ing variable. The study utilizes a qualitative approach by synthesizing findings from national and international journals published in the past 10–15 years. The results indicate that emotional intelligence enables employees to adapt and interact effectively in the workplace, servant leadership fosters a supportive and empowering work climate, and organizational commitment enhances loyalty and proactive behavior. Furthermore, OCB plays a significant mediating role by reinforcing the relationship between these three variables and career development outcomes. Employees who display high OCB are more likely to gain recognition, trust, and career advancement opportunities. This study highlights the importance of a holistic approach in career development by integrating individual competencies, leadership styles, and affective organizational engagement. Practical implications suggest the need for organizational initiatives that strengthen emotional intelligence, servant leadership, and supportive organizational culture to foster sustainable employee career progression.

thod with a saturated sampling technique. With a total of 53 respondents consisting of 50 consumers, 1 business owner and 2 employees. This study uses primary and secondary data. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to determine what factors influence the development strategy of cassava leaf animal feed and descriptive analysis to analyze the development strategy for the potential and opportunities of using cassava leaves as animal feed. This research method uses qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that cassava leaves have a high crude protein content, which is around 20-30%, and contain crude fiber, fat, and minerals that are beneficial for livestock growth. Multiple linear regression analysis in this study shows that all independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable. Among these factors, the economic aspect makes the largest contribution, making it the main factor influencing the dependent variable. Furthermore, social aspects and external support also play a significant role in determining the results. In addition, other factors such as technology, resources, and marketing and distribution also have a significant impact, although with a smaller influence compared to economic and social aspects. Thus, the regression model shows a positive relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable, so that improvements in these aspects will increase the dependent variable, with the main priority on economic and social aspects.

al dimension of leadership in the context of management, with a focus on improving leader values, ethical traits and ethical behavior within the organization. Aspects such as Telling, Selling, Participating & Delegating are considered key elements in ethical leadership . The method used is multiple regression analysis, an analysis method used to evaluate the relationship between one dependent variable (bound) with one or more independent variables (free/explanatory). This analysis aims to predict the value of the dependent variable by considering changes in the value of the independent variable. In addition, multiple regression analysis helps in determining the direction of the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable, whether the correlation is positive or negative. The regression equation formula for two dependent and independent variables . The tests used are classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and data quality tests. The sample is determined by taking a representation of the population that is predicted to represent the entire population. The sample in this study were employees at the PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (Persero) I Office Regional I . Determination of samples for employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I (Persero) Regional I was carried out using the Saturated Sampling method . The results of the study showed that X1 telling t count -1.113 < t table 5.409 and significance 0.316 > 0.05 (no effect). X2 selling t count -0.365 < t table 5.409 and significance 0.730 > 0.05 (no effect). X3 participation t count 8.090 > t table 5.409 and significance 0.010 < 0.05 (influential). X4 delegation t count 9.320 > t table 5.409 and significance 0.000 < 0.05 (influential). The results of the simultaneous significance test of the F test are f count 6.076 > f table 5.409 and the prob (F-statistic) is 0.0000 < 0.05. H0 : β1 = β2 = • • • = βk = 0 This means that the independent variable has an overall influence/relationship on the dependent variable

Abstract:This study aims to explore the impact of transformational leadership on work productivity dynamics at PT Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia. Transformational leadership, which emphasizes inspiration, intellectual stimulation,…
timulation, individualized consideration, and value-based motivation, is thought to have a significant influence on improving employee productivity. However, how such mechanisms work in the context of the automotive industry in Indonesia still requires in-depth exploration. Using a qualitative approach, this research adopts a case study method to analyse the perceptions, experiences, and interactions of employees and managers in responding to transformational leadership styles. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with managers and employees at PT Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia, as well as participatory observation in the work environment. Thematic analysis was used to identify key patterns related to motivation, work engagement, and productive behaviour change. The results revealed that transformational leadership contributes to increased productivity through three main mechanisms: (1) strengthening the psychological climate that encourages innovation, (2) increasing organizational commitment through identification with the company's vision, and (3) optimizing team collaboration through inspiring communication. However, implementation challenges were also identified, including resistance to change and a gap between management expectations and employees' adaptive capacity. The implications of this study provide practical insights for companies in designing more effective leadership development programs, while enriching the human resource management literature with a contextual perspective from the Indonesian automotive industry. Policy recommendations include case-based leadership training, participatory feedback approaches, and integration of transformational values in corporate culture.
