ity of empirical field data on screw-pile behavior under repeated loading and to evaluate the agreement between theoretical predictions and actual in situ responses. The methodology employs an experimental approach through in situ testing with screw-pile diameters of 10 cm, 15 cm, and 20 cm, and embedment depths ranging from 0.6 m to 1.0 m. The tests were conducted under both static and repeated tensile loading using a hydraulic jack system, accompanied by vertical deformation measurements to establish load–displacement curves. Theoretical capacity was calculated using a limit equilibrium approach for comparison with experimental results. The findings reveal a nonlinear load–displacement response, characterized by initial stiffness followed by progressive deformation into the post-yield stage. At a maximum load of 2.858 tons, deformation increased with diameter, from 5.10 cm (10 cm) to 8.49 cm (20 cm). Under repeated loading, failure occurred at a lower load of approximately 1.6 tons with a maximum deformation of 1.648 cm, indicating potential capacity degradation due to cyclic loading. The comparison between theoretical and field results shows significant deviations, with analytical predictions generally underestimating the in situ capacity. This highlights the limitations of simplified models that do not fully account for shaft adhesion, installation disturbance, soil heterogeneity, pore-water pressure effects, and cyclic degradation. Overall, this study contributes valuable field pull-out test data for screw piles in clay under repeated loading, emphasizing the need for design calibration based on full-scale testing for slope stabilization applications. The results also suggest opportunities for further research involving long-term monitoring and advanced modeling of cyclic degradation.

Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity was verified using source triangulation and technical triangulation. Data analysis included data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that (1) management of educational facilities and infrastructure in high schools throughout Merauke Regency has been carried out. This has been done in SMAN 1 Merauke, SMAN 2 Merauke and KPG Khas Papua Merauke. This is done by managing BOS funds, managing facilities and infrastructure such as providing fans in each class and conducting workshops for teachers to improve their abilities in the teaching process and the quality of education. Supporting factors for management of educational facilities and infrastructure in high schools throughout Merauke Regency such as in SMAN 1 Merauke, namely the principal has a high commitment to managing and prioritizing infrastructure, in SMAN 2 Merauke such as recruiting competent teachers in their fields, in KPG Khas Papua Merauke such as the commitment of solid leadership & team, collaborative culture. Inhibiting factors for the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of education in high schools throughout Merauke Regency, such as at SMAN 1 Merauke, are many old and damaged infrastructure, at SMAN 2 Merauke, such as disagreements regarding the policies made, at KPG Khas Papua Merauke, such as budget limitations & price/logistics fluctuations.

BPR Sinar Mas Pelita Ciawi Branch has implemented various strategies such as public education through social media and providing a checklist of required documents to applicants. to analyze the judge's considerations, the legal force of certificates and deeds in bank mortgages, and legal protection for mortgage holders. This study is a normative legal study. Data were collected and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the judge annulled the gift because it did not meet the legal requirements according to Islamic law and the Compilation of Islamic Law. The decision has implications for the cancellation of all related documents, including the certificate of ownership, the deed of granting mortgage rights, and the credit agreement, so that they no longer have legal force as debt collateral. Legal protection of creditors due to cancellation of grants according to Article 11131 of the Civil Code, even though the collateral guarantee is cancelled, the creditor still has legal protection through general guarantees, namely that all of the debtor's assets can be used as objects of debt fulfillment and the creditor can request seizure of collateral and the application of the principle of good faith of the bank that has acted according to the procedure for granting credit. It is expected that judges will prioritize the principles of justice, proportionality, the principle of good faith, and substantive justice in banking and financing practices in Indonesia.

As happened between Baniyamin as the buyer and the late Muhammad Husen as the seller in the binding of the shophouse sale and purchase agreement, there was a default due to the seller not delivering the object of sale and purchase, the buyer had fully paid the price of the shophouse but did not get his rights so that the buyer was disadvantaged in the sale and purchase agreement. The results showed that the buyer made several efforts to obtain his compensation rights for defaults made by the heirs starting from family settlements, giving warning letters twice but there was still no response, and filing a default lawsuit to the Court. The heirs' responsibility for the testator's debt initially planned to pay Rp. 50,000,000. This amount is insufficient from the total loss suffered by the buyer, so that at the time of mediation in the Court the buyer gave the option to the heirs to be able to make payments in stages with a minimum of paying half of the total loss suffered, but the heirs were not able to do so.

Advocates also function to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of information obtained during mediation, as well as ensuring that clients are not pressured into accepting detrimental agreements. In this paper, we discuss the importance of ethics in mediation, the challenges faced, and the vital role of advocates in ensuring fair and effective dispute resolution. By paying attention to ethics in mediation, it is hoped that the dispute resolution process can take place more transparently, efficiently and fairly for all parties involved.

Based on the results of the research and discussion that: 1) The role of the community in realising the independence of Sukamulya Village, Baregbeg Sub-district, Ciamis Regency has not fully run optimally. 2) The obstacles faced by the community in realising the independence of Sukamulya Village, Baregbeg District, Ciamis Regency are lack of information and confirmation and lack of understanding and the same agreement 3) The efforts made in overcoming these obstacles are carried out by dialogue and deliberation and providing input to the village government so that information can reach the community.
