THE MEANING OF THE TEPUK TEPUNG TAWAR TRADITION IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SCIENCE LEARNING BASED ON MALAY ETHNOPEDAGOGY

Abstract: This study illustrates the meaning of learning based on Malay ethnopedagogy through the integration of the Tepuk Tepung Tawar tradition into the topic of human growth and development in the Science subject for Grade V of… Elementary School in Pekanbaru. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collection techniques including observation, classroom discussions, field notes, and student worksheets (LKPD). The results of the study show that the implementation of the Tepuk Tepung Tawar tradition in learning has a positive impact on students’ holistic understanding, covering biological, social, and spiritual aspects. Students were able to connect scientific concepts with cultural experiences, showed increased enthusiasm, and gained an understanding of values such as mutual cooperation, natural balance, and spirituality. These findings affirm that culture-based learning can enhance engagement, deepen the meaning of the material, and holistically shape students' character.

IMPLEMENTATION OF TRELLO AS A LEARNING MEDIA IN SOCIAL STUDIES AT JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS

Abstract: This study examines the application of Trello as an educational instrument in Social Studies (IPS) courses in junior high schools. Trello is a collaborative platform that facilitates project-based learning and the development… pment of contemporary skills. Although prior studies indicate that Trello enhances teamwork and student engagement in senior high schools, there remains a paucity of studies regarding its application among junior high school students. This study employed a qualitative case study methodology, using interviews and document analyses of social studies educators in Jakarta. The results showed that Teachers' successful use of Trello was hindered by inadequate knowledge, poor digital infrastructure, and difficulties integrating it into the curriculum. Still, teachers stayed open to the adjustments given direction and assistance. This study proposes enhancing teachers' digital literacy and offering continuous training as a preliminary measure to optimize the use of Trello in social studies education in junior high schools.

The research highlights the critical role of financial literacy and customer satisfaction in cultivating stronger relationships between users and fintech platforms. The findings indicate that enhancing financial literacy and providing intuitive, user-friendly experiences not only elevate customer satisfaction but also encourage greater user loyalty. In light of the rising demand for informed decision-making and trust in digital financial services, fintech platforms that align with consumer expectations regarding education and service quality are better positioned to build long-term, meaningful relationships with users, thereby promoting sustained engagement and brand loyalty. Furthermore, the paper addresses the potential directions for future research focused on enhancing customer engagement with fintech platforms, particularly in the context of a highly competitive and awareness-driven market.

Abstract: This literature review aims to explore the influence of emotional intelligence, servant leadership, and organizational commitment on employee career development, with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a mediating… ing variable. The study utilizes a qualitative approach by synthesizing findings from national and international journals published in the past 10–15 years. The results indicate that emotional intelligence enables employees to adapt and interact effectively in the workplace, servant leadership fosters a supportive and empowering work climate, and organizational commitment enhances loyalty and proactive behavior. Furthermore, OCB plays a significant mediating role by reinforcing the relationship between these three variables and career development outcomes. Employees who display high OCB are more likely to gain recognition, trust, and career advancement opportunities. This study highlights the importance of a holistic approach in career development by integrating individual competencies, leadership styles, and affective organizational engagement. Practical implications suggest the need for organizational initiatives that strengthen emotional intelligence, servant leadership, and supportive organizational culture to foster sustainable employee career progression.

THE USE OF ISLAMIC STORIES AS AN EFFORT TO IMPROVE STUDENTS' RELIGIOUS CHARACTER IN ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION LEARNING

Abstract: This study explores the utilization of Islamic stories as an effective strategy to enhance the religious character of students in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Storytelling, rooted in psychological and pedagogical theories,… heories, offers a meaningful and engaging learning approach that fosters moral and spiritual development. Teachers play a critical role in selecting relevant stories and applying diverse techniques supported by multimedia to maximize student engagement and comprehension. Despite challenges such as limited instructional time, scarcity of quality materials, and fluctuating student attention, technological advancements present promising opportunities for digital and interactive storytelling. The successful integration of Islamic stories in the curriculum requires well-designed educational frameworks, teacher competencies, and continuous reflection and evaluation to cultivate ethical and religious values effectively among students.

APPLICATION OF MUROTTAL METHOD IN IMPROVING THE ABILITY TO MEMORIZE SHORT SURAHS IN RA PERWINDA 4 MADINING SOPPENG

It can be concluded that the application of murottal method in RA Perwinda 4 Madining, Soppeng, proved effective in improving the ability to read and memorize the Qur'an children through an interactive and fun approach. The use of murottal audio from famous reciters/qariahs helps the child hear and imitate the correct recitation as per Tajweed, while the combination with creative methods like hand gestures and hijaiyah card games keeps their engagement. The study showed a significant increase in the ability to memorize short Surahs, from an average of 21.9% in the pre-cycle to 85.9% in the second cycle. This approach also supports the natural formation of Islamic character, making the murottal method an effective and innovative strategy in learning the Qur'an at an early age.  

EXPLORING THE IMPACT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP ON WORK PRODUCTIVITY DYNAMICS AT PT MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC AUTOMOTIVE INDONESIA

Abstract: This study aims to explore the impact of transformational leadership on work productivity dynamics at PT Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia. Transformational leadership, which emphasizes inspiration, intellectual stimulation,… timulation, individualized consideration, and value-based motivation, is thought to have a significant influence on improving employee productivity. However, how such mechanisms work in the context of the automotive industry in Indonesia still requires in-depth exploration. Using a qualitative approach, this research adopts a case study method to analyse the perceptions, experiences, and interactions of employees and managers in responding to transformational leadership styles. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with managers and employees at PT Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia, as well as participatory observation in the work environment. Thematic analysis was used to identify key patterns related to motivation, work engagement, and productive behaviour change. The results revealed that transformational leadership contributes to increased productivity through three main mechanisms: (1) strengthening the psychological climate that encourages innovation, (2) increasing organizational commitment through identification with the company's vision, and (3) optimizing team collaboration through inspiring communication. However, implementation challenges were also identified, including resistance to change and a gap between management expectations and employees' adaptive capacity. The implications of this study provide practical insights for companies in designing more effective leadership development programs, while enriching the human resource management literature with a contextual perspective from the Indonesian automotive industry. Policy recommendations include case-based leadership training, participatory feedback approaches, and integration of transformational values in corporate culture.

INNOVATION IN HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT: CHALLENGES AND DETERMINING FACTORS

Abstract: Innovation in human resource development (HRD) is a key factor in enhancing organizational competitiveness in the digital era. This study discusses various trends in HRD innovation, key success factors, implementation challenges,… allenges, and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of these innovations. The findings indicate that the utilization of digital technology, flexibility in workforce management, data-driven talent management, and gamification in training are the main trends in HRD innovation. The success of these innovations is influenced by management support, an innovative organizational culture, the use of technology, and employee engagement. However, several challenges remain, including resistance to change, skill gaps, and budget constraints. Therefore, organizations need to increase investment in HR technology, adopt digital-based training models, build an adaptive organizational culture, and develop flexible career development programs. By implementing these strategies, HRD innovation can be more effective in supporting organizational growth and preparing the workforce for the ever-evolving industry dynamics. THE INFLUENCE OF SOCIAL MEDIA ON PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES

Abstract: Social media has transformed the global communication landscape and has become a vital instrument in increasing awareness and public participation on various environmental issues. This study aims to analyze the role and… impact of social media in encouraging public engagement in environmental movements, both at the local and global levels. Using a qualitative approach with a combination of systematic literature analysis and multiple case studies, this research examines how social media platforms facilitate the dissemination of environmental information, promote collective action, and create spaces for discussions on environmental sustainability. The findings indicate that social media plays a significant role in mobilizing individuals to take concrete actions on environmental issues through three main mechanisms: (1) democratization of environmental information, (2) facilitation of the formation of environmental communities, and (3) acceleration of collective responses to urgent environmental issues. However, the study also identifies critical challenges, including the spread of false information, digital divide, and slacktivism phenomena that may hinder the effectiveness of digital environmental campaigns. Further analysis reveals that the effectiveness of social media use in environmental campaigns heavily depends on content strategies, timing, and the involvement of environmental influencers. The study also finds a positive correlation between the intensity of social media usage for environmental purposes and the level of public awareness and active involvement in environmental preservation. Additionally, the research highlights the significant role of social media as a catalyst for pro-environmental behavior among younger generations. These findings contribute significantly to the development of more effective environmental communication strategies in the digital era, emphasizing the importance of digital literacy in the context of environmental activism. The study recommends combining social media power with concrete actions to achieve optimal impact in addressing environmental challenges.

PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN INFLUENCER MARKETING TERHADAP PERILAKU PEMBELIAN KONSUMEN DALAM ERA DIGITAL

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the influence of the use of influencer marketing on consumer purchasing behavior in the digital era. Influencer marketing has become a popular marketing strategy, especially on social media,… that can influence consumer purchasing decisions. This research uses a survey method with 200 respondents who actively use social media and are exposed to influencer marketing content. The variables analyzed include influencer credibility, audience engagement, product suitability to the audience, and their influence on consumer purchasing decisions. The research results show that influencer credibility, audience engagement, and product suitability with the audience have a significant positive influence on consumer purchasing behavior. Additionally, transparency and authenticity in the relationship between influencers and brands has also proven important in building audience trust. This research provides practical implications for companies to select the right influencers, increase audience engagement, and maintain authenticity in their marketing campaigns. Overall, influencer marketing has proven effective in influencing consumer purchasing decisions, especially in the context of social media and the digital era.
