s and describes one of the Artificial Terms Network methods, namely Backpropagation, where this method can predict what will happen in the future using data and information in the past. This study aims to predict the birth rate in the city of Batam to help the government with the family planning program. The data used is the annual data on the number of births in the city of Batam in 2016-2020 at The Civil Registry Office. To facilitate the analysis of research data, the data were tested using Matlab R2015b. In this study, the training process was carried out using 3 network architectures, namely 4-10-1, 5-18-1, and 4-43-1. Of these 3 architectures, the best is the 4-43-1 architecture with an accuracy rate of 91% and an MSE value of 0.0012205. The Backpropagation method can predict the amount of population growth in the city of Batam based on existing data in the past.

Abstrak: Pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk diindonesia yang setiap tahun meningkat dengan pesat, maka untuk membantu pemerintah mengendalikan jumlah pertumbuhan penduduk melalui program keluarga berencana khususnya dikota Batam. Penelitian ini menjelaskan dan memaparkan tentang salah satu metode Jaringan Syarat Tiruan yaitu Backpropagation, dimana metode ini dapat memprediksi apa yang akan terjadi masa yang akan datang dengan menggunakan data dan informasi dimasa lalu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi tingkat kelahiran di kota Batam sehingga membatu pemerintah untuk perencanaan keluarga berencana. Data yang digunakan yaitu data tahunan jumlah kelahiran di kota Batam pada tahun 2016-2020 pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil. Untuk mempermudah analisis data penelitian maka, data diuji menggunakan Matlab R2015b. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan proses pelatihan menggunakan 3 arsitektur jaringan yaitu 4-10-1, 5-18-1, dan 4-43-1. Dari ke-3 arsitektur ini yang terbaik adalah arsitektur 4-43-1 dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 91% dan nilai MSE 0,0012205. Metode backpropagation mampu memprediksi jumlah pertumbuhan penduduk di kota Batam berdasarkan data yang ada dimasa lalu.

This study discusses how to implement the program code for notifications on mobile applications based on hybrid mobile applications and the use of oneSignal as a push notification service. The method used in this research is analysis, code implementation, testing, and evaluation of the results of several implementation methods. The analysis carried out contains an analysis of what methods can be used to make notifications to the mobile application. After getting the method in the analysis phase, the next step is to try various methods of implementing the code and testing the code of the mobile application program using the code-and-fix life cycle method. The test results of each implementation method are then evaluated and the best code implementation method is determined. The final result of this research is recommendations for implementing program code into hybrid mobile applications using the oneSignal service.

Abstrak: Aplikasi mobile saat ini tidak bisa lepas dari adanya penggunaan notifikasi. Banyaknya jenis device mobile yang digunakan user, mengakibatkan penggunaan metode untuk membuat notifikasi yang dapat berjalan di semua jenis device penting untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana mengimplementasikan kode program untuk notifikasi pada aplikasi mobile yang berbasis aplikasi mobile hybrid serta penggunaan oneSignal sebagai servis push notification-nya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu analisis, implementasi kode, testing dan evaluasi perbandingan hasil beberapa metode implementasi. Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi analisis metode apa saja yang dapat digunakan untuk membuat notifikasi ke aplikasi mobile. Setelah mendapatkan perbandingan metode pada tahapan analisis, tahapan selanjutnya yaitu mencoba berbagai metode implementasi kode dan dilakukan testing kode program aplikasi mobile dengan menggunakan metode code-and-fix life cycle. Hasil testing masing-masing metode implementasi kemudian dievaluasi dan ditentukan metode implementasi kode terbaik. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi implementasi kode program kedalam aplikasi mobile hybrid untuk memunculkan notifikasi pada aplikasi menggunakan servis oneSignal.

The lack of knowledge of farmers and the community about the evaluation of land suitability causes the cultivated plants do not produce optimally, because the conditions required by these plants are not in accordance with the conditions of the land that supports the growth of these plants. Seeing the importance of the process of selecting plants based on land suitability, while determining the selection of plants is still done only by looking at the experience of farmers who have not been tested. So the authors feel the need to make research to determine plants on land based on land suitability and plant growth requirements. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method is very suitable to be used to calculate the priority weight of each criterion because it is objective, which will later be used as a reference ranking by the TOPSIS method. With this research, it can determine the estate crops that will be planted on a land based on the level of land suitability and the requirements for growing plants that are alternative precisely, accurately and dynamically.

Abstrak: Kebanyakan Petani masih banyak yang belum mengetahui tanaman apa yang cocok ditanaman di lahannya. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan petani mengenai kesesuaian lahan dengan persyaratan tumbuh suatu tanaman. Lemahnya tingkat pengetahuan petani dan masyarakat tentang evaluasi kesesuaian lahan menyebabkan tanaman yang dibudidayakan tidak berproduksi optimal, karena syarat yang dibutuhkan tanaman tersebut belum sesuai dengan kondisi lahan yang mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman tersebut. Melihat pentingnya proses pemilihan tanaman berdasarkan kesesuain lahan, sedangkan penentuan pemilihan tanaman masih dilakukan hanya berdasarkan dengan melihat pengalaman petani yang belum teruji. Maka penulis merasa perlu membuat penelitian untuk menentukan tanaman pada lahan berdasarkan kesesuain lahan dan persyaratan tumbuh tanaman. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process sangat cocok digunakan untuk menghitung bobot prioritas dari tiap kriteria karena bersifat obyektif, yang nantinya menjadi acuan perangkingan yang dilakukan dengan metode TOPSIS. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, maka dapat menentukan tanaman perkebunan yang akan ditanam pada suatu lahan berdasarkan tingkat kesesuaian lahan dan persyaratan tumbuh tanaman yang menjadi alternatif secara tepat, akurat dan dinamis.

Abstrak: Perpustakaan merupakan salah satu sarana yang sangat penting untuk menambah wawasan dan keilmuan setiap orang. Pada umumnya data transaksi peminjaman buku yang ada pada sebuah perpustakaan hanya dibiarkan saja menumpuk oleh pihak perpustakaan di dalam database tanpa ada pemanfaatan atau pengolahan lebih lanjut dari data-data yang telah lama tersimpan tersebut. Dengan melakukan pemanfaatan menggunakan Teknik Data Mining metode association rules dengan FP-Growth, data-data tersebut akan jadi sangat bermanfaat. Karena dari data peminjaman buku pada perpustakaan tersebut dapat diggali informasi baru tentang buku-buku apa yang sering dipinjam dan mengetahui pola hubungan antara buku yang telah dipinjam secara bersama-sama sehingga nantinya dapat dimanfaatkan untuk melakukan penyusunan buku sesuai dengan pola peminjaman buku yang ada sehingga dapat mempermudah para pengunjung perpustakaan dalam proses pencarian buku.

The study involved 14 informants. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The findings show that the performance of the KPU of Maluku Province in organizing the 2024 Presidential Election in Ambon City is in good condition, based on dimensions such as work responsiveness, work accountability, work effectiveness, and work efficiency. This performance is influenced by factors such as human resources (HR), technological support, collaboration with stakeholders, and community participation.

As written, the value for R wire is 82661.52 W, for S 52613 W, while for the T phase the value is 60127.06 W. Meanwhile, the calculation of power losses from GI Kebasen Tegal shows differences between the R, S and T phases with 1 phase voltage in the conditions before balance and after balanced. On the 3-phase line for the R wire, the power loss decreases from 34,198 W to 17,0425 W, for S it increases from 11,540 W to 19,077 W, while for the T phase the value remains 15,274 W.

These library sources can be obtained from: books, journals, magazines, research results such as theses and dissertations, and other appropriate sources. If researchers have obtained relevant literature, it will be compiled regularly for use in research. The research results found that in developing the curriculum, teachers can choose several models including the Tyler Model, Administrative Model, Grassroots Approach Model, Demonstration Model, Beauchamp System Model or Beauchamp Model, Roger Model, Problem Solving Model and Taba Reverse Model. Curriculum development procedures include curriculum planning, curriculum organization, staff placement, and curriculum control. Meanwhile, curriculum implementation is the process of applying ideas, concepts, policies, in the form of practical actions, so that it creates impacts, both in the form of changes in students' knowledge, skills, as well as values and attitudes. The respondents of the study consisted of fried chicken MSMEs players in Sedong Village. The results showed that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook applications, had a positive effect on increasing the income of fried chicken MSMEs players. Sales activities that were originally word-of-mouth developed by utilizing digital media. The use of WhatsApp and Facebook not only expanded the range of product information, but also increased sales volume from 30-50 chickens per day to 70-100 chickens per day. Daily net profit also increased significantly, increasing from Rp. 150,000 - Rp. 200,000 to Rp. 300,000 - Rp. 400,000. Although the application of digital media has a positive impact, MSMEs players have also experienced some negative impacts. Additional expenses to buy data packages or internet quotas are one of the obstacles. In addition, concerns about product imitation by competitors and the presence of fictitious purchases are also felt. The conclusion of this study is that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook, can be an effective strategy in increasing the income of fried chicken fried chicken MSMEs.
