Sistem rekam medis yang simpel dan mudah digunakan dalam memudahkan pihak puskesmas untuk melakukan pencatatan medis pasien adalah sistem Aplikasi Android Medical Records App, dengan adanya aplikasi ini maka apa yang diharapkan pihak puskesmas dapat Meningkatkan pengetahuan pegawai puskesmas porsea untuk menggunakan aplikasi rekam medis, dan meningkatkan penggunaan sistem terkomputerisasi, dan juga mempermudah masyarakat yang berobat untuk bisa di simpan data catatan medisnya dan dapat dilihat jejak riwayat kesehatannya yang sudah ada.

Rendahnya jumlah peneliti dan hasil riset menjadi dasar perlunya program untuk menggenjot minat riset bagi masyarakat. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan dengan pemanfaatan aplikasi Google Forms pada organisasi peneliti dalam membuat program Science Event (LKTI). Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan menseleksi naskah, presentase dan penjurian. Hasil kegiatan memutuskan tiga pemenang sebagai juara 1,2 dan 3 berdasarkan hasil penilaian dewan juri kepada para finalis. Peserta yang juara diberikan penghargaan berupa trophy, sertifikat, dan uang pembinaan. Kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar dengan harapan kedepan minat masyarakat untuk meneliti semakin meningkat dan karya penelitiannya semakin baik.

The method used in this service is a simulation using one e-commerce application, namely Shopee. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to utilize e-commerce, especially for millennials so that they can use it in positive terms. The result of this activity was the implementation of Community Service activities attended by 30 students at SMA Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai.

Generasi milenial merupakan generarasi muda masa kini yang saat ini berusia dalam rentang usia15-34 tahun. Generasi ini merupakan konsumen terbesar dalam memanfaatkan internet dalam banyak hal, seperti sosial media maupun e-commerce. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini ialah simulasi menggunakan salah satu aplikasi e-commerce, yaitu Shopee. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memanfaatkan e-commerce terutama bagi generasi milenial sehingga dapat memanfaatkannya dalam hal positif. Hasil kegiatan ini ialah terlaksananya kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dihadiri siswa-siswi SMA Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai sebanyak 30 orang.

Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah observasi langsung ke sekolah MAN Asahan dengan melihat serta menganalisa permasalahan ataupun troubleshooting yang terjadi pada Laboratorium Komputer disekolah MAN Asahan. Abstrak: Ulangan Harian adalah Penilaian yang dilakukan setiap menyelesaikan satu muatan pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan Ulangan Harian di SMK Negeri 1 kisaran masih dilakukan dilakukan secara manual menggunakan kertas soal dan jawaban sehingga dalam proses pelaksanaannya belum efisien baik dalam waktu maupun pemeriksaan hasil ujian peserta didik tersebut. Hal ini tentunya sangat menyulitkan bagi guru. SIMULAH 1.0 merupakan sistem informasi berbasis web yang digunakan mengelola ujian tersebut. Pengelolaannya meliputi manajemen soal, guru, mata pelajaran dan penilaian. This dedication activity is carried out using lecture, demonstration, and practice methods accompanied by questions and answers. The lecture method is used to explain the introductory concept of the introduction of Adobe Photoshop software as one of the media in processing images. The demonstration method is used to show a work process that is the stages of introducing tools in Adobe Photoshop software and knowing each of its functions, while the training method is to practice directly how to design posters in the application. While the question and answer method is to give participants the opportunity to consult to overcome obstacles in understanding the material that has been obtained. The final results of this activity are expected to add insight to students in designing posters as a way to present or convey information.

Metodeceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep pengantar dari pengenalan software adobe Photoshopsebagai salah satu media dalam mengolah gambar. Metode demonstrasidipakai untuk menunjukkan suatu proses kerja yaitu tahap-tahapmengenalan tool-tool yang ada pada software adobe Photoshopdan mengetahui masing-masing fungsinya, sedangkanmetode latihan untuk mempraktikkan langsung cara mendesain poster pada aplikasi tersebut. The training was carried out at the Pesona Rhabayu Housing Community of Patam Lestari Village, Sekupang District, Batam. The training was conducted by monitoring and tutorials on how to use social media properly, including information dissemination on the Information and Electronic Transaction Law (UU ITE) so that the community has a legal basis for using social media. Khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pegawai dan guru-guru SMP Negeri 5 Kisaran . Kegiatan pelatihan ini disajikan dengan metodeceramah, demonstrasi dan tanya jawab. Ketersediaan dosen yang memadai, antusiasme peserta, dan dukungan kepala sekolah merupakan pendukung terlaksananya kegiatan PKM ini.Adapun kendala yang dihadapi adalah kemampuan peserta menggunakan porgram aplikasi ini masih rendah.Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini antara lain peserta dapat mengetahui tentang arti pentingnya penggunaan Micrososft Excel terutama menggunakan tabel pada pengolahan nilai suswa yang selalu digunakan oleh para guru-guru di sekolah dalam memasukkan nilai siswa dan aplikasi formula dasar dalam mempercepat pengolahan data lainnya.
