Abstract:The rapid advancement of digital technology has fundamentally reshaped consumer behavior globally, with social media becoming the primary channel for product information seeking. Approximately 51% of Indonesians rely on…
user reviews before purchasing, and 62% have bought products under the direct influence of Social Media Influencers (SMIs). Despite this, the psychological mechanisms linking influencer characteristics to purchase intention remain fragmented across sectors and platforms. This systematic literature review synthesizes nineteen empirical studies published between 2020 and 2025, spanning beauty, fashion, gadget, and sustainable product sectors across multiple countries, to examine how Source Credibility (attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise) and Parasocial Interaction (PSI) jointly shape consumer purchase intentions. Three core findings emerge: (1) trustworthiness is the sole credibility dimension that is universally and consistently significant across all contexts, fundamentally challenging assumptions about the equal contribution of the three credibility dimensions; (2) PSI operates not as a single mediator but as a multi-pathway psychological bridge through hedonic value, brand attitude, vicarious experience, and social-personal value whose specific active pathway is contingent on platform, product type, and cultural context; and (3) generational and cultural moderators systematically shape which credibility dimension most powerfully drives PSI. A Proposed Integrative Conceptual Framework and a synthetic cross-study comparison matrix (Table 2) consolidate these findings. Results offer strategic implications for influencer marketing practice and identify priority directions for future research.

nizations in improving service quality, work effectiveness, and human resource capabilities in adapting to technological developments. Therefore, appropriate human resource management is necessary for organizations to adapt to changes in digital-based work systems. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results show that human resource management strategies in facing digital transformation are implemented through training and development of employee digital competencies, work mentoring, strengthening leadership, and implementing technology-based work systems. Digital transformation has a positive impact on work effectiveness, accelerating administrative processes, facilitating communication, and improving the quality of organizational services. However, this study also found several obstacles, such as limited digital capabilities of some employees, differences in levels of technological understanding, and resistance to changing work culture from manual to digital systems.
Abstract:Digital transformation in healthcare services has significantly changed how healthcare professionals deliver clinical care, particularly in technology-based tertiary hospitals. Digital Health Competence (DHC) has become…
a crucial factor determining service effectiveness, clinical decision quality, and operational efficiency in modern healthcare organizations. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital health competence on healthcare service performance at King Abdullah Medical City (KAMC), Saudi Arabia, with work engagement as a mediating variable and organizational support as a moderating factor. This study employed a quantitative cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 312 healthcare professionals at KAMC selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire ranging from 1 to 5 and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings revealed that digital health competence had a positive and significant effect on healthcare service performance (β = 0.412; p < 0.001). Digital competence also significantly influenced work engagement (β = 0.528; p < 0.001), while work engagement mediated the relationship between digital competence and healthcare service performance (β = 0.216; p < 0.001). Furthermore, organizational support strengthened the relationship between digital competence and work engagement. These findings indicate that digital competence not only improves service efficiency and quality but also functions as a psychological resource that enhances healthcare professionals’ motivation and dedication. Practically, the study provides important implications for hospitals in improving healthcare professionals’ digital competence through continuous training, the development of user-friendly digital systems, and adaptive organizational support.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze and formulate a concept of Islamic legal protection for crypto investors in responding to the dynamics of digital crimes within virtual currency transactions. Departing from the rapid development…
nt of blockchain technology and the recognition of crypto assets as tradable commodities in Indonesia, this research identifies a normative ambiguity between positive law and religious fatwas, particularly concerning the permissibility and legal legitimacy of cryptocurrencies from a sharia perspective. The inherent characteristics of crypto assets-namely volatility, speculative tendencies, and vulnerability to digital crimes such as hacking, fraud, market manipulation, and money laundering-generate significant risks for Muslim investors. Within the framework of fiqh al-muʿāmalāt and maqāṣid al-sharīʿah, especially the principle of ḥifẓ al-māl (protection of wealth), this study asserts that investor protection constitutes not merely a regulatory necessity but an integral dimension of the higher objectives of Islamic law in safeguarding justice, transparency, and economic welfare. Methodologically, this research employs a normative-maqāṣidī approach through an interdisciplinary analysis integrating Islamic jurisprudence, national positive law, and the study of digital financial technology. The focus of the inquiry is directed toward identifying the typologies of digital crimes within the crypto ecosystem, evaluating the effectiveness of national regulations and religious fatwas, and formulating a model of Islamic legal protection that is preventive, corrective, and educational in nature. The expected outcome of this dissertation is the construction of a conceptual framework of ḥimāyah al-mustatsmir (investor protection) grounded in maqāṣid al-sharīʿah, adaptive to the digital era, and strengthened through synergy among the state, financial authorities, and fatwa institutions. Accordingly, this study contributes not only to the advancement of contemporary fiqh al-muʿāmalāt discourse but also offers an applicable normative framework for the development of a secure, equitable, and sustainable sharia-based digital economic system.
Abstract:This study aims to develop and examine the effectiveness of religious moderation in digital media based on the Dick and Carey learning model. The research is grounded in the increasing use of digital media as a primary source…
ource of religious information, which has the potential both to strengthen and to undermine the values of religious moderation. The study employed a qualitative approach with a Research and Development (R&D) design. The subjects were university students who actively use digital media. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation, while data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model. The results indicate that students’ understanding of religious moderation remains largely normative and is not yet accompanied by adequate digital literacy skills. The development of the Dick and Carey-based learning model produced interactive digital media, including educational videos, digital modules, and social media content. Implementation of the model demonstrated a significant improvement in students’ comprehension, tolerance, and critical thinking regarding religious content in digital media. Furthermore, the study found that integrating constructivist approaches, social learning, and digital literacy into the learning design effectively reinforced the internalization of religious moderation values. The developed learning model proved effective in enhancing student engagement and fostering inclusive and tolerant attitudes. In conclusion, promoting religious moderation in digital media requires a systematic, technology-based learning approach. This study provides both theoretical and practical contributions to the development of a learning model for religious moderation in the digital era.
Abstract:This study analyzes OPPO's global expansion strategy through the optimization of its technology supply chain within the framework of the Global Value Chain (GVC). The smartphone industry has experienced rapid growth in recent…
ecent decades, with increasingly fierce competition among leading manufacturers. OPPO, a Chinese technology company founded in 2004 and part of BBK Electronics Corporation, has demonstrated significant competitiveness in the global market despite facing challenges in maintaining its market share from 2021 to 2024. This study uses a descriptive qualitative methodology, analyzing primary data from OPPO's official documents and secondary data from industry reports and academic literature. Findings show that OPPO implements production sharing in strategic geographic locations, with design and development centralized in China and manufacturing spread across countries that offer labor or infrastructure advantages. The study shows that OPPO's global expansion follows the Uppsala Model of internationalization, starting with culturally and geographically close markets such as Southeast Asia before expanding to more distant regions. Through technology-based supply chain optimization, digital integration, and the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI)-based coordination systems, OPPO has developed the ability to manage complex global networks while overcoming geopolitical challenges and supply chain disruptions. This research contributes to understanding how technology companies from developing countries leverage the Global Value Chain to enhance international competitiveness, providing insights into the relationship between supply chain strategy and the success of global expansion in the highly competitive smartphone industry.
Abstract:Islamic Religious Education (IRE) in the modern era is often trapped in an approach that is overly textual, dogmatic, and focused solely on legal aspects (fiqh) and rituals. This results in the marginalisation of the metaphysical…
aphysical dimensions of Islam—such as the concept of divinity (uluhiyah), the nature of humanity, the unseen world, the purpose of creation, and the spiritual relationship with Allah—which are in fact the foundation of the meaning and intrinsic motivation of all religious teachings. Without the internalisation of these metaphysical values, religious education risks becoming formalistic and unable to respond to existential challenges and spiritual crises amid the onslaught of materialism and secularisation in the modern world. This article aims to analyse the urgency and strategies for internalising metaphysical values within the framework of contemporary Islamic Religious Education, as well as to formulate an approach model relevant to the modern era. This study uses a qualitative method with a philosophical-analytical library research approach. Data were collected from primary sources such as the Qur'an, Hadith, and the works of classical and contemporary Islamic thinkers on education and metaphysics. The analysis was conducted hermeneutically and deductively to develop a conceptual framework. The analysis shows that the internalisation of metaphysical values in PAI is crucial for: (1) building a holistic Islamic worldview, (2) developing a deep spiritual awareness (ihsan), (3) providing a solid moral foundation that transcends positive law, and (4) creating mental-spiritual resilience in facing modern complexities. To achieve this, it is necessary to reorient the PAI curriculum to integrate metaphysical elements through an interdisciplinary approach (linking it to science, psychology, and philosophy), reflective and contemplative learning methods (such as tadabbur and tafakkur), and the use of digital technology as a medium for creative spiritual exploration.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the role of internal audit in enhancing the integrity of regional financial reports at the Gorontalo Provincial Inspectorate. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method, collecting…
data through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The results indicate that internal audit plays a significant role through assurance, consultative, and risk-based supervisory functions, including regular audits, OPD financial report reviews, technical assistance, probity audits, and investigative audits. However, supervisory effectiveness is constrained by limited authority, resources, and OPD commitment. To overcome these challenges, the Inspectorate implements strategies such as utilizing information technology, improving coordination with OPDs, monitoring follow-up on audit recommendations, and ensuring auditor independence. These findings demonstrate that internal audit contributes to increased accountability and prevention of financial irregularities. The study offers practical implications for enhancing auditor capacity and OPD coordination, as well as recommendations for future research to broaden the scope of informants.
Abstract:Digital literacy has become an essential competence in modern education; however, its implementation in pesantren presents distinctive dynamics, particularly when institutions restrict students’ access to digital devices…
es while simultaneously encouraging teachers to master digital literacy. This study aims to examine how digital literacy is positioned, perceived, and implemented in the learning process at Pesantren Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah as one of Indonesia’s modern pesantren. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation of classroom practices and pesantren activities, and analysis of institutional documents. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify relevant patterns and key themes. The findings reveal that digital literacy in the pesantren is positioned primarily as a learning resource mediated by teachers rather than as an individual competence freely accessible to students. Teachers’ perceptions of digital literacy are reflective and selective, shaped by moral and scholarly responsibility, concern for students’ ethical conduct (adab), and apprehension regarding the negative impacts of the digital environment. In terms of implementation, digital literacy is applied in a limited and functional manner through teachers’ use of digital learning media, basic computer courses for students, cultural and extracurricular pesantren activities, and the digitalization of institutional administrative systems. This study concludes that the pesantren has developed a contextual and ethically grounded model of digital literacy, in which technology functions as a supportive educational tool without displacing core values, scholarly authority, or the primary goal of students’ character formation. These findings contribute empirical insights to the growing body of research on digital literacy within the context of Islamic education, particularly in modern pesantren
