ikan kedokteran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat stres dan kemampuan refleksi diri pada mahasiswa kepaniteraan klinik Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain cross-sectional yang melibatkan 82 mahasiswa kepaniteraan klinik yang dipilih menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Tingkat stres diukur menggunakan Medical Student Stressor Questionnaire (MSSQ) dan kemampuan refleksi diri diukur menggunakan Reflection-in-Learning Scale (RLS). Analisis bivariat dilakukan menggunakan uji Fisher-Freeman-Halton Exact Test. Hasil uji bivariat menunjukkan nilai p=0,302 yang menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara tingkat stres dan kemampuan refleksi diri pada mahasiswa kepaniteraan klinik. Faktor lain seperti mekanisme koping, dukungan sosial, dan pengalaman klinis perlu dipertimbangkan pada penelitian selanjutnya.

The Local Microorganisms (MoL) applied, such as Solanum lycopersicum (L.) and Saccharum officinarum Linn., contain various functional microbes such as Lactobacillus sp., Saccharomyces sp., and Azotobacter sp., which play a role in nitrogen fixation, phosphate solubilisation, and organic matter decomposition. Overall, the results of research and observations conducted on Organosol soil media treated with Ananas comosus (L.) Merr. extract with the addition of Local Microorganisms (MoL) Solanum lycopersicum (L.) and Saccharum officinarum Linn. has been proven to effectively improve the chemical properties and fertility of Organosol soil through its role in increasing microbial activity and accelerating the decomposition of organic matter. This indicates that innovations in the application of fruit and the role of local microorganisms have the potential to be developed as environmentally friendly technologies for sustainable soil management.

facilities to support students in determining the interests and talents that exist in the students themselves, especially in extracurricular support facilities so as to create a lack of students in finding interests and talents within students. Therefore, this study aims to design an expert system application using Certainty Factor which is intended to provide convenience for students in choosing the right extracurricular according to the interests and talents that exist in the student. This application is designed using the PHP programming language model and the system database uses MySQL. Methods The research uses descriptive qualitative methods and tends to use analysis. The final results obtained in the existing data sample show that student interest in Mading Extracurricular has a percentage of 86.9% and Paskibraka Extracurricular has a percentage of 80.8%, so that the data will be used as a student's choice in determining extracurricular activities at school.

Abstrak: SMKN 1 Setia janji ini merrupakan slah satu SMKN yang ada di Urung Pane, Kec. Setia Janji, Kab. Asahan, Sumatera Utara. Penetapan lokasi penelitian di SMKN 1 Setia janji ini dikarenakan masih minimnya fasilitas untuk mendukung para siswa dalam menentukan minat dan bakat yang ada pada diri siswa itu sendri terutama dalam fasilitas pendukung ekstrakulikuler sehingga membuat kurangnya siswa dalam menemukan minat dan bakat didalam diri siswa. Maka dari itu Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah aplikasi Sistem Pakar dengan menggunakan Certainty Factor yang ditujukan untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi siswa dalam memilih ekstrakurikuler yang tepat sesuai minat dan bakat yang ada pada diri siswa tersebut. Aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan Model bahasa pemograman PHP dan database sistem menggunakan MySQL. Metode Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dan cenderung menggunakan analisis. Hasil akhir yang di dapat dalam sample data yang ada menunjukan bahwa minat siswa tentang Ekstrakurikuler Mading memiliki persentasi sebesar 86.9 % dan Ekstrakulikuler Paskibraka memiliki persentasi sebesar 80.8 %, sehingga data tersebut akan bisa di gunakan sebagai pilihan siswa dalam menentukan Ekstrakurikuler di sekolah.

search uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through documentation studies and in-depth interviews with informants from the Bukittinggi City Regional Financial Agency. The research results show that the tax potential in Bukittinggi City is very large, especially from the hotel and restaurant sector, but has not been fully explored optimally. Tax target setting is still fluctuating and does not fully reflect the real potential available. Factors that influence the success or achievement of targets include the level of taxpayer compliance, the quality of data collection, the tax administration system, as well as the influence of fiscal policy and local economic conditions. The optimization strategy implemented includes carrying out intensive outreach, developing a digital tax reporting system, updating and registering new data, as well as approaches that provide taxpayer education and awareness. This research recommends strengthening data, taking approaches with various agencies and maximizing tourism management to support a sustainable increase in Regional Original Income (PAD).
