ocietal well-being, and therefore, maintaining its integrity is essential. This research outlines the importance of whistleblower protection in the environmental and natural resources sectors. The method used in this research is normative with a doctrinal approach. Protection of whistleblowers has an important role in maintaining transparency and accountability in the environmental and natural resources sectors. Through the protection provided to whistleblowers, corrupt practices can be exposed and accountability can be realized. However, challenges and limitations still exist, and concerted efforts are needed to improve the implementation and effectiveness of these laws. With continued efforts, whistleblower protection laws can become a powerful tool in promoting transparency and accountability in the environmental and natural resources sectors.

The CTC black tea produced at the Sidamanik factory Is then shipped to the main factory for ’lending there, with the composition regulated by the technology department, as the CTC black tea from the Sidamanik factory does not yet have a s’les label. At the Sidamanik factory, grinding Is performed in two stages using a 15” Rotorvan” (RV) machine for the first grinding and a 36” Teaman CTC 4-Cut machine with four sets of sequential rollers for the second grinding. emanfaatan SDA yang bertentangan dengan asas lingkungan seperti kegiatan pertambangan illegal dengan melakukan usaha pertambangan tanpa didasari dengan kaidah pertambangan yang baik (good mining practice). Sehingga menimbulkan dampak yang merusak dan dapat mengancam kelestarian lingkungan. Pertambangan emas ilegal atau di Indonesia lebih dikenal dengan istilah Pertambangan Emas Tanpa Izin (PETI) juga dikenal dengan istilah “artisanal gold mining” beresiko memberikan acaman terhadap masyarakat. Sehingga hukum sangat berperan dalam mengendalikan pertambangan emas tanpa izin agar terjaganya keseimbangan lingkungan di alam. Kajian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan pustaka dari penelitian yang relevan mengenai pertambangan emas tanpa izin. Hasil penelaahan ditemukan kegiatan penambangan emas ilegal berdampak signifikan tidak hanya pada kelestarian ekosistem lingkungan, tetapi juga pada mata pencaharian masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitar pertambangan, termasuk risiko kecelakaan, penambangan, dan penyebaran penyakit yang disebabkan oleh pencemaran tanah dan air dengan bahan kimia berbahaya. Untuk mengoptimalkan upaya pemberantasan kegiatan penambangan emas illegal dan menciptakan keadilan bagi masyarakat, maka dapat dilakukan upaya hukum, antara lain dengan memberikan sanksi pidana kepada pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam kegiatan penambangan emas ilegal, sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ada dalam peraturan perundang-undangan.

This research aims to develop Google Site-based digital learning media as a solution to the transformation of conventional learning to digital learning. The R&D method involves needs analysis, media development, UI/UX evaluation, and increasing learning
efficiency. The study population consisted of 30 lecturers and students from the Plantation Management Study Program, with 27 people as samples using the random sampling method and Krejcie and Morgan table calculations. The results of the study show the high need for digital media in the post-pandemic era, where online learning is dominant. The development and implementation of open-source Google site-based learning media increases learning efficiency compared to the direct presentation of material through online presentations. The accessibility and features provided by the Google site add value to the UI and UX evaluation for users.
