INFLUENCE OF THE DIGITAL ECONOMY ON ECONOMIC GROWTH IN INDONESIA

Abstract: Technological and digital developments that happening right now are rapidly growth and this condition encourages the competition in the business world become more intense. The rapid development of technology and digitalization… zation has presented a digital business marked by the high development of technology-based business and trade transactions. Based on these, digital business has great potential to drive economic growth.Digitalization is an interesting topic to research in encouraging technological progress and stimulating economic growth. Economic activities nowadays cannot be separated from the use of information & communication technology through telecommunications networks and the use of internet by conducting e-business transactions. E-business or digital business is a projection of new talents that can inspire competitiveness. Digital business is currently growing rapidly around the world, including Indonesia, proven by the increasing number of internet users. The Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) announced that the number of Indonesian internet users in 2024 reached 221,563,479 people from a total population of 278,696,200 people in Indonesia in 2023. This condition is also followed by the increasing number of e-commerce users in Indonesia which has continued to increase since 2020, until in 2023 the number of e-commerce users in Indonesia is 58.63 million users. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, a method that been used by researchers through a literature study approach and analyzing all information regarding the research topic. This research intends to find out how does the impact of digital business on Indonesian economy. The results show that digitalization has changed many aspects of Indonesian society, including the economy. The development of technological advances and digitalization give  positive impact on Indonesia's economic growth.

STRAINS INJURY MANAGEMENT IN ATHLETICS MIDDLE DISTANCE RUNNING NUMBER

Abstract: Strain injury is a physical condition where there is a tear or strain in the muscles and tendons which causes the tendons or muscles to stretch excessively. In sports, injuries often occur, such as strain injuries that often… ften occur in middle-distance or 5000-meter athletes. In dealing with this injury, an athlete, coach and also the athlete's parents should get education about handling hamstring injuries in athletes. This study used the narrative literature review method. Based on the analysis of the article, the researcher obtained articles including, the span of the article publication within a period of 12 years. From the 10 journals studied and analyzed above, it can be concluded that the prevention and treatment of hamstring injuries requires a comprehensive approach, both through education and physiotherapy.

DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT IN INDONESIAN LANGUAGE LEARNING (CASE STUDY AT SMP NEGERI 1 WATAN SOPPENG, LALABATA DISTRICT, SOPPENG REGENCY)

Abstract: This study aims to describe the implementation of diagnostic assessments in Indonesian language learning at SMP Negeri 1 Watansoppeng, Lalabata District, Soppeng Regency, as well as identify the obstacles faced by teachers… rs in implementing diagnostic assessments in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum. This study also examines the factors that affect the success of the implementation of diagnostic assessments in the school. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data was collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires to the teachers and students involved. Data analysis was carried out thematically to obtain a holistic picture of the implementation of diagnostic assessments. The results of the study show that the implementation of diagnostic assessments at SMP Negeri 1 Watansoppeng is in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum, although there are still some challenges. The main obstacles faced by teachers include the diversity of students' abilities, limited facilities and infrastructure, and teachers' inadequate understanding of diagnostic assessments. Factors that affect the implementation of diagnostic assessments include teacher readiness, school support, large number of students, and the diversity of student learning styles. This study suggests that more intensive training for teachers be carried out and the improvement of facilities that support diagnostic assessments so that the implementation of assessments is more effective and in accordance with the needs of students.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN GADGET USE AND NUTRITIONAL STATUS AMONG STUDENTS AT STIKES GUNUNG MARIA TOMOHON

Abstract: Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between gadget use and nutritional status in students at STIKES Gunung Maria Tomohon. Method: This study used a cross-sectional study design, conducted in December&#8230; 2024 at STIKES Gunung Maria Tomohon. The number of samples was 84 respondents. Data analysis used the Spearman Rank test. Results: There is no relationship between Gadget Use and Nutritional Status, (correlation coefficient is 0.078 and Sig. 2-tailed = 0.481 <0.05). Conclusion: There is no relationship between gadget use and nutritional status at STIKES Gunung Maria Tomohon and it is recommended that the campus can improve Nutrition and Health Education in nutrition education for students. The campus can hold seminars, workshops, or classes that educate students about the importance of a healthy diet, balanced eating habits, and how to choose nutritious foods.

LENDAWI (THE LANNY TRIBE LAMENTATION): ITS STRUCTURE, TYPES, AND SOCIO-CULTURAL VALUES

Abstract: This study centered on the Lendawi (The Lanny Tribe Lamentation): Its Structure, Types, and Socio-Cultural Values. This Lendawi, as part of the Lanny culture, should be carried out by the Lanny community. The objectives&#8230; are (1) to explain the structure of the Lendawi (Lanny lamentation), (2) to find out the type of stanza among the Lanny tribe, (3) to discuss on what occasions the Lendawi (Lanny lamentation) lamented, and (4) to elaborate the socio-cultural values contained in the Lendawi (Lanny lamentation). This research is qualitative because it only gives explanations about a problem in the form of words, not numbers. The writer found a structural pattern in the lendawi structure. Pattern (1) for men: silent trigger (inhale) + men starting pattern (2) for women: silent trigger (inhale) + women starting. Occasion: (1) to mourn the death of twenty-one people; (2) to welcome the new family who has just returned from a foreign land; (3) to release the family member to go overseas; (4) to release a girl to marry and follow her husband; (5) to remember a family member who has died; (6) to thank people for offering; (7) to mourn for a person who looks similar to a family member (dead or alive); and (8) to think about hard work in the garden that used to be shared with other family members (either dead or alive but living in some other place). Types of stanzas range from 3 lines (triplet) up to 12 lines (sonnet) or more. Sociocultural values are as follows: 1. Kinship address, 2. Using local cultural expressions, e.g., “rainfall,” “white, 3. Mount Tari, 4. The Donggi and Konda rivers 5. The Walem bird 6. The Gweage River, 9. The Ugwa River, 12. The Prikokir Bird 13. Special respect for uncles (mother’s brothers), 14. The Mukoko Clan, and 15. Grandmother as a protector for orphans.

JURIDICAL ANALYSIS OF DECISION NUMBER 27/PDT. G/2019/PN. TBK AGAINST LAWSUITS FOR UNLAWFUL ACTS ON MEANS OF TRANSPORT CONFISCATED BY THE STATE

Abstract: Article 109 paragraph (2) of Law Number 17 of 2006 concerning Amendments to Law Number 10 of 1995 concerning Customs regulates that means of transport that are solely used to commit criminal acts can be confiscated for the&#8230; he state. Decision Number 102/Pid.Sus/2019/PN.Tbk stated that the means of transporting the MT Yosoa ship were confiscated for the state and in Decision Number 27/Pdt.G/2019/PN.Tbk, the judge ruled that the Tanjung Balai Karimun District Prosecutor's Office Cq. Public Prosecutor had committed an unlawful act. The purpose of the research is to analyze the judge's consideration of the lawsuit for unlawful acts, and the extent of Decision Number 27/PDT. G/2019/PN. Tbk influences the legal interpretation of unlawful acts, as well as the ownership status of MT YOSOA ships that have been decided to be confiscated by the state. This research is a normative juridical research. Data is collected and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the research show that the judge's decision has weaknesses in legal considerations which results in legal uncertainty and injustice for the parties. In addition, there are inconsistencies in assessing the evidence of ship ownership and elements of unlawful acts, this decision also shows weaknesses in determining liability, due to the lack of parties involved in the lawsuit. It is recommended that the judge be more careful in considering all aspects of the law and exploring the material truth thoroughly. All interested parties must be involved in the lawsuit so that accountability can be clearly established.

SOCIAL MEDIA ANALYSIS OF CONTRACEPTIVE (CONDOM) USE POLICY FOR STUDENTS AND TEENAGERS IN INDONESIA

Abstract: The development of technology, especially in social media, is increasingly developing every year, which is commonly used daily by the public with the aim of obtaining information. The approach used in this study is the Social&#8230; ocial Media Analytics (SMA) framework to analyze sentiment using NoLimit Indonesia software. Sentiment Analysis is a measurement of sentiment or emotion of social media users based on content analysis (positive/negative/neutral). This study aims to determine the sentiment analysis using the keywords "contraceptives" and "condoms" on the opinions of social media users regarding the policy of using contraceptives for students and adolescents with a period of one week. The results showed that neutral sentiment was 6,232 X account users, negative sentiment was 359 X account users, and 86 X account users were in a negative position. The conclusion of the study is that the response of social media X users was more neutral at 93%, 5.4% negative and 1.3% positive towards the policy on the use of contraceptives for teenagers or students in regulation 28 of 2024 concerning the Implementing Regulations of Law (UU) Number 17 concerning health which includes several health programs including in the reproductive system in article 103, especially in paragraph (4) point e, namely the provision of contraceptives, this is what is problematic and invites public attention

APPLICATION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIR CONTENTS AT BANDA ACEH SYAR’IYAH COURT

Abstract: To determine the rightful heirs must be determined in court voluntarily as regulated in Article 49 Letter b of Law Number 3 of 2006 concerning the Authority of Religious Courts. However, in reality there are heirs who are&#8230; e unwilling to submit an application for the determination of heirs, resulting in the obstruction of the rights of other heirs. The purpose of writing this thesis is to explain the procedures and special requirements in submitting a contentious determination of heirs, to explain the evidence of the applicants against the heirs, and to explain the efforts made to overcome obstacles in determining heirs contentiously. This research is an empirical legal research, data is obtained directly through interviews and literature reviews. Data is collected and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that there are still many heirs who submit the determination of heirs voluntarily with a lack of parties and result in their decisions being declared unacceptable, but in terms of contention there are still many heirs, judges and lawyers who do not know that there are provisions in the Circular of the Supreme Court (SEMA) Number 5 of 2021- Formulation of the Law of the Religious Chamber-2.b there are special procedures and requirements and proof in the submission as well as obstacles and efforts that must be made in the application for determination of heirs contentiously which is different from voluntary. It is recommended that the Sharia Court provide information regarding the new provisions in submitting applications to both lawyers and interested parties in order to obtain legal certainty because many parties do not yet know these provisions.

IMPROVING THE COMPETENCE OF THE DISABILITY INCLUSION GROUP THROUGH PHYSICAL THERAPY TRAINING IN NGAWONGGO VILLAGE, MALANG REGENCY

Abstract: Inclusive villages provide space for minorities, namely people with disabilities, to have equal rights and obligations, equal dignity and status, and have the same role and position in the lives of people in the village.&#8230; The Ngawonggo Village Government, Malang Regency, has sought legal protection for people with disabilities by establishing Village Regulation Number 2i of 2023 concerning the Establishment of Village Disability Inclusion Groups. The method used is physical therapy training for groups of people with disabilities. The result of this community service is in order to optimize the realization of the tasks and functions of inclusion groups as an effort to accelerate independence for people with disabilities through physical therapy training.
