Empathy-driven campaigns utilizing real-life stories can also effectively reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, a primary cause of filicide. However, the study identifies challenges such as limited access in remote areas, potential misuse of platforms, and the sustainability of campaigns, which often pose obstacles. In Indonesia’s context, adapting global campaign models to local culture can enhance prevention outcomes. Collaboration among the government, non-profit organizations, and the community is key to ensuring long-term impact. ll reach 5.7% in 2023. One of the factors is the high rate of postpartum infections, namely low knowledge about infection prevention. One effective management is perineal wound care using NaCl 0.9%. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of wound treatment using 0.9% NaCl in normal primiparous post partum mothers with indications of perineal rupture in Kejobong Village. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. After treating the wound twice for 3 days using 0.9% NaCl, it was found that the wound looked better and there were no signs of infection as indicated by a decrease in the REEDA score from 11 categories of unhealed wounds to 2 categories of moderate wounds. This is supported by cleanliness of the wound area and choosing the right food. Wound treatment using 0.9% NaCl is effective for healing perineal ruptures.

The results of focused therapeutic actions on conversing with other people for 3 days can reduce the signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations. This is proven when conversing with other people, the patient focuses on the conversation and can avoid whispers that are not real to the patient. It was concluded that the technique of conversing with other people can prevent signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations.

This community service activity aims to educate the elderly about hypertension and invite the elderly to have a good lifestyle. This activity was carried out at Panti Wreda Budi Dharma Kasih attended by 27 participants. The PKM method is carried out by checking the blood pressure of the elderly using a sphygmomanometer and stethoscope. Screening of PKM participants is elderly people with a minimum age of 60 years who can hear and see. The provision of education is carried out by lecture method using power points containing the definition of hypertension and elderly causative factors and ways to prevent hypertension, then a question and answer session is held. Data collection on the level of knowledge was carried out using pre-education and post-education questionnaires. The results of this activity show an increase in knowledge in the elderly after providing education for 3 meetings.

Bullying can start from uncontrolled levels of aggressive behavior during childhood. However, this can be prevented by increasing supervision of negative associations from children and friends, starting from modeling good things, filtering out children's friends who have a positive effect. The aim of this intervention is to provide students with understanding and knowledge regarding bullying, its types, etc. Bullying affects both boys and girls. The method based on this intervention consists of 4 stages, namely needs assessment for the Counseling Guidance teacher, distribution of bullying questionnaires to students, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with students, provision of materials and games in team building. The series of activities were attended by 40 students consisting of 20 men and 20 women from several representatives of departments at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School. The results of the intervention activities that have been implemented are that students feel openness in terms of both thoughts and feelings regarding bullying behavior. The service activities at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School have had a very good impact on the entire school community, especially students, subject teachers, guidance and counseling teachers and all staff and equipment at the school. The Principal welcomed and looked forward to further positive activities at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School. From the results of a questionnaire conducted on community service participants, 87.5% of students strongly agreed with socialization activities to overcome bullying and 12.5% agreed.
