Abstract:The advancement of digital technology has accelerated the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in e-counseling services to enhance the accessibility and efficiency of psychological support. While offering numerous benefits,…
nefits, the use of AI also presents challenges related to the quality of therapeutic relationships, privacy, data security, and ethical considerations. This study aims to analyze the role of AI, its impacts, and the ethical challenges emerging in e-counseling services through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Data were collected from Google Scholar, GARUDA, ScienceDirect, SAGE Journals, and Crossref, covering publications from 2018 to 2026. The review of 13 selected articles revealed that AI serves as a supportive tool through chatbots, data analytics, preliminary assessments, and automated response systems that help expand access to counseling services and improve service responsiveness. The implementation of AI contributes positively by increasing efficiency and accessibility; however, it remains limited in understanding emotions, demonstrating empathy, and comprehending clients’ psychological contexts. The findings also indicate that privacy, data security, algorithmic transparency, and accountability constitute the primary ethical challenges that require careful attention. This study concludes that AI is more appropriately positioned as a complement to counselors rather than a substitute for human counselors. The novelty of this study lies in its integrated analysis of the roles, impacts, and ethical challenges of AI within a single framework, thereby providing a more comprehensive understanding of the development of e-counseling based on collaborative interaction between technology and professional counselors.
Abstract:Infant sleep quality is a fundamental biological need that plays a crucial role in growth and neurological development; however, sleep disturbances remain common among infants aged 3-6 months and are often overlooked by…
parents. This condition poses risks to physical health, emotional well-being, and overall infant development. This study aims to analyze the effect of baby massage on sleep quality among infants aged 3-6 months at Babycare Bondowoso and to identify differences in sleep quality before and after the intervention. The study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design involving 40 infants selected through total sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and observation sheets, then analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that prior to the intervention, 87.5% of infants experienced poor sleep quality, whereas after the intervention, all infants (100%) demonstrated improvement to good sleep quality. Statistical analysis indicated a p-value of 0.00, which is lower than 0.05, confirming a significant effect of baby massage on infant sleep quality. These findings demonstrate that baby massage effectively improves sleep duration, comfort, and stability through physiological relaxation mechanisms. The novelty of this study lies in providing empirical evidence of the effectiveness of baby massage as a non-pharmacological intervention that is simple, safe, and can be independently applied by parents while offering holistic benefits for infants. The findings are expected to serve as a basis for developing health education and improving infant care practices.
Abstract:The advancement of digital technology has driven significant transformations in the employment landscape, marked by the emergence of new occupational roles such as freelance content creators—professions that are particularly…
ularly appealing to Generation Z. Despite operating independently and with high levels of flexibility, these freelance workers remain subject to complex psychosocial work dynamics, including job stress, rewards, motivation, and job satisfaction. This study aims to empirically investigate the influence of job stress and rewards on job satisfaction, while examining the mediating role of motivation within the context of digital freelancers. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 220 Gen Z freelance content creators in Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique, facilitated by the SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that job stress exerts a significantly negative effect on both motivation and job satisfaction, whereas rewards have a significantly positive effect on these variables. Furthermore, motivation was found to partially and significantly mediate the relationship between job stress, rewards, and job satisfaction. These findings underscore the critical importance of affective dimensions in shaping the occupational well-being of freelancers in the digital era. The main contribution of this study lies in its extension of the theoretical framework surrounding non-traditional work dynamics, as well as its practical implications for the development of career management and well-being strategies tailored to platform-based freelance workers.
Abstract:Physical training periodization is a scientific approach aimed at systematically regulating training load, volume, and intensity to achieve peak performance in elite athletes while minimizing the risk of injury. This study…
dy reviews 45 scientific articles published within the last ten years, covering periodization models, physiological responses to training, and the integration of technology in athlete development processes. The findings indicate that block periodization and non-linear periodization are the two most effective approaches, shown to enhance aerobic capacity by up to 10% and muscle strength by approximately 8% in high-level athletes. Additionally, the use of monitoring technologies such as Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and Global Positioning System (GPS) contributes significantly to real-time adjustments in training programs, enabling coaches to respond more accurately to athletes’ physiological conditions and prevent overtraining. However, challenges remain in implementing these technologies in sports with limited resources and due to a lack of long-term studies on the effectiveness of technology-based periodization. These findings emphasize the importance of individualized, data-driven approaches in designing training programs that not only improve performance but also sustain athletes’ careers. By integrating classical periodization principles with modern technology, training programs can be developed to be more adaptive, precise, and contextually tailored to individual needs. In conclusion, modern, responsive periodization supported by advanced technology is a crucial element in creating elite athlete development systems that are not only globally competitive but also focused on long-term health and performance.

Abstract:Skincare that focuses solely on the physical aspects often ignores the emotional impact that can significantly affect skin health. This review aims to examine the importance of psychodermatology in skincare, focusing on…
understanding the link between emotions and skin health. The study adopted a library research method focusing on integrative and comprehensive literature analysis to explore the interrelationship between psychodermatology and skincare. The results revealed that psychodermatology is crucial in detailing and addressing the dynamics of skin health and emotions. Involving the psychological dimension in skincare is a response to skin problems and a preventive measure that can positively impact an individual's skin and mental health. The findings highlight the influence of stress and emotions on skin health as a critical focus, as stress and emotional tension can trigger inflammatory responses that significantly affect skin conditions. Meanwhile, psychological interventions in skincare are emerging as innovative solutions that offer therapeutic approaches to help individuals manage stress, anxiety and self-image issues that may arise from skin conditions. Furthermore, the role of psychosocial factors in skin care confirms the importance of integrating self-image, appearance perception, and emotional support in designing treatment programs that focus on sustainability and overall well-being. Future studies should focus on identifying stressors that affect skin health and developing effective psychodermatology therapies for holistic skin care.
Abstract:The objective of this study is to examine the influence of factors such as work motivation, salary, work environment, and career development on employee loyalty. It also explores the role of employee job satisfaction as…
a mediator in this relationship. The research will be conducted at 9 coffee shops located in Semarang City. The population involved in this study consists of all employees working at 9 coffee shops in Semarang City. The sample used comprises 98 individuals who have been working for more than 1 year. Data analysis in this study was conducted using the SmartPLS 3.0 software. Testing hypotheses using the PLS method. The findings indicated that the job satisfaction of coffee shop workers in Semarang City was impacted by factors such as motivation, salary, work environment, and career growth. Enhanced work drive and remuneration will lead to heightened job contentment. Similarly, an improved work environment and opportunities for professional growth would enhance employee job satisfaction. One thing that affects loyalty is job satisfaction. This suggests that when job satisfaction grows, employee loyalty also increases. Job satisfaction acts as a mediator between salary and loyalty, work environment and loyalty, and career development and loyalty. However, it does not act as an intermediary between work motivation and loyalty.
