tourism management largely depends on the capacity of human resources and local institutions. This study aims to analyze the role of community-based nature tourism management training in improving individual capacities and strengthening the institutional capacity of the Giri Puspa Forest Farmer Group (Kelompok Tani Hutan/KTH) as the manager of Lembah Puspa Educamp in West Bandung Regency. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Research informants consisted of the group leader, management board members, KTH members, training facilitators, and tourism development partners selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, including data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the training contributed significantly to improving participants’ competencies in tour guiding, visitor services, tourism safety, environmental interpretation, and digital marketing. Furthermore, the training strengthened institutional capacity through enhanced coordination, task distribution, member participation, and collective decision-making processes. The program also supported the implementation of Community Based Tourism (CBT) principles, as reflected in increased community involvement in tourism management and destination development. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including limited funding, inadequate supporting facilities, and unequal competency levels among group members. the correlation between the intensity of the quarter-life crisis (Variable X) and self-esteem (Variable Y) among active students at the State Christian Institute of Kupang (IAKN Kupang). Employing a sample of 30 participants gathered via probability sampling techniques, data collection was conducted utilizing Likert-scale questionnaires and statistically processed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation formula. The empirical analysis demonstrates a significant and highly robust positive correlation between the investigated constructs ($r = 0.769$; $p = 0.000$). This outcome highlights a noteworthy theoretical anomaly, wherein heightened levels of crisis are unexpectedly linked with enhanced self-esteem. This distinct psychological pattern is driven by active internal introspection, a purposeful pursuit of life meaning, and personal identity consolidation amid adversity. Furthermore, the campus culture at IAKN Kupang—characterized by comprehensive spiritual mentoring, robust peer networks, and a nurturing social atmosphere—serves as a constructive emotional buffer. These external dynamics empower students to navigate developmental stress adaptively, demonstrating that rather than diminishing their self-worth, the identity crisis ultimately bolsters their personal resilience.

Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving 50 respondents, consisting of fish farmers, middlemen, wholesalers, and market traders. The results indicate that the Pangasius distribution system still involves multiple intermediaries, resulting in relatively weak bargaining power for fish farmers. The distribution process takes approximately 1–2 days and is constrained by limited cold storage facilities, which affects product quality. Cost analysis shows that the cost of production is IDR 20,239.15 per kg, while the ideal selling price is IDR 22,263.06 per kg, with a profit margin of 10%. Improvements in the distribution system, better access to market information, and enhanced logistical support are necessary to increase distribution efficiency and improve farmers’ profitability.

e Learning program was conducted at the Portuguese Ship “Flor De La Mar” in Melaka, Malaysia, with the aim of strengthening students' heritage literacy while supporting the museum in enriching its educational and interpretive materials. The activities included field observation, guided cultural learning, collaboration in developing basic informational content, and structured student reflections. The program enhanced students' understanding of Melaka's maritime history, multicultural exchanges, and the importance of cultural heritage preservation. Additionally, the museum benefited from improved educational communication strategies and increased use of digital media for public engagement. The program also encouraged greater involvement of local communities and young visitors in appreciating the historical significance of Flor De La Mar. Overall, this heritage education- based Service Learning initiative strengthened contextual learning, cultivated cultural awareness among students, and fostered sustainable collaboration between the university and the heritage management community.

could significantly improve students’ writing performance, especially in writing descriptive text. The study employed a pre-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test. The sample consisted of 20 eleventh-grade students selected from SMA Negeri 8 Padangsidimpuan. The data were collected through writing composition tests and observation during the learning process. The results showed that the students’ writing performance improved after being taught through Word Wall media. The mean score of the pre-test was lower than the post-test mean score, indicating a positive effect of the treatment. The hypothesis test also showed that the use of Word Wall media had a significant impact on students’ writing skills. It can be concluded that technology-enhanced Word Wall media is effective in supporting students’ writing development and creating more interactive and engaging EFL learning.

The research focuses on two principal aspects: legal certainty and time efficiency. Using normative juridical analysis supported by relevant legal theories, including Progressive Legal Theory, Development Legal Theory, and Legal Convergence Theory, this study examines the adaptability of dispute resolution mechanisms within the framework of Law Number 30 of 1999 on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution and related regulations governing electronic court administration. The findings indicate that arbitration, especially through Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), offers greater procedural flexibility, shorter resolution time, and cost efficiency compared to conventional litigation, which remains burdened by rigid procedural stages, administrative complexity, and case backlogs. Digitalization has further enhanced arbitration efficiency by enabling electronic submission of documents, virtual hearings, and digital evidence examination. However, challenges persist, including technological infrastructure limitations, data security concerns, and the need for regulatory harmonization to ensure enforceability and equal legal legitimacy with court decisions. This study concludes that while digital arbitration demonstrates superior time efficiency and practical advantages, regulatory reform and institutional strengthening are essential to guarantee optimal legal certainty in Indonesia’s evolving digital business environment.

The Business Model Canvas, introduced by Osterwalder and Pigneur (2010), is used as a strategic framework to examine nine key business elements: customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structure. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving business owners, employees, and customers. Data validity was ensured using triangulation techniques. The findings indicate that Win Production targets middle and upper-middle income couples as its primary customer segment and offers integrated, professional, and flexible wedding services tailored to client needs. The business model demonstrates strong alignment across all nine BMC components, contributing to enhanced competitiveness and business sustainability. The study confirms that Business Model Canvas is an effective strategic tool for analyzing and improving business models in service-based industries, particularly wedding organizer businesses operating in competitive local markets.

VB is Group Activity Therapy using classical music. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the effect of classical music group activity therapy on the risk of violent behavior in RVB patients. Methods: This study employed a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest–posttest approach. The subjects consisted of four RVB patients hospitalized in the Gatotkaca Ward of RSJD dr. Arif Zainuddin, Central Java Province. The intervention involved playing instrumental classical music with a slow tempo for approximately 10–20 minutes. The risk of violent behavior was measured before and after the intervention using the RUFA instrument through behavioral observation. Results: The results showed behavioral improvements in all patients, indicated by enhanced emotional control, reduced agitation, and increased social interaction. Three patients showed improvement in RUFA category, while one patient demonstrated an increased score within the same category. Conclusion: Classical music group activity therapy is effective in reducing the risk of violent behavior and can be recommended as a complementary intervention in mental health nursing care.
