AL-IDHAFAH, AL-NA’AT, AND AL-TAUKID: STRUCTURAL RELATIONS BETWEEN ELEMENTS IN ARABIC SYNTAX

Sulfadli, Muslimin Resi, Hamzah
Abstract: This research aims to explain the structural relations between al-idhāfah, al-naʿt, and al-tawkīd in Arabic syntax and to delineate how their interaction influences meaning formation and functional distribution within the… the nominal phrase. This study is conducted because previous research has tended to discuss these three elements separately, resulting in a lack of an integrated analytical model that describes the hierarchical and semantic relationships between them. The study employs a qualitative-descriptive approach, analyzing data drawn from classical nahwu texts, modern Arabic corpora, and relevant contemporary research. Data were classified based on the patterns of element occurrence and analyzed through structural syntactic analysis methods to identify their functions, positions, and i‘rāb (inflectional) implications. The results indicate that idhāfah serves as a marker of possessive relations and semantic restriction, naʿt functions to provide descriptive modification that clarifies the referent, and tawkīd reinforces the reference both structurally and semantically. These three form dependency patterns that influence each other when present within a single phrasal construction. The novelty of this research lies in the formulation of an integrative relational model that combines syntactic functions, hierarchical structures, and semantic implications into a single operational analytical framework. This model provides a more comprehensive understanding compared to previous fragmentary studies. These findings have important implications for the teaching of nahwu, the analysis of modern Arabic discourse, and the development of computational linguistic applications that require more accurate mapping of nominal structures.

ENVIRONMENTAL ATTITUDE AND ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PRODUCTS TOWARDS PURCHASE INTENTION OF TANIMBAR IKAT WOVEN GREEN PRODUCTS

Matrona Patricia Malindir, Arry Widodo, Mahir Pradana
Abstract: This study examines consumer behavior towards sustainable products, specifically investigating the influence of environmental attitudes and green product attributes on green purchase intention among Tanimbar Ikat Weaving… consumers in Tanimbar Islands Regency. Employing a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis through SmartPLS software, data were collected from 385 respondents selected via purposive sampling based on consumers who knew and had purchased Tanimbar woven products. The research tested direct relationships and moderating effects of premium price, education, and gender variables. Results revealed that environmental attitudes (β = 0.349; t = 5.306; p = 0.000) and green product attributes (β = 0.207; t = 3.014; p = 0.003) significantly and positively influence green purchase intention, with the model explaining 60.7% of the variance (R² = 0.607) and demonstrating strong predictive relevance (Q² = 0.539). However, the three moderating variables—premium price, education, and gender—did not significantly strengthen or weaken these relationships, indicating that environmental consciousness and product perception remain dominant factors regardless of demographic or economic considerations. These findings provide practical implications for traditional craft entrepreneurs in developing sustainability-based marketing strategies and empowering the local creative economy, while contributing to the sustainable development goals through cultural preservation and environmental conservation in Indonesia's eastern region.

THE INFLUENCE OF TRUST AND RISK ON THE USE OF QRIS WITH FRAUD ISSUES AS A MODERATING VARIABLE IN BANDUNG

Indah Kusprasetya, Budi Rustandi Kartawinata, Aldi Akbar
Abstract: The development of digital payment systems has driven the increasing use of the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code (QRIS) as a practical and integrated cashless transaction method. Although QRIS adoption continues to… o increase, its continued use is still influenced by trust, perceived risk, and the prevalence of fraud in digital transactions. This study aims to analyze the influence of trust and risk on QRIS use, with fraud as a moderating variable, in the city of Bandung. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey of 200 QRIS user respondents. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that trust had a positive and significant effect on QRIS use, while risk had a negative and significant effect. Furthermore, fraud moderated the relationship between trust and QRIS use by weakening the influence of trust, and moderated the relationship between risk and QRIS use by strengthening the influence of risk. These findings confirm that although QRIS offers convenience and efficiency, perceptions of risk and fraud remain crucial factors influencing usage behavior. This research is expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of digital payment technology adoption models and provide practical implications for regulators, payment service providers, and MSMEs in strengthening security, improving digital literacy, and building user trust in the QRIS payment system.

OVERTIME TRAP: LITERATURE REVIEW BURNOUT MECHANISM AND DECLINING WORK–LIFE BALANCE

Rusidari, Agung Surya Dwianto
Abstract: Overtime has become a strong feature of modern work culture, especially in high-pressure sectors in Asia, such as manufacturing, logistics, and services. Although many studies have proven the link between long working hours… urs and the deterioration of employee welfare, the mechanisms explaining how overtime causes an imbalance between work and personal life (Work-life Balance) have not yet been fully explored and pieced together. This narrative literature review aims to synthesize findings from key and recent studies published between 2000 and 2025. The goal is to form a conceptual framework of understanding how overtime can trigger burnout (emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion) and ultimately disrupt WLB. Based on four main theoretical foundations, namely Job Demands–Resources (JD-R), Conservation of Resources (COR), Effort Recovery Model, and Work–Home Resources Model, this review identifies three main pathway mechanisms: (1) Overtime increases job demands while simultaneously reducing opportunities for self-recovery. (2) Burnout, especially emotional exhaustion, acts as a psychological strain that mediates the effects of overtime. (3) The spillover effects of burnout trigger interference between work and home domain through time based conflicts and strain. Organizational support, job autonomy, family roles, marital status, gender and workload pressure are important moderators that can strengthen or weaken the relationship between each variable. While the theoretical contribution of this review lies in combining various perspectives into a conceptual model of the "overtime trap," its practical contribution lies in proposing implications for organizations, job redesign, fatigue management, and more adaptive work policies. Future research is expected to use longitudinal, mixed-method, and cross-cultural designs to validate, strengthen and expand this model.

Abstract: The background of this research is based on the need to improve the quality of education and the demand for teacher professionalism in facing the dynamic challenges of school management. At SMK Negeri 1 Majalengka, the effectiveness… ffectiveness of the principal’s leadership and the quality of internal communication are considered two important factors that may play a strategic role in enhancing teacher performance. These conditions highlight the need for empirical analysis to determine the extent to which these two aspects contribute to the achievement of teacher performance. This study aims to examine the description of principal leadership, internal communication, and teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Majalengka, as well as to analyze the influence of principal leadership on teacher performance, the influence of internal communication on teacher performance, and the influence of both variables on teacher performance. Thus, this research not only describes the actual conditions but also tests the relationships between the variables under study. The research employed descriptive and correlational methods. The study population consisted of all 141 teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Majalengka. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 104 respondents selected through proportional sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability testing. Data analysis was carried out to determine the strength of the relationships between variables and to test the research hypotheses. The results indicate that principal leadership falls into the very competent category, internal communication is carried out high effectively, and teacher performance is categorized as very high. Correlational analysis findings show that principal leadership (X₁) has a significant influence on teacher performance, and internal communication (X₂) also has a significant influence on teacher performance. Simultaneously, both independent variables have a meaningful effect on improving teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Majalengka. The implications of this study show that improving teacher performance can be achieved through strengthening principal leadership and implementing effective internal communication. REFORMULATION OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ZAKAT AND TAX IN THE ISLAMIC FISCAL SYSTEM: A THEMATIC STUDY OF THE QUR’AN AND HADITH IN THE INDONESIAN CONTEXT

TB Rifat, Basyarudin, Eko Bambang Rahmono, Ahmad Pathonih, Asep Mustopa Kamal
Abstract: Indonesia faces a dualism within the Islamic fiscal system, where zakat and taxes operate separately without clear integration. This condition raises fundamental questions regarding the relationship between the two from… a sharia perspective and their implications for fiscal justice among Indonesian Muslims. This study aims to examine and formulate the relationship between zakat and taxes from the perspective of the Qur’an and Hadith in order to produce an applicable reformulation model within the context of Indonesia’s fiscal system. This research employs a qualitative approach using a thematic (maudhu‘i) method applied to primary Islamic texts. Qur’anic verses and Hadiths related to zakat, taxation (kharaj, jizyah, ‘usyur), and fiscal obligations were collected, classified, and comprehensively analyzed to identify the underlying connection between the two. The analysis is further supported by a study of maqashid al-shariah and contemporary ijtihad of Indonesian scholars. This study seeks to produce a reformulation model of the zakat–tax relationship through three possible schemes: (1) a partial substitution model, in which zakat can serve as a deduction for income tax up to a certain limit; (2) a complementary model, positioning zakat as a religious obligation and tax as a civic obligation with distinct functions; and (3) a progressive integrative model, integrating zakat into the national fiscal system through a more comprehensive tax incentive mechanism. The findings indicate that the Qur’an and Hadith provide a flexible foundation for all three models, depending on the context of maslahah and public interest.
