s several challenges, such as limited human resources, inadequate infrastructure, low community awareness, and insufficient promotion strategies. This study aims to analyze the role of the Tourism Office in optimizing destination management, identify influencing factors, and formulate strategic efforts towards sustainable tourism management. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with stakeholders (government, private sector, community, academia, and media), and document studies. The results show that the Tourism Office of Solok City plays a key role in four main functions: planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation. Programs conducted between 2021 and 2024 include destination development, tourism promotion, human resource capacity building, and cross-sector partnerships. Internal and external factors such as budget constraints, infrastructure limitations, community participation, and destination competitiveness influence management effectiveness. The implementation of Good Governance principles participation, transparency, accountability, and efficiency along with Destination Management approaches, has guided policy and program implementation. However, some aspects, particularly cross-sectoral integration and innovation in tourism promotion, still need improvement. This study concludes that strengthening stakeholder synergy and enhancing institutional capacity are crucial for optimizing sustainable destination management in Solok City

and ancillary factors on visitor perceptions. Data were collected in February 2025 through questionnaires distributed to 100 visitors. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumption tests were performed to ensure the appropriateness of multiple linear regression analysis. The results revealed that visitors rated the clarity of registration information and memorable experiences the highest. Regression analysis showed that attraction significantly negatively affected visitor perception, while accessibility, amenity, and ancillary factors had significant positive effects. This indicated that enhancing accessibility, amenity, and ancillary improved visitor satisfaction, whereas increasing attraction elements unexpectedly lowered visitor perception. In conclusion, effective management of attraction, accessibility, amenity, and ancillary was essential to foster positive visitor perceptions and enhance the competitiveness of Milkindo Agrotourism as a leading educational tourism destination. The study recommended continuous innovation and improvement to support sustainable development in education-based agrotourism.

into financial operations, leaders are required to possess not only traditional managerial skills but also a strong understanding of AI concepts, applications, and ethical considerations. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 55 finance professionals occupying leadership roles across various organizations. The study assessed their levels of AI literacy and examined its relationship with their perceived leadership effectiveness. The results reveal a significant positive correlation between AI literacy and leadership effectiveness, indicating that leaders with higher AI literacy are better equipped to drive innovation, make strategic decisions, and successfully adapt to technological change. These findings highlight the importance of integrating AI literacy into leadership development programs and fostering a culture of continuous learning to ensure sustained organizational agility and competitiveness in the finance sector.

The Findings in this research show that students require strong skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening, especially to understand international literature, compose academic and legal documents, and participate in global discourse. However, students face major obstacles such as limited vocabulary rela ted to Sharia and economic terminology, and a lack of confidence in speaking due to minimal exposure. Despite these challenges, students demonstrate high motivation to improve their English for academic advancement and career opportunities. In this context, English proficiency is crucial for accounting students to access international literature and understand global standards. Additionally, high learning motivation encourages students to be more disciplined and active in academic activities, while social support from the academic environment plays a role in enhancing their confidence and professionalism. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey involving 200 accounting students from various universities in Makassar, South Sulawesi. The analysis results show that all three factors significantly impact students’ professionalism and learning strategies. English proficiency is positively correlated with improved professionalism and learning strategies, while learning motivation enhances students' professionalism quality, and social support plays an essential role in developing professional attitudes and improving learning strategies. The findings emphasize the importance of integrating these three factors into higher education curricula to prepare students for global challenges and enhance their competitiveness in the international job market.
