tural History (ISHC) requires strategies that can build students' historical literacy reflectively and contextually. This study aims to describe and analyze the process of constructing students' historical literacy through digital animated video-based ISHC learning at Madrasah Aliyah Fathanul Burhan, Tempuran District. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, then analyzed using an interactive model through the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the use of digital animated video integrated into the learning design fosters chronological understanding, causal analysis skills, and active student engagement in reflective discussions. The teacher's role as a facilitator is a key factor in guiding students' interpretation of visual content, ensuring a systematic process of meaning construction. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of integrating digital pedagogy and dialogic facilitation in strengthening historical literacy in madrasas, as well as contributing to the development of SKI learning practices that are adaptive to the digital era.

l and social transformation. Etiquette is a reflection of a deep understanding of the purpose of worship and a servant's closeness to his Lord. It balances the physical and spiritual dimensions, as well as the formal and substantial aspects of every religious practice. This article aims to examine in depth the role of etiquette in perfecting the performance of the five main acts of worship in Islam, namely thaharah, prayer, zakat, fasting, and hajj. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method based on literature review. Data sources include the Qur'an and Hadith of the Prophet SAW, classical literature such as Riyadhus Shalihin and Ihya Ulumuddin, as well as contemporary references such as Tafsir Al-Azhar and scientific studies published in 2020 and beyond. The findings reveal that etiquette plays a crucial role in all forms of worship: purity reinforces both physical and spiritual cleanliness, prayer cultivates spiritual devotion and discipline, zakat instills social awareness and empathy, fasting trains patience and self-control, while the pilgrimage teaches orderliness, humility, and tolerance within the framework of global Islamic interaction. Adab is not merely etiquette but the essence that gives worship meaning and broad impact. Adab also serves as a tool for self-transformation toward becoming an outstanding Muslim in moral, spiritual, and social aspects in the modern era.

(PAI), the biggest challenge today is how to deliver teaching materials effectively, adaptively, and relevant to the development of the times and the characteristics of the digital generation. Deep learning implementations offer a variety of opportunities to support a more personalized, interactive, and efficient learning process. Through an algorithm-based approach, deep learning is able to process student learning data to provide a learning experience tailored to individual learning styles. The application of this technology also allows for automatic assessment of students' understanding through text, voice, and expression analysis, so that teachers can focus more on providing character development and spiritual values. On the other hand, the use of AI-based chatbots and intelligent assistants can facilitate discussions and consultations about Islamic teachings instantly and factually. The methodology used in this study is a descriptive qualitative study with a literature study and case study approach. Data were collected through a review of national and international scientific literature and focused observations on the practice of AI implementation in several madrassas and Islamic schools in Indonesia. The analysis was carried out thematically by identifying patterns, opportunities, and challenges of applying deep learning in PAI learning. The results of this study are expected to make a scientific contribution to the development of technology-based Islamic education in the digital era.

This underscores the significant role played by the tasawwuf approach and tariqa in the Islamization process. Consequently, the prevailing Islamic thought embraced by the community is infused with the practices of tasawwuf. Tariqa, etymologically meaning a method of practice to achieve a goal, has witnessed a notable increase in its development within the Islamic community. In Sufi terminology, “tariqa” is a form of spiritual practice and soul training aimed at attaining haqiqa (the essence) and ma'rifa (gnosis). These practices and exercises are guided by a spiritual teacher known as a “mursyid” (guide) because the journey between Sharia and haqiqa, according to Sufi scholars, must traverse seven great mountains. Islam significantly influences the way of life in Aceh society, with its people adhering firmly and with a commitment to religious teachings. In essence, Islam is a way of life for the people of Aceh. Over time, Acehnese society has changed its outlook on life. Some individuals practice specific tariqa to draw closer to the Creator. Tariqas such as Qadiriyya, Shattariyya, and Naqshbandiyya are among those that have developed in Indonesia. these tenets translate into measurable welfare outcomes across heterogeneous developing nations remains highly fragmented. This study addresses this critical gap by executing a systematic literature review guided by the PRISMA 2020 statement to synthesize empirical evidence on the operationalization of Zakat, Waqf, and Islamic Social Finance (ISF) as structural instruments for poverty reduction. Departing from traditional descriptive reviews, this paper introduces an original analytical taxonomy that maps the operational mechanics of ISF against micro-level and macro-level development outcomes. Based on a rigorous multi-stage screening of peer-reviewed empirical studies published between 2020 and 2025 across emerging economies, a final synthesized sample of $n = 10$ high-quality primary articles was evaluated. The qualitative narrative synthesis reveals that integrated ISF instruments exert a structurally positive impact on poverty alleviation, income optimization, and socio-economic empowerment, particularly when embedded within digital financial ecosystems and formal financial inclusion frameworks. However, the analysis uncovers substantial outcome heterogeneity, demonstrating that welfare efficacy is highly conditional upon institutional governance quality, targeting accuracy, and localized implementation designs. The structural novelty of this research lies in its empirical crystallization of the explicit boundary conditions under which normative faith-based capital successfully disrupts poverty traps, offering an evidence-based operational blueprint for policymakers and Sharia social institutions in the Global South.

This study uses a qualitative approach with case study methods and a juridical-normative approach enriched with empirical data. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with legal practitioners, medical personnel, and hospital managers, accompanied by a documentary study of laws and regulations, court rulings, and related literature. The results of the study show that criminal liability in cases of medical malpractice is generally still focused on individual medical personnel as direct perpetrators, while the accountability of hospital institutions has not been optimally applied in criminal law enforcement practices. In addition, it was found that there is a complex relationship between the professional responsibilities of medical personnel and the institutional obligations of hospitals in ensuring health service standards, including aspects of supervision, risk management, and medical service systems. This study concludes that it is necessary to strengthen the concept of corporate criminal liability for hospitals in cases of medical malpractice in order to create legal certainty and more balanced protection for patients, medical personnel, and health service institutions. The findings of this study contribute to the development of health law studies and become a basis for consideration for policymakers in formulating more effective regulations and law enforcement mechanisms.

reness and understanding of halal certification remain relatively limited among community members, particularly women who play a central role in household purchasing decisions. This community engagement initiative was designed to enhance the knowledge and awareness of members of the Family Welfare Empowerment Organization (PKK) in Sidodadi Village, Kedaton District, Bandar Lampung City, regarding the significance of halal certification in consumer products. The program engaged 30 participants and applied a participatory educational approach consisting of counseling sessions, interactive discussions, lectures, and question-and-answer activities. Knowledge acquisition was evaluated through pre-test and post-test assessments. The findings demonstrated a marked improvement in participants’ understanding, with average scores increasing from 51.3% prior to the intervention to 94.0% afterward. The program not only strengthened participants’ awareness of halal-certified products but also encouraged more informed and responsible consumption practices. These results highlight the effectiveness of community-based halal literacy initiatives in fostering greater public understanding and supporting the development of a halal-conscious society.
