Lubis, Erwin Junaidi, Sartika Pakpahan
Abstract: Organosol soil has a very high content, but has a low soil acidity (pH) (acidic). As well as the occurrence of very slow decomposition of organic matter. The treatment with Ananas comosus (L.) Merr. extract, which contains… ns bioactive compounds such as bromelain enzymes, organic acids, and simple sugars, can accelerate the decomposition of organic matter and support the activity of soil microorganisms. The Local Microorganisms (MoL) applied, such as Solanum lycopersicum (L.) and Saccharum officinarum Linn., contain various functional microbes such as Lactobacillus sp., Saccharomyces sp., and Azotobacter sp., which play a role in nitrogen fixation, phosphate solubilisation, and organic matter decomposition. Overall, the results of research and observations conducted on Organosol soil media treated with Ananas comosus (L.) Merr. extract with the addition of Local Microorganisms (MoL) Solanum lycopersicum (L.) and Saccharum officinarum Linn. has been proven to effectively improve the chemical properties and fertility of Organosol soil through its role in increasing microbial activity and accelerating the decomposition of organic matter. This indicates that innovations in the application of fruit and the role of local microorganisms have the potential to be developed as environmentally friendly technologies for sustainable soil management.

Abstract: Mental disorders are a health problem that remains a major challenge in Indonesia. Auditory hallucinations are a sensory perception disorder that often occurs in patients with schizophrenia. Patients have difficulty distinguishing… inguishing between real and unreal stimuli, which can lead to risky behaviors such as harming themselves or others. One non-pharmacological intervention that can be applied to address hallucinations is the rebuke technique, which is a firm and directed verbal action to reject perceived hallucinations. The purpose of this study is to describe nursing care for patients with sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations with the application of the rebuke technique as the main intervention. This study uses a descriptive case study approach on one patient in the Flamboyan Ward of Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Klaten Mental Hospital. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation studies, then analyzed based on the stages of the nursing process. The results showed that after the rebuke technique intervention was consistently implemented for three days, there was a decrease in the frequency of hallucinations from 3-4 times to 1-2 times a day. The patient also showed an increase in the ability to recognize and reject hallucinations independently. Furthermore, the patient began to engage in social interactions and participate more actively in daily activities. The conclusion is that the reprimand technique has proven effective as a nursing intervention in addressing auditory hallucinations. This intervention is simple, easy to implement, and can improve the patient's coping skills in dealing with hallucinatory symptoms.

Bintari, Nufia, Sulistyowati, Priyatin, Priyatin, Wiwik
Abstract: Primary dysmenorrhea is menstrual pain commonly experienced by adolescent girls and can disrupt daily activities. One alternative non-pharmacological pain management option is herbal therapy, such as boiled red ginger (Zingiber… ingiber officinale var. rubrum), which is known to have anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Red ginger contains gingerol, an anticoagulant that can inhibit the release of enzymes into prostaglandins, which contribute to inflammation and reduce uterine contractions, thus relieving menstrual pain.To determine the effectiveness of red ginger decoction on adolescent girls with primary dysmenorrhea in the Karangcengis Village area. This study uses a descriptive case study with respondents of adolescent girls with primary dysmenorrhea focusing on the administration of red ginger decoction as a complementary therapy. This study was conducted in Karangcengis Village for 3 days starting from June 23-25, 2025. After administering red ginger decoction for 3 days once a day from the first day of menstruation to the third day of menstruation, the results of the pain scale before being given red ginger decoction reached 6 (moderate pain). After administering 200ml of red ginger decoction once daily in the morning for three days, from the first day of menstruation to the third day, the pain scale decreased to a level 1 (mild pain). Administering red ginger decoction to adolescent girls experiencing dysmenorrhea can reduce the pain.
