tajo Raya protected forest. Furthermore, the village has an underutilized female labor potential, organized within the Family Welfare Movement (Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga / PKK) as the foundational collective for rural women in Muaro Sentajo. This initiative aims to provide knowledge on native orchid species, cultivation techniques, integrated systems with stingless bees (kelulut), and digital marketing. The program implemented a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, consisting of asset mapping, practical cultivation workshops, e-commerce platform development, and four months of intensive mentoring. This empowerment program successfully established an active orchid breeding group managing more than 15 native orchid species. Additionally, 83.66% of the participants demonstrated proficiency in operating digital marketing channels (Instagram and Shopee), resulting in the first independent commercial sales of local orchid products. The integration of local ecological assets with modern digital marketing proved effective in enhancing the economic independence of rural women and promoting sustainable community development.
Abstract:Cigarette smoke exposure is a significant health threat that may trigger lipid metabolism disorders, particularly by increasing serum triglyceride levels through nicotine-stimulated production of Very Low-Density Lipoprotein…
tein (VLDL). This study aimed to analyze the correlation between cigarette smoke exposure levels and serum triglyceride levels in students to identify cardiovascular risks among the productive age group. This study employed an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 83 participants were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Participants' levels of exposure to cigarette smoke were assessed, and their serum triglyceride levels were analyzed using the GPO-PAP enzymatic method. Statistical analysis was performed to determine the significance of the association between smoke exposure levels and serum triglyceride levels. The findings indicate no statistically significant correlation between the level of cigarette smoke exposure and serum triglyceride levels among the study participants (Spearman's rho, p = 0.882). Most participants were classified as having mild cigarette smoke exposure and exhibited serum triglyceride levels within the normal reference range. Furthermore, the relatively homogeneous exposure levels and the young age of the participants may have contributed to the limited variability observed in the study. In conclusion, mild cigarette smoke exposure was not significantly associated with serum triglyceride levels among young adults.

nomic Law. As part of sociological phenomenon and contemporary automotive creative economy, transactions of used motorcycles with high historical value are often faced with technical information asymmetry between business actors and consumers. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method with a normative-empirical case study approach. Primary data were collected directly from the field through participatory observation and in-depth interviews with Garage Scooter owners and consumers, while secondary data were obtaied through participatory observastion and-depth interviews with Garage Scooter owners and consumers, national regulitions. The result of the study indicate thet transaction practices at Garage Scooter Kangkeng are carried out through a direct sale and purchase scheme (bal’ musawamah) and an indent system for ordering modification restorations. Business actors have implemened basic islamic business ethics values such as honesty (shiddiq0, trustworthiness, transparancy, and reponsibility for product qualit. However, crucial loopholes are still found in the form of weak black and white doumentation (written contracts), which opens up the potential fo uncertainty (gharar) and manipulation of minor information (tadlis)related to detalled machine specifacitions and the accuracy of restoration times. Viewed form Shari Economic La, the validity of The pillar and conditions of commodity objects requires strengthening after-sales technical tansparancy through written instruments (al-kitabah) to uphold the principle of mutual consent (an-tardhin) and the right to choose (khiyar al-‘aib) in order to achieve tru benefit (maslahah).
Abstract:Neurodiversity conceptualizes autism, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, and related cognitive differences as natural variations in human cognition rather than individual deficits. Although this perspective…
erspective has gained increasing attention in human resource management (HRM), the intellectual structure and relevance of the existing literature to the Indonesian context remain insufficiently understood. This study maps the development of global research on neurodiversity and HRM and identifies research priorities for Indonesia. A bibliometric analysis was conducted using 993 records retrieved through a Boolean search combining neurodiversity- and HRM-related terms. Following a PRISMA-guided screening process, keyword co-occurrence, density, overlay, and total link-strength analyses were performed using VOSviewer. The analysis identified 43 dominant terms grouped into four thematic clusters: (1) inclusive HRM and diversity management, (2) workplace accommodation and disclosure, (3) intervention and school-to-work transition, and (4) ADHD and occupational mental health. The findings indicate that autism spectrum disorder and ADHD remain the most prominent topics in the literature. The field has gradually shifted from predominantly clinical and educational perspectives in 2020–2021 toward workplace accommodation in 2022 and more strategic HRM-oriented discussions during 2023–2024. However, link-strength analysis reveals that relationships between core HRM concepts and issues of accommodation, disclosure, and occupational mental health remain relatively fragmented. Moreover, Indonesia-specific and developing-country perspectives are absent from the dominant keyword structure. These findings demonstrate a substantial geographical and conceptual research gap. Accordingly, the study proposes five priority research themes to advance neurodiversity-inclusive HRM in Indonesia and provides a foundation for future empirical, policy-oriented, and organizational research.
Abstract:This study aims to examine the role of competition law in regulating corporate conduct, protecting consumers, and enhancing economic efficiency in contemporary market economies. Amid increasing market concentration, digital…
tal platform dominance, and the emergence of data-driven business models, competition law has become an essential regulatory instrument for ensuring fair competition, safeguarding consumer interests, and promoting sustainable economic development. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on the PRISMA 2020 framework. Relevant literature was systematically collected from six major academic databases, namely Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, Emerald Insight, and Taylor & Francis Online. The review process included identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and inclusion stages. A total of 78 peer-reviewed articles published between 2015 and 2025 were selected and analyzed using thematic synthesis techniques. The findings reveal that competition law performs four interconnected functions. First, it serves as a regulatory mechanism that shapes corporate behavior and prevents anticompetitive practices, including monopolization, cartel agreements, price-fixing, and abuse of dominant positions. Second, competition law enhances consumer welfare by promoting competitive prices, product quality, innovation, and consumer choice. Third, effective competition policy contributes to allocative, productive, and dynamic efficiency, thereby supporting long-term economic growth. Fourth, digital markets introduce new challenges associated with data concentration, platform dominance, network effects, and algorithmic pricing, requiring adaptive regulatory frameworks and strengthened institutional capacity. This study contributes to the literature by integrating Economic Efficiency Theory, Consumer Welfare Theory, Competition Policy Theory, and Regulatory Governance Theory into a comprehensive analytical framework that explains the relationship between competition law, corporate conduct regulation, consumer protection, and economic efficiency. The findings provide policy recommendations for competition authorities and governments, particularly in developing economies, regarding digital competition governance, institutional strengthening, cross-border enforcement cooperation, and data-driven market regulation.Unlike previous studies that focus on isolated dimensions of competition law, this research offers a holistic synthesis of legal, economic, consumer welfare, and governance perspectives. It further highlights how competition law can address emerging challenges in the digital economy while simultaneously promoting consumer protection and economic efficiency.
Abstract:Poverty remains one of the major development challenges in South Sulawesi, particularly in regencies with relatively high poverty rates. This study aims to examine the effects of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) growth,…
owth, educational attainment, and the open unemployment rate on poverty across nine regencies in South Sulawesi during the 2016–2025 period. This research employed a quantitative approach using panel data obtained from the Statistics Indonesia. The research sample consisted of nine regencies that consistently recorded high poverty rates, namely Selayar Islands Regency, Jeneponto Regency, Pangkajene and Islands Regency, Bone Regency, Enrekang Regency, Luwu Regency, Tana Toraja Regency, North Luwu Regency, and North Toraja Regency. The analytical method applied was panel data regression using the Common Effect Model (CEM), Fixed Effect Model (FEM), and Random Effect Model (REM), with the optimal model selected through the Chow test and Hausman test. The findings reveal that GRDP growth has a negative effect on poverty, educational attainment has a negative and statistically significant effect on poverty, whereas the open unemployment rate has a positive effect on poverty. Simultaneously, GRDP growth, educational attainment, and the open unemployment rate significantly influence poverty in South Sulawesi. These findings suggest that poverty alleviation policies should prioritize equitable economic growth, improvements in educational quality, and the expansion of productive employment opportunities.

odic storytelling within brief viewing durations. Despite its increasing popularity, empirical research explaining the psychological mechanisms underlying Continuous Viewing Intention in short-form drama remains limited. This study investigates the influence of Viewing Motivation on Flow Experience and Continuous Viewing Intention. In this study, Viewing Motivation is conceptualized as a higher-order construct comprising Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, Habit, Substitute Expectancy, and Aesthetic Motivation. Data were collected through an online survey involving 140 respondents in Makassar who actively consume short-form drama content. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that Viewing Motivation significantly influences both Flow Experience and Continuous Viewing Intention. Furthermore, Flow Experience significantly affects Continuous Viewing Intention and mediates the relationship between Viewing Motivation and Continuous Viewing Intention. These findings underscore the importance of motivational drivers and immersive viewing experiences in fostering sustained engagement with short-form drama content

Abstract:This study aims to map the development of scientific research on human capital, social capital, and the well-being of self-employed workers in the informal sector during the period 2015–2025. Employing a bibliometric approach…
pproach based on Scopus data, this study analyses 102 scientific documents through indicators of annual publication output, country contribution, institutional affiliation, citation level, co-authorship collaboration networks, and keyword co-occurrence using VOSviewer software. The analysis reveals a significantly upward publication trend, particularly in 2024 and 2025. China, the United Kingdom, and Indonesia are recorded as the countries with the highest publication contributions. The most cited article is the work of Prasetyo & Kistanti (2020), which comprehensively integrates human capital, social capital, and entrepreneurship as pillars of sustainable economic growth. Co-authorship network analysis indicates fragmented collaboration patterns, while keyword co-occurrence mapping identifies four main thematic clusters: (1) well-being and entrepreneurship; (2) social capital and human capital; (3) livelihood and the informal sector; and (4) knowledge and sustainable development. These findings suggest the need to strengthen cross-country research collaboration and to expand inquiry into the interaction between human capital and social capital in enhancing the well-being of self-employed workers in the informal sector, particularly in developing countries. This study contributes to the literature by providing an integrated bibliometric overview of how human capital and social capital are positioned in relation to the well-being of self-employed workers in the informal sector
