularly educators and education staff, focuses on self-competence, commitment, self-motivation, perseverance, humanity, economic factors, salaries, certifications, and effective leadership by the madrasah principal, including teacher development programs.(4) The supervision of stakeholder performance by the madrasah principal follows an open system monitoring model, which includes input, process, output, and outcome. The input refers to educators with at least a bachelor's or master's degree specializing in the required field of education. The process involves training, education, and supervision by the principal. The output is reflected in the quality of services provided to both internal and external stakeholders of the madrasah. The outcome is the achievement of organizational goals and the improvement of madrasah quality.Based on the research findings, it is concluded that the managerial competencies of madrasah principals enhance the commitment of Madrasah Aliyah stakeholders in Riau Province. Recommendations are proposed to the Provincial and District Education Offices to develop training programs for madrasah principals and stakeholders.

After obtaining the data from the downloaded videos, the theories of Poplack (1980), Gumperz (1982), and Myers-Scotton (1998) were used to analyze the data. The discoveries uncovered that the three sorts of code-switching, the intra-sentential code-switching, the between sentential code-switching and the extra-sentential code-switching existed. The intra-sentential code-switching, which is thought to be the more complex of the three, was used the most frequently in verbal communication. Quote marking, addressee specification, interjections, reiteration, message qualification, personalization versus objectivization, topic switch, affective function, expressive, phatic, metalinguist, and directive were also identified as twelve functions of code-switching. Predominant was the reiteration function. In the meantime, the social triggers of code-switching were identified as the sequence unmarked choice maxim and the deference choice maxim.
