Hambatan yang dihadapi termasuk masalah komunikasi dan kurangnya dukungan serta partisipasi beberapa orang tua dalam kegiatan tertentu. Solusi yang diterapkan meliputi pendampingan saat pembelajaran di kelas dan kegiatan di luar kelas, pelatihan bina bunyi dan irama (BKBPI), latihan membaca gerakan bibir, serta pelatihan self-care dan bersosialisasi. The method used in this study is through a literature study which collects several previous studies to answer the role of English. Use of English and the influence of using English for the purpose of applying knowledge regarding business management, e-commerce and career planning. It is hoped that all SMK Jayawisata 1 students who have taken part in training in the lecturer's role, namely PKM (Community Service), can broaden their knowledge of Business English. This describes the lack of public awareness and concern regarding the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness. The aim of this community service activity is firstly to provide knowledge of non-traditional threats, especially human security issue to residents of RT 03 RW 05, Tirta Siak Village, Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City. Second, increase citizens' insight into Islamic conceptions of environmental cleanliness, and third, grow and increase citizens' awareness and concern in solving waste problems. Service activities start from the observation stage, carrying out counseling, recruiting volunteers, and monitoring. The result of this service activity is that residents' knowledge about the threat of environmental damage and good waste management techniques has increased. The increase in knowledge can be seen in the questionnaire results which reached 83%. Apart from that, residents' awareness and concern for environmental cleanliness is also starting to be seen from implementing the 4R concept in daily life and the formation of environmental care movement by carrying out routine mutual cooperation actions and monitoring the environment.

o identify the differences in hemoglobin levels using the Dirui BCC-3600 and Quick Check devices in the elderly population at Puskesmas Biromaru. This research is descriptive-comparative in nature. The sample consisted of 30 patients undergoing hemoglobin examination at the Puskesmas Biromaru laboratory between March 29th and April 30th, 2023. The sampling method used was accidental sampling, with venous blood samples from 30 respondents. The results of the study showed that the average hemoglobin level using the Dirui BCC-3600 device was 12.86 g/dL, while with the Quick Check device it was 11.77 g/dL. Normality testing was conducted using the Shapiro-Wilk test, which yielded a p-value of 0.023. A p-value < 0.05 indicates non-normal data distribution, thus followed by the Mann-Whitney test. The Mann-Whitney test resulted in a significant value (p) = 0.011. In conclusion, there is a significant difference in hemoglobin levels using the Dirui BCC-3600 and Quick Check devices in the elderly.

This study aims to implement a web-based alumni and career tracking information system to improve the effectiveness of alumni data management, facilitate communication between the school and alumni, and support graduate career tracking. The research methods used include observation and interviews with school staff and alumni. The system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database, with system design based on Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results show that the developed system is able to manage alumni data centrally, provide career path information, and generate accurate and accessible alumni reports. thcare facilities, inadequate public amenities, environmental conditions requiring improvement, low socio-cultural activities, and limited local MSME development. The students implemented six main programs: establishing a reading corner; collaborating with the integrated health post (Posyandu) through elderly exercise, nutrition education, and supplementary feeding; renovating and organizing the village maternity post (Polindes); conducting greening and community clean-up activities at schools and the village; organizing the 17th August 2025 Independence Day celebration; and developing MSMEs based on egg-laying ducks into salted eggs and salted egg crackers. Methods employed included participatory observation, socialization, mentoring, hands-on practice, and active participation in socio-cultural activities. Evaluation was conducted through discussions with partners, field notes, and visual documentation. The results showed an improvement in literacy, the establishment of healthy habits among children and the elderly, a greener environment, successful organization of the Independence Day celebration, and increased economic value of local MSMEs. The program also enhanced students’ soft skills and strengthened synergy among students, villagers, and village officials, thus providing a positive impact on the community capacity of Buatan I Village.
