At the Sidamanik factory, grinding Is performed in two stages using a 15” Rotorvan” (RV) machine for the first grinding and a 36” Teaman CTC 4-Cut machine with four sets of sequential rollers for the second grinding. In studying this event, this research investigates the factors that influence extreme weather in Manado, observing sea surface temperature data, streamlines, air observations, the Southern Oscillation Index (SOI), and the Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD). The analysis shows that the positive SOI and negative IOD phenomena significantly impact extreme weather in the region. Cumulonimbus (Cb) clouds drove the atmospheric conditions formed on January 27 and 28 2023 and air flows from the Indian Ocean which brought wet air masses into Indonesian territory. High sea surface temperatures, reaching 28-29°C, also play a role in the intensive growth of rain clouds. Based on atmospheric conditions seen from radiosonde observation data, the stability index value shows that unstable conditions trigger heavy rain which causes flooding

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu proses pengambilan keputusan dengan menerapkan metode Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) dalam menentukan produk lip tint terbaik berdasarkan persepsi remaja wanita. Metode MFEP digunakan karena mampu mengevaluasi beberapa alternatif berdasarkan sejumlah kriteria penting yang telah ditentukan, yaitu harga, daya tahan warna, aroma, kelengkapan shade, dan tekstur produk. Setiap kriteria diberi bobot sesuai tingkat kepentingannya, dan penilaian dilakukan terhadap sepuluh merek lip tint populer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa merek BNB memperoleh skor tertinggi sebesar 4,70, menjadikannya sebagai rekomendasi utama. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan evaluasi multikriteria dapat membantu konsumen muda mengambil keputusan yang lebih rasional.
