The Ngawonggo Village Government, Malang Regency, has sought legal protection for people with disabilities by establishing Village Regulation Number 2i of 2023 concerning the Establishment of Village Disability Inclusion Groups. The method used is physical therapy training for groups of people with disabilities. The result of this community service is in order to optimize the realization of the tasks and functions of inclusion groups as an effort to accelerate independence for people with disabilities through physical therapy training.

The link between stress and glycemic dysregulation in type 2 diabetes highlights a trend towards increased insulin resistance. Depression, closely associated with obesity, is often exacerbated by unhealthy eating habits used as coping mechanisms. Chronic stress-induced immune system disorders result in decreased immune responses, while respiratory issues such as asthma are intensified by increased anxiety. Skin conditions like psoriasis and eczema frequently worsen due to psychological stress. In digestive disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome, stress contributes to more severe symptoms, and osteoporosis is similarly affected by chronic stress impacting bone metabolism. These findings affirm the critical importance of routine mental health screenings and the integration of effective public health interventions in overall health management, as exemplified by the Rehab Hati Foundation. Public health programs that enhance mental health can aid in preventing and managing physical illnesses, improving life quality, and reducing overall health burdens. The study's conclusions were tested using SmartPLS 3. It featured an outside model, like a validity and reliability test, and an interior model, such a model fit test and a research hypothesis test. The results of the investigation demonstrated the validity and accuracy of each indicator. The hypothesis test results demonstrated that job satisfaction was positively and significantly impacted by self-efficacy, that self-efficacy was positively and significantly impacted by micromanaged leadership style, and that job satisfaction was not significantly impacted by leadership style. Indirect hypothesis testing using self-efficacy as a mediator between job satisfaction and the micromanaged leadership style produced positive and significant results. The results of the study indicate that the relationship between work happiness and micromanagement leadership style can be totally mediated by self-efficacy.

The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method using a literature study. The results of the study indicate variations in the framing of the OP M conflict in Papua by social media. Some media provide different views; some provide support to the TNI-Polri in the OPM eradication operation, while others provide views on the many cases of crime committed by the Armed Criminal Group (KKB), most of whose victims died. This finding indicates a difference in approach in reporting conflicts that can influence public perception in the conflict. The results of this study are the importance of awareness of the discussion and views used by the mass media in reporting on conflicts and acts of violence and the need for analysis of news received by the public in order to understand the broader context of the Eradication of the Papua Merdeka Organization by the TNI-Polri Apparatus.

s and economic losses. Fire disasters are one of the serious threats in various environments, including Correctional Institutions (Lapas). Prisons have a high potential risk of fire due to various factors, such as the use of unsafe electrical equipment, overcrowding, lack of adequate fire fighting facilities and riots that lead to fires. The purpose of the study was to determine the picture of the attitude of preparedness related to fire disaster management among correctional officers at Pohuwato Prison. The type of quantitative descriptive research , the population of all Correctional Officers at Pohuwato Prison recorded in 2024 was 71 people. Sampling used the Non-Probability Sampling method with the Purposive Sampling technique . The technique was chosen based on certain considerations according to the research criteria. A sample of 59 respondents was obtained. The single variable analyzed was related to the attitude of preparedness. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using reliability and normality tests . The results of the study showed a picture of the attitude of preparedness of correctional officers with a sufficient category of 56 respondents (94.9%). It was concluded that the attitude of preparedness of correctional officers was still sufficient and there was a need for counseling or training related to fire disaster management at Pohuwato Prison.

Method: Using descriptive research with a nursing care approach. Results: The results of the study showed that the signs of hallucinations decreased after the rebuke was carried out. Using descriptive methods by managing patients arranged in nursing care, functions to create systematic, real and precise descriptions of the facts. The results of focused therapeutic actions on conversing with other people for 3 days can reduce the signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations. This is proven when conversing with other people, the patient focuses on the conversation and can avoid whispers that are not real to the patient.
