by shifting toward a Business-to-Business (B2B) Digital model to maintain relevance amidst increasingly competitive and dynamic global business competition. This shifting phenomenon demands comprehensive internal readiness, particularly regarding resource orchestration and marketing ambidexterity maturity to balance traditional connectivity business with the exploration of high-value digital service innovation. This research employs a quantitative methodology with descriptive and causal approaches to dissect and objectively measure the level of organizational readiness in facing such market disruptions. Primary data collection was conducted with 385 respondents consisting of employees and strategic stakeholders involved in the transformation process at PT Telkom Indonesia using a nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. All collected data were subsequently processed and tested using the SmartPLS version 4 analysis tool to ensure accuracy in modeling the complex relationships between the variables. The data analysis techniques utilized include descriptive statistics to provide a general overview of the data and variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the significance of relationships between latent variables within the research model. The research findings project that corporate strategy significantly and positively influences business transformation success and B2B Digital model development, while simultaneously providing a strong direct impact on strengthening the company's competitiveness at the global level. The analysis results also indicate that internal transformation effectiveness and the implementation of B2B digital solutions are primary determinants capable of substantially enhancing the company's ability to compete across borders in the digital platform era. Furthermore, the mediating roles of business transformation and B2B Digital model variables have proven to be crucial in reinforcing the link between corporate strategic orientation and the achievement of sustainable international competitive advantage. Overall, this study provides an empirical foundation regarding the importance of precise resource orchestration for Telkom Indonesia to realize its vision as a preferred digital telco capable of winning competition in international markets.

ata were collected by distributing questionnaires to 38 respondents selected using a census sampling technique (total sampling). Data analysis techniques included classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-tests and F-tests) using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26 software. The results indicate that, partially, auditor experience has no significant effect on auditor performance, while self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on auditor performance. Simultaneously, auditor experience and self-efficacy have a significant effect on auditor performance. The coefficient of determination indicates that 73.1% of the variation in auditor performance can be explained by auditor experience and self-efficacy, while the remaining 26.9% is influenced by factors outside the research model.

and sustainability of banking institutions must be pursued as much as possible by bank managers, because their existence can improve the economy. One of the efforts made by banking institutions is to channel credit to parties in need to meet customer needs and obtain benefits for banking institutions. The research method includes explanatory-descriptive-quantitative research. The population is 24,675 consumer credit customers of BRIGuna Bank BRI in the horseshoe area, East Java. The sample is 250 customers who have received BRIGuna consumptive credit at least twice in a row, using non-probability sampling-purposive sampling on a quota basis. Analysis tools and techniques using SPSS, SEM, and AMOS version 24. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire / google form and interviews. Service quality and innovation of a bank will improve the company's image, sustainable competitive advantage based on loyalty and the intention to re-elect in one bank. Innovation also affects customer satisfaction, while loyalty-based sustainable competitive advantage is also influenced by the image of banking companies. Loyalty-based sustainable competitive advantage affects the intention to re-elect in a bank. Further research to be more specific on the quality of consumer credit services, requires a collaborative approach to customers which is social capital and focuses on innovation that provides convenience for customers while maintaining the company's image in the eyes of customers because this is the key to a loyalty-based sustainable competitive advantage.

ource of religious information, which has the potential both to strengthen and to undermine the values of religious moderation. The study employed a qualitative approach with a Research and Development (R&D) design. The subjects were university students who actively use digital media. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation, while data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model. The results indicate that students’ understanding of religious moderation remains largely normative and is not yet accompanied by adequate digital literacy skills. The development of the Dick and Carey-based learning model produced interactive digital media, including educational videos, digital modules, and social media content. Implementation of the model demonstrated a significant improvement in students’ comprehension, tolerance, and critical thinking regarding religious content in digital media. Furthermore, the study found that integrating constructivist approaches, social learning, and digital literacy into the learning design effectively reinforced the internalization of religious moderation values. The developed learning model proved effective in enhancing student engagement and fostering inclusive and tolerant attitudes. In conclusion, promoting religious moderation in digital media requires a systematic, technology-based learning approach. This study provides both theoretical and practical contributions to the development of a learning model for religious moderation in the digital era.

Data processing was carried out using SPSS version 26 with analysis stages including validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination tests. The results showed that partially, village apparatus competence has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village financial management. Similarly, community participation has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village financial management. Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect accountability of village financial management. Abstract:This study aims to analyze the effect of Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), hedonic shopping, and self-control on impulse buying among students who use Shopee, as well as to examine the role of self-control as a moderating variable.…
able. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, class of 2022, as respondents. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires distributed through forms and Google Forms. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS and SEM-PLS 4.1 to test the relationships among variables. The results show that Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) and hedonic shopping have a positive effect on impulse buying. This indicates that digital social pressure and pleasure-driven motivation are the main factors encouraging students to engage in impulsive purchases. In contrast, self-control does not affect impulse buying, suggesting that students’ ability to regulate themselves is not yet strong enough to reduce impulsive consumption behavior. This condition is influenced by the characteristics of students who do not yet have a stable income, so self-control has not developed optimally in financial management due to the absence of income.

search method employed is a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The data used are secondary data obtained from companies’ financial statements, with a total sample of 110 observations. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results show that partially, the Current Ratio (CR) has no significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), with a significance value of 0.833. Meanwhile, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), with a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), as indicated by an F-test significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.128 indicates that the independent variables explain 12.8% of the variation in ROA, while the remaining 87.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. This study concludes that capital structure plays a more dominant role in influencing profitability compared to liquidity in energy sector companies. Therefore, companies are expected to manage debt usage optimally to improve financial performance.
