g one, two, and three letters. This type of research is qualitative research with a literature study research design. This research focuses on the material of fi`il ṡulāṡi mazīd in ṣaraf. The data in this research are in the form of words in the verse snippets of surah Al-Fatḥ. There are two sources of data used, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques in this research are reading techniques and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this research indicate that there are 66 forms of fi`il ṡulāṡi mazīd in surah Al-Fatḥ spread over 23 verses and divided into several wazans, including 13 fi`il following the wazan فَعَّلَ, 6 fi`il following the wazan فَاعَلَ, 32 fi`il following the wazan أَفْعَلَ, 6 fi`il following the wazan تَفَعَّلَ, 5 fi`il following the wazan اِفْتَعَلَ, 2 fi`il following the wazan اِنْفَعَلَ, and 2 fi`il following the wazan اِسْتَفْعَلَ. Fi`il ṡulāṡi mazīd in Surah Al-Fatḥ not only varies in terms of form, but also contains various meanings according to the wazan of formation. These meanings include لِلتَّعْدِيَةِ, لِلتَّحَوُّلِ, “فَعَّلَ” لِمُطَاوَعَةِ, “فَعَلَ” لِمُطَاوَعَةِ, “أَفْعَلَ” لِمُطَاوَعَةِ, لِلْمُشَارَكَةِ بَيْنَ اثنَيْنِ, الْمُجَرَّد “فَعَلَ” لِمَعْنَى, لِطَلَبِ الْفِعْلِ, لِلدُّخُولِ فِي الشَّيْءِ, dan لِزِيَادَةِ الْمُبَالَغَةِ فِي الْمَعْنَى.

The results indicate that emotional intelligence enables employees to adapt and interact effectively in the workplace, servant leadership fosters a supportive and empowering work climate, and organizational commitment enhances loyalty and proactive behavior. Furthermore, OCB plays a significant mediating role by reinforcing the relationship between these three variables and career development outcomes. Employees who display high OCB are more likely to gain recognition, trust, and career advancement opportunities. This study highlights the importance of a holistic approach in career development by integrating individual competencies, leadership styles, and affective organizational engagement. Data were collected using a descriptive quantitative method through in-depth interviews with program managers and grant recipients, supported by direct field observations. The Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices were used to determine the program’s strategic position, while the Cartesian SWOT diagram identified the appropriate development quadrant. The results show that the program is situated in Quadrant II, indicating strong internal conditions but significant external threats. With IFE and EFE scores of 2.9252 and 3,1333 respectively, the analysis suggests that the program should implement Strength–Threat (S-T) strategies, including consistent quarterly reporting, increased technical staff, and public reinforcement of the program’s catalytic function. These findings are expected to guide the formulation of more effective strategies for sustainable livestock empowerment in Kediri Regency.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan APD pada pekerja PT. PLN (Pesero) ULP Subulussalam. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan 31 sample pekerja yang memenuhi syarat pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian dari analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden patuh terhadap penggunaan APD yaitu sebanyak 23 responden (74,2%), pengetahuan responden sebagian besar baik 24 responden (77,4%) dan sikap responden baik sebesar 24 responden (77,4%). Hasil penelitian analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square didapatkan adanya hubungan pengetahuan (p-value=0,000) dan sikap (p-value=0,02) terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan APD pada pekerja PT. PLN (Pesero) ULP Subulussalam Tahun 2024. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan peran dari semua pihak terkait seperti pihak perusahaan serta pekerja untuk meningkatkkan pengetahuan dan sikap serta menerapkan program-program K3 khususnya penggunaan APD agar tehindar dari kecelakaan akibat kerja atau kerugian yang tidak diharapkan.

This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to determine what factors influence the development strategy of cassava leaf animal feed and descriptive analysis to analyze the development strategy for the potential and opportunities of using cassava leaves as animal feed. This research method uses qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that cassava leaves have a high crude protein content, which is around 20-30%, and contain crude fiber, fat, and minerals that are beneficial for livestock growth. Multiple linear regression analysis in this study shows that all independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable. Among these factors, the economic aspect makes the largest contribution, making it the main factor influencing the dependent variable. Furthermore, social aspects and external support also play a significant role in determining the results. In addition, other factors such as technology, resources, and marketing and distribution also have a significant impact, although with a smaller influence compared to economic and social aspects. Thus, the regression model shows a positive relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable, so that improvements in these aspects will increase the dependent variable, with the main priority on economic and social aspects.

The main character Perseus is the center of attention in the study of narrative structure because of his role as a mythological hero who faces a series of challenges that are full of values of courage, sacrifice, and determination. Propp's theory is used to identify narrative functions such as dispatch, magical agent, struggle, and transfiguration that appear in both movies. The method used is qualitative with content analysis technique by comparing the stories, characters, and moral messages as well as narrative functions in the two movies with the theme of Greek mythology. The results show that the comparison of the narrative structure of the two movies with the character Perseus has strengths in the dramatic aspects of heroic attitudes in accepting choices and fighting for life so that the integration of heroic material can be adapted to literature learning involving character values. This finding confirms that the narratological approach through comparative literature can be an important pedagogical tool to teach story structures with character values through popular media. This research recommends the utilization of mythological movies in literature learning and character education at various levels of education as a means of strengthening narrative literacy and understanding moral values.

The study employs a qualitative approach based on a literature review, utilizing thematic content analysis of 20 accredited scholarly sources selected through strict inclusion criteria, and analyzed with the assistance of NVivo software to ensure thematic accuracy.The findings indicate that the full-day school model excels in fostering discipline and consistent learning structures; however, it poses risks of cognitive fatigue and is less supportive of differentiated instruction. In contrast, the modular system offers flexibility, opportunities for personalized learning, and deeper conceptual understanding, yet requires adequate digital infrastructure and self-directed learning literacy, which are not evenly distributed.The study concludes that no single educational model is universally superior; instead, each holds contextual relevance. This research contributes theoretically by enriching the comparative education literature and practically by informing the design of more adaptive, inclusive, and responsive learning policies to meet the challenges of the 21st century, while also supporting efforts to achieve quality education as outlined in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

According to data from the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) for the period 2019 to 2023, the number of incidents increased significantly from 290,000 cases in 2019 to 1,031,389 cases in 2023. The dominant types of cybercrime shifted each year, starting with phishing in 2019, malware in 2020, ransomware in 2021, DDoS attacks in 2022, and data breaches in 2023. This surge in incidents reflects the growing complexity of cyber threats faced by various sectors in Indonesia. In response, the government and private sector have strengthened regulations through the enactment of the Personal Data Protection Law and have adopted technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain to enhance detection and prevention of cyberattacks. Effective cyber risk management requires integrated preventive, detective, and corrective measures to safeguard information systems and sensitive data from increasingly sophisticated attacks.
