Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SDN 109 Pekanbaru pada bulan Juli 2025 dengan metode penyuluhan interaktif menggunakan media poster, diskusi, tanya jawab, permainan edukatif, dan pemberian hadiah kepada peserta aktif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 100% peserta menyatakan lebih memahami manfaat sayur, 95% mengetahui pentingnya konsumsi sayur bagi kesehatan, dan 100% memiliki niat untuk mengonsumsi sayur secara rutin. Program Gerakan Cinta Sayur terbukti mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan motivasi siswa. Edukasi gizi berbasis sekolah perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dengan melibatkan guru dan orang tua guna membentuk perilaku makan sehat sejak dini.

Desain kegiatan menggunakan one-group pretest–posttest dengan instrumen kuesioner pengetahuan 10 soal, dilanjutkan penyuluhan 30 menit menggunakan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab dengan media leaflet dan PowerPoint. Jumlah peserta 24 orang dan skor pengetahuan meningkat dari rerata 4,92 menjadi 7,67 (kenaikan rerata 2,75 poin); uji t berpasangan menunjukkan peningkatan bermakna (p < 0,001). In addition, the Ministry of Health shows that in 2023, cases of diabetes mellitus will reach 11.7% and are predicted to continue to increase. High blood glucose levels, if left untreated, can cause various complications such as heart disease, stroke, nerve damage, and wound infections that can lead to amputation. One non-pharmacological treatment that can be given is by giving boiled moringa leaves, because moringa leaves contain antioxidants such as flavonoids, vitamins A, C, and E which can lower blood glucose levels. Objective: To determine the effect of Moringa leaf decoction on reducing blood glucose levels in diabetes mellitus patients in Sikampuh Village, Kroya District, Cilacap Regency. Method: The method used was a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Results: Based on the research results, administering Moringa leaf decoction to blood glucose levels in diabetes mellitus patients for 7 days was proven to be effective in lowering blood glucose levels. logical treatments that can be used is the administration of natural ingredients such as beetroot, which serves as an alternative due to its content of iron, folic acid, and vitamin C that can help increase hemoglobin levels. Objective: To provide an overview of the implementation of beetroot juice to increase hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia. Methods: This study used a case study design involving one pregnant woman with anemia who met the inclusion criteria. The intervention consisted of administering 200 ml of beetroot juice per day for seven consecutive days. Evaluation was carried out by measuring hemoglobin levels before and after the intervention using the Easy Touch GCHb device. Results: The results showed that hemoglobin levels increased from 10.5 g/dL before the intervention to 11.8 g/dL after seven days, with an increase of 1.3 g/dL. Conclusion: Regular administration of beetroot juice is effective in increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia.

Methods: This research is a case study with two subjects who met the inclusion criteria. The intervention was administered for 7 days, during which subjects consumed tomato juice and dragon fruit juice. Blood glucose levels were measured before and after the intervention using an Easy Touch device. Results: The study showed a decrease in blood glucose levels after administration of both juices. This indicates that the combination of tomato juice and dragon fruit juice can significantly lower blood glucose levels. Conclusion: Administering tomato juice and dragon fruit juice can be an effective complementary therapy in lowering blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

has been associated with systemic adverse effects, including decreased bone mineral density (BMD) and increased risk of osteoporosis. This review aimed to examine the association between ICS use and the risk of osteoporosis or fractures, and to identify modifying factors such as dose, duration, patient age, sex, and type of corticosteroid used. Literature review was conducted using databases including PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science. Articles were selected using specific inclusion and exclusion criteria. The review focused on original studies published up to March 2025, resulting in 28 relevant articles, of which 6–8 high-quality studies were analyzed in depth. Most studies demonstrated that long-term or high-dose ICS use is associated with decreased BMD and increased risk of fractures, especially in elderly COPD patients. The greatest risk was linked to fluticasone and budesonide at doses ≥500 µg/day. Some studies found neutral or even protective effects in specific subgroups, indicating population-dependent variability. Meta-analyses revealed conflicting results due to heterogeneity in populations and methodologies. High-dose and long-term ICS use may increase the risk of osteoporosis. Clinicians should consider individualized risk assessments and adopt strategies such as using the lowest effective dose, monitoring BMD, and providing calcium and vitamin D supplementation in at-risk populations.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui korelasi kadar vitamin D dengan Hemoglobin pada ibu hamil di Prodia Bandung periode tahun 2022. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan design cross sectioanl menggunakan pendekatan purpossive sampling menggunakan data sekunder sebanyak 669 sampel. Hasil penelitian didapatkan kadar Vitamin D terdapat 280 sampel (41,9%) tergolong dalam kategori cukup (sufficiency) dan hasil kadar hemoglobin yang normal yaitu sejumlah 622 ibu hamil (93%). Analisa data statistik dengan Spearman rho menunjukan nilai p value 0,653 > α (0,05). Hal ini berarti Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima yang artinya tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kadar Vitamin D dan Hemoglobin pada ibu hamil. Kadar Hemoglobin pada ibu hamil tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kadar Vitamin D tetapi ada faktor lain seperti usia kehamilan, asupan vitamin, asupan makanan, aktivitas fisik dan faktor lainnya.

Currently, with the covid-19 pandemic conditions around the world, many alternative herbal ingredients are consumed by the public to increase body nutrition in order to prevent transmission of the virus, one of which is Moringa leaves. Moringa plants are high in nutrients, such as vitamin C, calcium, vitamin A, potassium, and protein. The purpose of implementing this PkM activity is to provide information and, to provide assistance to the community in utilizing Moringa plants to prevent Covid-19, as well as to improve community skills in making Moringa herbal drink to prevent Covid-19. This PkM was held at the Ori Angu Farmers Group in Pambotanjara Village, with a series of activities including the socialization of the importance of Moringa leaves, the preparation of raw materials for making herbal moringa drinks, and the practice of manufacturing Moringa leaf herbal drink products. The results of this activity were the socialization of the use of Moringa leaves as a way to increase immunity in order to prevent viruses and the practice of making Moringa leaf tea with members of farmer groups, students and lecturers at the Ori Angu Farmer Group, Pambotanjara Village.

Abstrak: Daun kelor dapat diolah dalam berbagai produk makanan dan minuman seperti sayur bening, juice, omelet, keripik, nastar, donat, bakwan dan mie daun kelor. Selain itu, daun kelor dapat diolah sebagai minuman herbal. Saat ini, dengan adanya kondisi pandemik covid-19 di seluruh dunia, banyak alternatif bahan herbal yang dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat untuk menambah nutrisi tubuh agar dapat mencegah terjadinya penularan virus tersebut, salah satunya adalah daun kelor. Tanaman kelor memiliki nutrisi tinggi, seperti vitamin C, kandungan kalsium, vitamin A, kandungan potasium, dan protein. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan PkM ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi dan, melakukan pendampingan kepada masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan tanaman kelor untuk mencegah covid-19, serta meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pembuatan minuman herbal daun kelor dalam mencegah covid-19. PkM ini dilaksanakan di Kelompok Tani Ori Angu Desa Pambotanjara dengan runtutan kegiatan adalah sosialisasi pentingnya daun kelor, persiapan bahan baku pembuatan minuman herbal daun kelor, dan praktik pembuatan produk minuman herbal daun kelor. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terlaksananya sosialisasi pemanfaatan daun kelor sebagai salah satu cara menambah imunitas tubuh dalam rangka mencegah virus dan dilaksanakannya praktik pembuatan teh daun kelor bersama anggota kelompok tani, mahasiswa dan dosen di Kelompok Tani Ori Angu Desa Pambotanjara.

Fruits play an important role in a toddler's diet because they are rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber, antioxidants, and other bioactive compounds that support physical growth and brain development. However, selecting the right fruits is vital because some fruits can cause digestive issues or allergies in toddlers. To assist parents in choosing the right fruits, a mobile-based expert system using the Certainty Factor method has been developed. This system provides recommendations based on the toddler's health condition and evaluates the nutritional content of fruits. With this system, parents can ensure that their toddlers receive optimal nutrition, contributing to stunting prevention and ensuring that the toddlers grow up healthy, intelligent, and with full potential in the future Choosing the right fruits and maintaining a balanced nutrition are crucial parts of supporting the sustainability of stunting prevention efforts.

Abstrak: Pencegahan stunting pada batita sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan dan pertumbuhan anak. Stunting terjadi akibat kekurangan gizi kronis pada 1.000 hari pertama kehidupan batita, memengaruhi tinggi badan, perkembangan kognitif, dan sistem imun anak, yang berisiko mengurangi potensi masa depan mereka. Buah-buahan memiliki peran penting dalam pola makan batita, karena kaya akan vitamin, mineral, serat, antioksidan, dan senyawa bioaktif yang mendukung pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan otak. Namun, pemilihan buah yang tepat sangat penting karena beberapa buah dapat menyebabkan masalah pencernaan atau alergi pada batita. Untuk membantu orang tua dalam memilih buah yang sesuai, dikembangkan sistem pakar berbasis mobile dengan metode Certainty Factor. Sistem ini memberikan rekomendasi berdasarkan kondisi kesehatan batita, serta mengevaluasi kandungan nutrisinya. Dengan sistem ini, orang tua dapat memastikan bahwa batita mendapatkan nutrisi yang optimal dengan berkontribusi dalam pencegahan stunting dengan memastikan batita tumbuh sehat, cerdas, dan memiliki potensi penuh di masa depan. Pemilihan buah yang tepat dan nutrisi yang seimbang menjadi bagian penting dalam mendukung upaya keberlanjutan pencegahan stunting.

After using Backpropogation finally found the best architectural pattern is 8-3-3-1 of 5 aritektur architecture that has been tested. Abstrak: Kebutuhan logistik yang sangat besar pada Rumah Sakit Umum Ibu Kartini Kisaran untuk memperlancar pengobatan membutuhkan suatu sistem yang bisa memprediksi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut dengan tepat agar tidak mengakibatkan kelebihan dan kekurangan terhadap jumlah pemakaian yang selalu berubah setiap tahunnya. Pada saat ini proses perhitungan telah banyak dilakukan dengan bantuan software-software yang ada pada komputer yang berkecepatan tinggi seperti Jaringan Saraf Tiruan. Jaringan Saraf Tiruan Backpropogation digunakan untuk memprediksi proyeksi logistik pasien berdasarkan jenis obat Analgetik, Antiemetik, Vitamin, Antiepilepsi, Anestesi, Anti Parkinson, Psikofarmaka, Kortikosteroid. Pengolahan data proyeksi logistik ini menggunakan software Matlab 6.1. Setelah menggunakan Backpropogation akhirnya ditemukan pola arsitektur yang terbaik yaitu arsitektur 8-3-3-1 dari 5 arsitektur yang telah diujikan. Dari pola tersebut kemudian diprediksi proyeksi logistik di Rumah Sakit Umum Ibu Kartini Kisaran pada tahun 2014 akan meningkat menjadi 91290 dari tahun 2013 sebesar 65422 atau meningkat sebesar 25868 (28,33%).
