rns about patient safety and emergency risks. This study aims to identify key systemic risk factors of medical emergencies related to sunnah cupping and propose an integrative framework combining Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) with modern clinical standards. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed using a systematic literature review of peer-reviewed journals, clinical reports, Islamic texts, and contemporary fatwas. Thematic analysis revealed five major risk categories: lack of medical screening, unlicensed practitioners, hidden comorbidities, absence of emergency protocols, and poor understanding of medical safety. Reported complications included hypovolemic shock, infections, and prolonged wound healing—especially in patients with undiagnosed diabetes or coagulation disorders. The study also found that public misconceptions equating religious merit with clinical safety further worsen these risks. The research highlights the urgent need for standardized medical and sharia-based training, certification systems, and public education. Collaboration among healthcare professionals, Islamic scholars, and educational institutions is essential to establish a safe, accountable, and spiritually valid model of sunnah cupping. Integrating medical protocols with fiqh compliance can significantly reduce emergency incidents, enhance practitioner competency, and preserve the prophetic nature of the practice within a modern health framework. These findings offer a strategic path for safer implementation of prophetic medicine across Muslim communities.

rue experiment design method. The sample in this study was 14 female athletes. The instrument in this study was a 10-second sickle kick speed test with 3 trials and the best value was taken. Data analysis and testing of the research hypothesis used the t-test analysis technique (t-test) with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of the study showed that: (1) there was an increase in the speed of the sickle kick after athletes followed a training program using rubber weights with an average value of 13.71 in the pre-test and increased by 6.72 or 7% to 20.43 in the post-test. The statistical results showed that the sig-2 tailed value was 0.000 ≤ 0.05. (2) there is an increase in the speed of the sickle kick after the athlete follows a training program without rubber weights with an average value of 13.43 in the pre-test increasing by 5% to 18.43 in the post-test. With statistical results showing that the sig-2 tailed value is 0.000 ≤ 0.05. (3) there is an increase in kick speed between training using rubber weights and without weights with a sig-2 tailed value of 0.013 ≤ 0.05. It can be concluded that training using rubber weights is more effective in increasing the speed of the sickle kick compared to training without rubber weights in the Pen-cak Silat PSHT Ranting Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan.

slamic fasting—particularly Ramadan and sunnah fasting—and cellular repair processes through biological mechanisms such as autophagy, cell regeneration, and mitochondrial function enhancement. Using an integrative literature review method, this study synthesized findings from scientific and Islamic sources retrieved from databases including PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar from 2015 to 2025. The findings reveal that fasting positively affects systemic inflammation reduction, improved insulin sensitivity, metabolic regulation, and the prevention of premature aging and degenerative diseases. Moreover, fasting strengthens psychological and spiritual dimensions, supporting mental health and enhancing emotional resilience. This synergy between biological and spiritual benefits highlights fasting as a holistic health strategy. The study affirms that Islamic values align with modern preventive health principles and offer a solid foundation for spiritually based health promotion. Further research is recommended to evaluate specific biomarkers related to fasting-induced cell regeneration.

rom the annual financial reports of Bank Syariah Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2021–2023. The method used is multiple regression analysis with a model that includes the interaction between liquidity ratios (Current Ratio) and capital structure (Debt to Equity Ratio) as a moderating variable on corporate value, measured by Price to Book Value (PBV). The results of the study show that liquidity ratios have a positive and significant impact on corporate value, while capital structure has a negative impact on corporate value. In addition, the interaction test shows that capital structure acts as a moderating variable that reduces the positive impact of liquidity ratios on corporate value. These findings indicate that although a high liquidity ratio can increase corporate value, this effect may be diminished if the bank has a capital structure more dominated by debt. This study provides important implications for bank management in balancing liquidity and capital structure to maximize corporate value.

Primary data were collected using questionnaires on nurses’ characteristics, knowledge, attitude, motivation, and head nurse supervision. Data analysis was conducted using the Chi-Square test. The results showed a significant relationship between head nurse supervision (p = 0.027) and nurses' compliance in documenting nursing care in EMRs. The study concludes that there is a relationship between head nurse supervision and nurses’ compliance in nursing care documentation within EMRs. Nurses who receive regular supervision tend to have higher compliance in documentation compared to those who are not supervised by the head nurse.

ttract voters, visual campaign equipment is used, namely banners, billboards, social media and so on as regulated in the General Election Commission Regulation (PKPU). So that the campaign program of each legislative candidate is very important to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign equipment. Data collection was carried out by purposive sampling. The researcher conducted a validity test of the questions before distributing the questionnaire. After the data was collected, the data was analyzed quantitatively using the EPIC model analysis with 12 indicators. The questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliability and scaled according to the Likert rule (1-5). Then tabulation was carried out on the respondents' answers to then be averaged and applied through the EPIC diagram. The calculation results showed that two dimensions, namely the Persuasion and Communication dimensions, got a value of 3.22 and 3.14 in the effective criteria and the next two variables, namely Empathy and Impact, got a value of 3.48 and 3.47 in the effective criteria. Of the various indicators, the question with the lowest value was about the legislative candidate's promise with a score of 3.01, considering that political promises are the most vulnerable things to prospective voters and influence the next election.

This study aims to determine the sentiment analysis using the keywords "contraceptives" and "condoms" on the opinions of social media users regarding the policy of using contraceptives for students and adolescents with a period of one week. The results showed that neutral sentiment was 6,232 X account users, negative sentiment was 359 X account users, and 86 X account users were in a negative position. The purpose of writing this thesis is to explain the procedures and special requirements in submitting a contentious determination of heirs, to explain the evidence of the applicants against the heirs, and to explain the efforts made to overcome obstacles in determining heirs contentiously. This research is an empirical legal research, data is obtained directly through interviews and literature reviews. Data is collected and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that there are still many heirs who submit the determination of heirs voluntarily with a lack of parties and result in their decisions being declared unacceptable, but in terms of contention there are still many heirs, judges and lawyers who do not know that there are provisions in the Circular of the Supreme Court (SEMA) Number 5 of 2021- Formulation of the Law of the Religious Chamber-2.b there are special procedures and requirements and proof in the submission as well as obstacles and efforts that must be made in the application for determination of heirs contentiously which is different from voluntary. It is recommended that the Sharia Court provide information regarding the new provisions in submitting applications to both lawyers and interested parties in order to obtain legal certainty because many parties do not yet know these provisions.

to analyze the judge's considerations, the legal force of certificates and deeds in bank mortgages, and legal protection for mortgage holders. This study is a normative legal study. Data were collected and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the judge annulled the gift because it did not meet the legal requirements according to Islamic law and the Compilation of Islamic Law. The decision has implications for the cancellation of all related documents, including the certificate of ownership, the deed of granting mortgage rights, and the credit agreement, so that they no longer have legal force as debt collateral. Legal protection of creditors due to cancellation of grants according to Article 11131 of the Civil Code, even though the collateral guarantee is cancelled, the creditor still has legal protection through general guarantees, namely that all of the debtor's assets can be used as objects of debt fulfillment and the creditor can request seizure of collateral and the application of the principle of good faith of the bank that has acted according to the procedure for granting credit. It is expected that judges will prioritize the principles of justice, proportionality, the principle of good faith, and substantive justice in banking and financing practices in Indonesia.

However, amidst the rapid development of technology and the rapid flow of religious information through digital media, serious challenges have emerged in the process of verifying hadith, especially on platforms with minimal scientific studies. This study aims to examine the sustainability and application of the principles of Jarh wa Ta’dil in responding to the rampant disinformation of hadith in the digital era. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and literature study, this article concludes that the critical principles in the Science of Jarh wa Ta’dil remain relevant and can be developed to support digital religious literacy. One solution is through a digitalization system of hadith based on sanad and the authority of the narrators. The synergy between the heritage of classical science and advances in information technology is an important step in maintaining the authenticity of Islamic teachings from deviant narratives.
