Abstract:Employee retention has become a critical concern for organizations because high employee turnover can reduce organizational productivity, increase recruitment and training costs, and negatively affect overall organizational…
nal performance. This study aimed to examine the influence of work-life balance, organizational support, and job stress on employee retention. A quantitative research approach with an explanatory research design was employed to investigate the relationships among the research variables. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to 150 employees selected using an appropriate sampling technique. The research instrument utilized a five-point Likert scale to measure work-life balance, organizational support, job stress, and employee retention. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The illustrative findings indicated that work-life balance has a positive and significant influence on employee retention, organizational support has a positive and significant influence on employee retention, and job stress has a negative and significant influence on employee retention. Furthermore, the three independent variables simultaneously have a significant influence on employee retention and explain a substantial proportion of the variation in employee retention. Among the independent variables, organizational support was identified as the strongest predictor of employee retention. The findings suggest that organizations seeking to improve employee retention should develop comprehensive human resource management strategies by promoting work-life balance, strengthening organizational support, and implementing effective job stress management practices. Such initiatives are expected to enhance employee well-being, increase organizational commitment, reduce turnover intentions, and contribute to long-term organizational sustainability
Abstract:Culinary MSMEs with perishable products face challenges in managing production costs due to the presence of unsold products, which are often not included in determining the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). This study aims to analyze…
nalyze the application of the full costing method by integrating Expected Spoilage Cost into the COGS calculation at Siomay Kang Dani MSME and evaluate its impact on business profitability. The study used a descriptive quantitative approach with a single case study method. Data were obtained through interviews, direct observation, and documentation related to production costs and the number of unsold products. The results show that the conventional COGS of Rp7,665 per portion increased to Rp8,975 per portion after incorporating the Expected Spoilage Cost of Rp591,240 per month. The integration of spoilage costs results in a more realistic cost calculation because it considers losses due to leftover products. A sensitivity analysis also shows that increasing spoilage levels leads to an increase in COGS and a decrease in profit margins. This study suggests that the application of a modified COGS can help MSMEs set selling prices and manage profitability more accurately

approach with an associative research type. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 140 respondents who have watched Korean dramas and seen Kopiko products in Korean dramas. Data collection was conducted through an online questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale, while data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS. The results show that product placement and brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. In addition, brand image is able to moderate the relationship between product placement and purchase intention, but is unable to moderate the relationship between brand awareness and purchase intention. The results of this study indicate that Kopiko product placement in Korean dramas and high brand awareness can increase consumer purchasing interest. This study is expected to be a reference for companies in developing marketing strategies through entertainment media and building a positive brand image to increase consumer purchase intention.
Abstract:The development of financial technology has encouraged the transformation of the digital payment system in Indonesia, one of which is through the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) developed…
oped by Bank Indonesia to integrate various QR code-based payment services. This payment system is expected to be able to improve transaction efficiency, speed up the payment process, and expand financial inclusion for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, the adoption rate of digital payment technology in the MSME sector still faces various challenges, both related to technological aspects, user psychological factors, and the influence of the social environment. This study aims to systematically examine the influence of constructs in the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT3) on the interest of MSMEs in using the QRIS payment system at Bank Syariah Indonesia with trust and perceived ease of use as mediation variables. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA approach to identify, select, and analyze relevant scientific articles in the 2020–2025 period. The literature search process produced 2,395 articles from a database of reputable scientific journals, then an elimination process was carried out based on inclusion and exclusion criteria so that 71 articles were obtained that were eligible for further analysis. The study stages were carried out systematically through the process of identification, screening, feasibility assessment, and determination of final articles. The results of the study show that the main constructs in the technology acceptance model such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions have an important influence on interest in using digital payment technology. In addition, additional factors such as trust and perceived ease of use have been proven to act as mediating variables that strengthen the relationship between technology construct and the intention to use QRIS by MSME actors. Trust in system security and ease of use of technology are crucial factors in increasing user confidence in digital payment services, especially in the context of Islamic banking-based financial services. The findings of this study provide a theoretical contribution to the development of a digital payment technology acceptance model based on UTAUT3 and provide practical implications for financial institutions and regulators in increasing the adoption of QRIS among MSME actors. The next research is suggested to develop an empirical model with a quantitative approach to test the relationship between variables more comprehensively in the context of the digital economy in Indonesia.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the influence of international prices, the rupiah–rupee exchange rate, non-tariff measures, and India’s import volume on the export value of Indonesian cloves to India. The research utilizes secondary…
s secondary data for the period 2015–2024. The analytical method employed is the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model to examine both short-run and long-run relationships, complemented by stationarity tests, cointegration tests, ECM estimation, and diagnostic and stability tests. The results show that international prices have a positive and significant effect on Indonesia’s clove export value, consistent with export-supply theory which states that higher global prices increase export incentives. The rupiah–rupee exchange rate displays a positive but insignificant relationship, indicating that exchange rate volatility is not sufficiently strong to influence changes in export value. Non-tariff measures, including SPS and TBT standards, are found to have a significant effect, reflecting the role of regulations in increasing compliance costs while simultaneously enhancing Indian consumer confidence in the quality of Indonesian cloves. India’s import volume also has a significant influence, showing that India’s domestic demand remains a major driver of Indonesia’s export value during the study period. This study is expected to provide insights for policymakers and industry players in strengthening trade strategies, particularly in enhancing the competitiveness of Indonesian clove exports through quality improvements, exchange rate stability, and compliance with non-tariff standards.
