This study aims to build a decision support system for choosing healthy toddlers and elderly at the Petatal Health Center, Talawi District, Asahan Regency. So far, the process of selecting healthy toddlers and elderly is done conventionally, without the help of applications or computer programs. So the time needed is longer and the results are also less objective. The calculation process uses the MAUT method with an alternative of 13 toddlers and 15 elderly. The criteria used are body weight, nutritional status, potassium content, protein content, and carbohydrate content. Assessment weight 1-5. The results are 3 Toddlers with the highest total score Laila (17) Putri Sundar (14.25) and Tiara with a score of 12.25. Abstrak: Perkembangan Teknologi informasi saat ini telah berdampak pada semua bidang, termasuk bidang kesehatan. Banyak kegiatan yang awalnya dilakukan secara konvensional atau manual kini dapat dilakukan dengan bantuan teknologi. Komputer yang tadinya hanya digunakan untuk mengolah data kini menyediakan banyak layanan, aplikasi dan program yang dapat membantu mempermudah kegiatan manusia. Salah satunya adalah metode Multi Atribute Utility Theory (MAUT) yang merupakan salah satu metode sistem pendukung yang telah banyak digunakan untuk memberikan hasil yang akurat dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan Balita dan Lansia Sehat di Puskesmas Petatal Kecamatan Talawi Kabupaten Asahan, selama ini proses pemilihan balita dan lansia sehat dilakukan secara konvensional, tanpa menggunakan bantuan aplikasi atau program computer. Sehingga waktu yang dibutuhkan lebih lama serta hasilnya juga kurang objektif. Proses perhitungan menggunakan Metode MAUT dengan alternative 13 Balita dan 15 lansia .Kriteria yang digunakan Berat Badan, Status Gizi, Kandungan Kalium, Kandungan protein dan kandungan karbohidrat. Bobot penilaian 1-5. Hasil adalah 3 Balita dengan total nilai tertinggi Laila (17) Putri Sundar (14,25) dan Tiara dengan nilai 12,25. Tiga orang dengan nilai tertinggi untuk Lansia sehat adalah Rini dewi dengan nilai 17, Joni dengan nilai 14,25 dan Bejo Asmo dengan nilai 12,25.

nerally carried out in the family sphere and is driven by women. Home industries need to receive support from the provincial government to survive and increase the scale of production. To make support for home industries more targeted, this research summarizes several criteria related to the conditions of home industries and the businesses they run. In Bangka Belitung Province there are several types of businesses that are run on a home industry scale. Based on the condition of the home industry which has multiple criteria and multiple alternatives, this research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method and Expert Choice software as data processing aids. The results of data processing show that industrial business is the highest alternative with a weight of 24.7% and the highest criterion is strategy at 23.7%. These results indicate that the largest portion of home industry business actors is engaged in the industrial sector and to encourage the progress of the home industry the most important factor is strategy, namely understanding the type of business they are involved in, labor-intensive industries, paying attention to production factors, electricity capacity, and business operations. While the next stage is to design a user interface for a web-based system as a means of collecting home industry data.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Bangka Belitung secara khusus melihat kriteria apa saja yang dapat mendukung dan menghambat perkembangan industri rumah tangga. Industri rumah tangga merupakan industri kecil yang umumnya dilakukan dalam lingkup keluarga dan digerakkan oleh perempuan. Industri rumah tangga perlu mendapat dukungan dari pemerintah provinsi agar bisa bertahan dan meningkatkan skala produksinya. Agar dukungan industri rumah tangga lebih tepat sasaran, penelitian ini merangkum beberapa kriteria terkait kondisi industri rumah tangga dan usaha yang dijalankannya. Di Provinsi Bangka Belitung terdapat beberapa jenis usaha yang dijalankan dalam skala industri rumah tangga. Berdasarkan kondisi industri rumah tangga yang memiliki banyak kriteria dan banyak alternatif, maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process dan software Expert Choice sebagai alat bantu pengolahan data. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa bisnis industri merupakan alternatif tertinggi dengan bobot 24,7% dan kriteria tertinggi adalah strategi 23,7%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa porsi terbesar pelaku usaha industri rumah tangga bergerak di sektor industri dan untuk mendorong kemajuan industri rumah tangga faktor yang paling penting adalah strategi yaitu memahami jenis usaha yang digeluti, industri padat karya, pembayaran, memperhatikan faktor produksi, kapasitas listrik, dan operasional usaha. Sedangkan tahap selanjutnya adalah merancang antarmuka untuk sistem berbasis web sebagai sarana pendataan industri rumahan.

Abstrak: Dalam membangun kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat, tiap tahunnya DISKOPDAGIN mengadakan kredit usaha mikro yang bersumber dari dana Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Kabupaten Asahan yang bertujuan untuk membantu penguatan modal kepada pelaku usaha mikro. Namun dalam memberikan kredit usaha mikro juga mempunyai syarat-syarat atau kriteria tertentu agar pihak DISKOPDAGIN dapat menentukan apakah nasabah penerima kredit usaha mikro tersebut layak menerima kredit atau tidak. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh pihak DISPERINDAG saat ini ialah kesulitan dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menentukan penerima kredit usaha mikro. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memudahkan pihak DISPERINDAG dalam menyeleksi nasabah kredit usaha mikro. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang akan digunakan berdasarkan kriteri yang ditentukan. Hasil penelitian ini sistem pendukung keputusan kredit usaha mikro, dimana penerapan sistem ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari proses perangkingan dengan metode SAW sama jika dihitung secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi sekolah dasar terbaik di kecamatan Sei Dadap berdasarkan kriteria yang diinginkan oleh calon siswa dengan menerapkan metode Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) pada suatu sistem. Metode SAW membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah sederhana yang tidak terstruktur sehingga dengan menerapkan metode SAW dapat dilakukan proses pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efektif. Data yang digunakan sebagai data alternatif adalah sekolah dasar yang ada di kecamatan Sei Dadap. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan meliputi akreditasi, fasilitas, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, jumlah ruang kelas, jumlah siswa, dan jarak antar sekolah.

Salah satu program pemerintah yang digunakan untuk menanggulangi kemiskinan adalah KUBE. Secara umum permasalahan yang terjadi di KUBE masih belum optimal dan belum tepat sasaran, sehingga terkadang banyak warga yang protes karena warga yang seharusnya menerima bantuan tidak mendapatkan bantuan dan sebaliknya warga yang seharusnya tidak berhak mendapatkan bantuan dari Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE). Dengan mengetahui kekurangan yang terdapat pada perhitungan manual yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Asahan. Sehingga dapat ditentukan penerima manfaat sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan oleh Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Asahan. Tujuan dibuat sistem dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Product untuk melakukan perhitungan yang akurat dalam pemberian bantuan yang dibuat dengan bahasa pemograman PHP dengan Database MySQL, untuk membuat pendukung keputusan terkomputerisasi baru yang merupakan alternatif yang baik dengan mengutamakan efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam penentuan pemberian bantuan Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE). The purpose of this research is to build and design a data processing application for prospective new partners at the Central Bureau of Statistics of the Asahan district to get an assessment according to the specified criteria. The results of the research conducted produced the best alternative decision, namely Ruslan Efendi with a score of 0.975 and Yenni Yulistina with a value of 0.95. based on these results can assist the Central Bureau of Statistics in determining the assessment of potential new partners so that they can provide a reference in decision making. Proses penerimaan mitra ini kurang efektif karena masih menggunakan cara manual, yaitu dan pendekatan antara mitra yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu kinerja pemilihan menjadi lebih efektif. Konsep dasar dari metode Simple Addictive Weighting mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja untuk setiap alternative pada semua kriteria atau atribut. Tujuan penelitian ini dapat membangun dan merancang sebuah aplikasi pengolahan data calon mitra baru di Badan Pusat Statistik kabupaten Asahan yang tepat untuk mendapatkan penilaian yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menghasilkan sebuah keputusan alternatif terbaik yaitu Ruslan efendi dengan nilai 0.975 serta Yenni Yulistina dengan nilai 0.95. berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat membantu pihak Badan Pusat Statistik dalam menentukan penilaian calon mitra baru sehingga dapat memberikan acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Abstrak: Klasifikasi gender adalah salah satu tugas analisis video yang paling penting. Pendekatan berbasis machine learning disajikan untuk mengidentifikasi gambar wajah Pria dan Wanita dengan kumpulan data sebanyak 2000 gambar yang diambil dari kaggle. Metode ini berperan dalam menemukan nilai bobot yang memberikan nilai keluaran terbaik. Penelitian ini menggunakan learning rate yang paling sesuai dari masing-masing metode optimasi sebagai kriteria pemberhentian pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Jaringan Saraf Tiruan dengan optimasi Adam menghasilkan akurasi tertinggi yaitu 91,5 % dibandingkan dengan dengan metode optimasi SGD dan ADADELTA. Teknik Deep Learning yang diterapkan secara ekstensif pada pengenalan gambar yang digunakan memanfaatkan metode optimizer Adam.

For this reason, a tool is needed in the form of designing a decision support system (DSS) in evaluating the performance of doctors which aims to understand the deficiencies of the performance that has been carried out, so that it can open up space for improvement or improvements to quality and efficiency in hospitals, for the purpose of providing incentives and reward programs and value-based purchasing strategies for doctors. The method in this study uses the Weighted Product method, with the concept of weighting the rating of an appraisal variable that will be selected as the best alternative. Abstrak: Untuk mendorong kinerja yang lebih baik dan semangat berprestasi, institusi memberikan penghargaan kepada dokter yang dianggap berprestasi.Metode tradisional masih digunakan untuk menilai kinerja dokter dan manajer. Evaluasi kinerja dokter masih bersifat manual, dan proses pengolahan data belum menggunakan program aplikasi untuk mengambil keputusan. Proses evaluasi kinerja dokter sebagai anggota staf rumah sakit penuh waktu harus realistis, objektif, berbasis bukti, dan spesifik untuk spesialisasi dan/atau prosedur tertentu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk evaluasi kinerja dokter sebagai alat yang bertujuan untuk memahami kekurangan dalam pelayanan yang diberikan dan memberikan ruang untuk perbaikan dan ruang untuk peningkatan kualitas dan efisiensi. Rumah sakit mendorong dan memberi dokter program penghargaan dan strategi pembelian berbasis nilai.
