According to data from the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) for the period 2019 to 2023, the number of incidents increased significantly from 290,000 cases in 2019 to 1,031,389 cases in 2023. The dominant types of cybercrime shifted each year, starting with phishing in 2019, malware in 2020, ransomware in 2021, DDoS attacks in 2022, and data breaches in 2023. This surge in incidents reflects the growing complexity of cyber threats faced by various sectors in Indonesia. In response, the government and private sector have strengthened regulations through the enactment of the Personal Data Protection Law and have adopted technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain to enhance detection and prevention of cyberattacks. Effective cyber risk management requires integrated preventive, detective, and corrective measures to safeguard information systems and sensitive data from increasingly sophisticated attacks. K3 factors are closely related to the performance of ship crew (ABK) and, in turn, to the performance of the company. The more safety facilities available, the less likely work accidents are to occur. This study aims to determine how the Relationship Between Health and Safety Behavior (K3) and Work Accidents Among Ship Crew (ABK) on Passenger Ships. The type of research uses a quantitative method with a Cross Sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study is Total Sampling with a sample size of 31 respondents. Data collection was obtained from direct observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted through univariate and bivariate tests, with the hypothesis testing using the Chi-square test at a confidence level (α=0.05). The results showed that there is a relationship between behavior and work accidents, with a value of (p=0.03), indicating a relationship between behavior and work accidents.

to analyze the judge's considerations, the legal force of certificates and deeds in bank mortgages, and legal protection for mortgage holders. This study is a normative legal study. Data were collected and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the judge annulled the gift because it did not meet the legal requirements according to Islamic law and the Compilation of Islamic Law. The decision has implications for the cancellation of all related documents, including the certificate of ownership, the deed of granting mortgage rights, and the credit agreement, so that they no longer have legal force as debt collateral. Legal protection of creditors due to cancellation of grants according to Article 11131 of the Civil Code, even though the collateral guarantee is cancelled, the creditor still has legal protection through general guarantees, namely that all of the debtor's assets can be used as objects of debt fulfillment and the creditor can request seizure of collateral and the application of the principle of good faith of the bank that has acted according to the procedure for granting credit. It is expected that judges will prioritize the principles of justice, proportionality, the principle of good faith, and substantive justice in banking and financing practices in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyse the integration strategy of character education values in Islamic Religious Education learning in schools through a literature study approach. The method used is library research, by reviewing various scientific journals, academic books, and relevant policy documents. The results show that Islam-based character education can be effectively implemented through several strategies, namely affective approaches in teaching, integration of character values in the curriculum and extracurricular activities, active involvement of parents and communities, and habituation of Islamic values in school life. In addition, the role of teachers as role models and creators of a conducive learning environment determine the success of character education. The conclusion of this study confirms that effective character education requires a comprehensive and sustainable approach so that students can internalise Islamic values in their daily lives. The findings are expected to be a reference for educators and policy makers in developing more effective learning models in instilling Islamic-based character in schools.

Several factors that contributed to the success of this learning included the quality of teaching, adequate facilities, time and intensity of practice, and student motivation and interest. The positive experiences gained during learning at Saung Angklung Udjo not only improved technical skills, but also instilled cultural values and togetherness among students.
