Researchers analyzed how the integration of information technology in MIS helps financial managers in collecting, managing, and analyzing financial information to support timely and accurate decision-making. This study employed a qualitative descriptive method using secondary data sources collected through a literature review and document analysis. The findings indicate that the application of information technology in MIS has had a positive impact on the financial decision-making process, including increased data accessibility, faster and more accurate analysis, and a better understanding of the organization's financial conditions. The practical implications of these findings include the importance of investing in adequate information technology infrastructure and developing competent human resources in managing management information systems. he AHP method is used to facilitate more objective and structured decision making in the employee selection process. This research involved interviews with MSME owners and related staff, direct observation in the employee selection process, as well as literature studies to gain an in-depth understanding of the concepts and applications of the AHP Method in the context of employee selection. The results show that the implementation of SPK using the AHP Method can improve objectivity, consistency, and efficiency in the employee selection process. Suggestions for the development and implementation of an effective SDM are also presented. The development of information technology, especially the internet, has provided many positive benefits for its users. However, the use of internet technology also has negative impacts that cannot be ignored. Based on this explanation, the aim of this research is to find out how to study law enforcement procedures for hacking victims on digital platforms and how to ensure that digital platform users are more regulated regarding cyber security. The research method used is a descriptive analytical method. The results and discussion in this research are that handling crime cases in the field of information and electronic transactions is a responsibility that has been established for investigators, especially cyber patrols, to investigate and uncover these crimes. The investigation process has a very important and strategic role in determining the success of criminal law enforcement. The quality of a good investigation greatly determines the possibility of success in the prosecution process and makes it easier to reveal material truths during the trial.
