Design Of A Decision Support System For Prioritizing Village Infrastructure Development Using The SAW Method

Daud Brilian Simanjuntak, Edward Rajagukuguk, Surianto Sitepu
Abstract: Village infrastructure development planning often faces challenges in determining priorities due to limited budget allocations and assessment mechanisms that still tend to be subjective. This study aims to build an objective,… tive, transparent, and measurable Decision Support System (DSS) to determine the priority order of infrastructure development proposals in Asam Jawa Village, Torgamba District. The applied solution integrates the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method to calculate criteria weighting based on relative importance, and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to process the alternative ranking calculation. The evaluation was conducted on 23 physical infrastructure proposals using four main criteria: urgency level (C1), physical condition (C2), benefits (C3), and population size (C4). The results indicate that alternative A4 (Construction of Borehole Well and Public Toilet at Field) and alternative A18 (Sejahtera Street Concrete Cast) achieved the highest preference score of 1.000000, followed by other infrastructure proposals in a structured manner. The combined use of ROC and SAW methods is proven to be effective and consistent in generating accurate rural development priority rankings. The integration of these two methods facilitates village government officials in making accountable decisions while minimizing cognitive bias risks in optimizing development budget allocation.

The Influence of Service Quality and Store Atmosphere on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction at See You Cafe in Pinrang Regency

Zahra, Fatwa Az, Musa, Chalid Imran, Riu, Isma Azis, Aswar, Nurul Fadilah, Abadi, Rahmat Riwayat
Abstract: The rapid growth of local cafes in medium-sized cities has shifted competition from product-based offerings to experience-based value creation. This study examines how service quality and store atmosphere influence customer… mer loyalty through customer satisfaction at See You Cafe in Pinrang City. The study employed a quantitative associative-causal design involving 160 customers selected through purposive sampling, with criteria including customers aged at least 17 years and having visited See You Cafe at least twice. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire measured on a four-point Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Store atmosphere also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, indicating that physical and sensory elements of the cafe contribute to customers’ positive evaluations. However, store atmosphere does not significantly affect customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction also does not significantly affect loyalty and does not mediate the relationship between service quality and loyalty or between store atmosphere and loyalty. These findings suggest that customer loyalty at See You Cafe is shaped more directly by service quality than by satisfaction or store atmosphere. The study implies that cafe management should prioritize improving service reliability, particularly order-serving timeliness, while maintaining a comfortable atmosphere. In addition, loyalty-building strategies should go beyond customer satisfaction by strengthening service consistency, personalization, and long-term customer engagement

Abstract: This study aims to examine the influence of discount framing, brand reputation, e-satisfaction, and e-loyalty on the use of online food delivery applications. The study employs a quantitative approach using survey methods… s and hypothesis testing with SEM-AMOS version 23. The population of this study consists of users of online food delivery applications across Indonesia, with the unit of analysis being individuals. Data for this study were obtained from 135 respondents who filled out an online questionnaire based on a purposive sampling method. The results of the study indicate that discount framing has a positive effect on brand reputation and e-satisfaction. Brand reputation positively affects e-satisfaction. E-satisfaction positively impacts e-loyalty. This indicates that the higher the discount framing, the better the brand reputation and e-satisfaction for ordering food. Furthermore, the better the brand reputation, the higher the e-satisfaction, and the higher the e-satisfaction, the better the e-loyalty in ordering food through online food delivery applications. The implications of these results for application owners are to understand the influence of discount framing, brand reputation, e-satisfaction, and e-loyalty, so they can formulate strategies and policies related to these factors. Meanwhile, the implication for application users is that they can use applications that offer discount framing that suits their needs.

A MODEL OF CROSS-BORDER UNIVERSITY COLLABORATION IN THE DISTRIBUTION OF HUMANITARIAN AID TO FLOOD VICTIMS IN KETAMBE SUBDISTRICT (SOUTHEAST ACEH)

Assauwab, Muhammad Husaini, Kartono, Kartono, Ramud, Anuar, Sukriadi, Sukriadi, Alsi, Ilham, Apandi, Irfan, Marzuki, Mohd, Harith, Mohd
Abstract: The flood disaster that occurred in Ketambe District, Southeast Aceh Regency, at the end of 2025 caused significant impacts on local communities, including damage to housing, disruption of economic activities, and increased… sed demand for basic necessities. These conditions required a rapid, targeted, and well-coordinated humanitarian response. This community service program aimed to provide clothing and food assistance to flood victims while developing a cross-border university collaboration model for disaster response. The program was implemented through a partnership involving Universitas Gunung Leuser (UGL), Universiti Poly-Tech Malaysia (UPTM), and Insan Cakna. The implementation stages included needs assessment, institutional coordination, aid procurement, aid distribution, and program evaluation. UGL was responsible for needs assessment, local coordination, and aid distribution, while UPTM served as the primary donor providing financial assistance, clothing, and food supplies. Insan Cakna acted as the liaison and coordination facilitator between both institutions. The results demonstrated that the collaboration model improved the effectiveness and accuracy of aid distribution while strengthening institutional synergy in disaster response efforts. Beyond providing direct benefits to affected communities, the program generated a cross-border university collaboration model that can be replicated in future humanitarian and disaster management initiatives. The findings highlight that the success of humanitarian programs depends not only on the availability of aid but also on effective coordination, clear division of responsibilities, and sustainable institutional partnerships.

Heriansyah, Pebra, Seprido, Seprido, Nopriandi, Helpi, Putra, Wiko Susandy Edika, Ilhasana , Puti Annisa
Abstract: Muaro Sentajo possesses the potential to be developed as a production hub for native orchid species due to its location within the natural habitat of orchid species in Kuantan Singingi Regency, directly bordering the Sentajo… tajo Raya protected forest. Furthermore, the village has an underutilized female labor potential, organized within the Family Welfare Movement (Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga / PKK) as the foundational collective for rural women in Muaro Sentajo. This initiative aims to provide knowledge on native orchid species, cultivation techniques, integrated systems with stingless bees (kelulut), and digital marketing. The program implemented a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, consisting of asset mapping, practical cultivation workshops, e-commerce platform development, and four months of intensive mentoring. This empowerment program successfully established an active orchid breeding group managing more than 15 native orchid species. Additionally, 83.66% of the participants demonstrated proficiency in operating digital marketing channels (Instagram and Shopee), resulting in the first independent commercial sales of local orchid products. The integration of local ecological assets with modern digital marketing proved effective in enhancing the economic independence of rural women and promoting sustainable community development.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE LEVEL OF CIGARETTE SMOKE EXPOSURE AND SERUM TRIGLYCERIDE LEVELS AMONG STUDENTS

Al-Jufri, Muhammad Sony, Dewi, Yulia Ratna, Maulani, Yulita
Abstract: Cigarette smoke exposure is a significant health threat that may trigger lipid metabolism disorders, particularly by increasing serum triglyceride levels through nicotine-stimulated production of Very Low-Density Lipoprotein… tein (VLDL). This study aimed to analyze the correlation between cigarette smoke exposure levels and serum triglyceride levels in students to identify cardiovascular risks among the productive age group. This study employed an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 83 participants were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Participants' levels of exposure to cigarette smoke were assessed, and their serum triglyceride levels were analyzed using the GPO-PAP enzymatic method. Statistical analysis was performed to determine the significance of the association between smoke exposure levels and serum triglyceride levels. The findings indicate no statistically significant correlation between the level of cigarette smoke exposure and serum triglyceride levels among the study participants (Spearman's rho, p = 0.882). Most participants were classified as having mild cigarette smoke exposure and exhibited serum triglyceride levels within the normal reference range. Furthermore, the relatively homogeneous exposure levels and the young age of the participants may have contributed to the limited variability observed in the study. In conclusion, mild cigarette smoke exposure was not significantly associated with serum triglyceride levels among young adults.

Neurodiversity in Human Resource Management: A Bibliometric Analysis and Research Agenda for Indonesia

Rahmawati, Andi
Abstract: Neurodiversity conceptualizes autism, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, and related cognitive differences as natural variations in human cognition rather than individual deficits. Although this perspective… erspective has gained increasing attention in human resource management (HRM), the intellectual structure and relevance of the existing literature to the Indonesian context remain insufficiently understood. This study maps the development of global research on neurodiversity and HRM and identifies research priorities for Indonesia. A bibliometric analysis was conducted using 993 records retrieved through a Boolean search combining neurodiversity- and HRM-related terms. Following a PRISMA-guided screening process, keyword co-occurrence, density, overlay, and total link-strength analyses were performed using VOSviewer. The analysis identified 43 dominant terms grouped into four thematic clusters: (1) inclusive HRM and diversity management, (2) workplace accommodation and disclosure, (3) intervention and school-to-work transition, and (4) ADHD and occupational mental health. The findings indicate that autism spectrum disorder and ADHD remain the most prominent topics in the literature. The field has gradually shifted from predominantly clinical and educational perspectives in 2020–2021 toward workplace accommodation in 2022 and more strategic HRM-oriented discussions during 2023–2024. However, link-strength analysis reveals that relationships between core HRM concepts and issues of accommodation, disclosure, and occupational mental health remain relatively fragmented. Moreover, Indonesia-specific and developing-country perspectives are absent from the dominant keyword structure. These findings demonstrate a substantial geographical and conceptual research gap. Accordingly, the study proposes five priority research themes to advance neurodiversity-inclusive HRM in Indonesia and provides a foundation for future empirical, policy-oriented, and organizational research.
