THE EFFECT OF MICROMANAGE LEADERSHIP STYLE ON GENERATION Z WORKERS: SELF-EFFICACY AS A MEDIATION OF JOB SATISFACTION

Abstract: In order to show how a micromanaged leadership style impacts job satisfaction among generation Z employees, this study used self-efficacy as a mediating variable. The study's sample and demographic were Riau Province's Generation… eneration Z workers, who were born between 1997 and 2012. The sample size consisted of 203 respondents using a non-probability sampling approach and a questionnaire survey for data collection. The study's conclusions were tested using SmartPLS 3. It featured an outside model, like a validity and reliability test, and an interior model, such a model fit test and a research hypothesis test. The results of the investigation demonstrated the validity and accuracy of each indicator. The hypothesis test results demonstrated that job satisfaction was positively and significantly impacted by self-efficacy, that self-efficacy was positively and significantly impacted by micromanaged leadership style, and that job satisfaction was not significantly impacted by leadership style. Indirect hypothesis testing using self-efficacy as a mediator between job satisfaction and the micromanaged leadership style produced positive and significant results. The results of the study indicate that the relationship between work happiness and micromanagement leadership style can be totally mediated by self-efficacy.

THE EFFECT OF THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL POLICE'S PRESISI MOBILE APPLICATION ON THE QUALITY OF PUBLIC SERVICES

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the Indonesian National Police's PRESISI Mobile Application on the Quality of Public Services. Data collection was done using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires… res through Google Forms. The population in this study is probabilistic and cannot be determined precisely, but the sample calculation used the Lemeshow formula, resulting in 96 people rounded up to 100 respondents. This research is quantitative, and the data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS version 24. Based on the analysis results, the variable of the Indonesian National Police's PRESISI Mobile Application has a significant partial effect on the Quality of Public Services. This study was able to demonstrate that the PRESISI Mobile Application of the Indonesian National Police has a 44.9% effect on the Quality of Public Services, while the remaining 55.1% is affected by other unobserved factors not included in this study. These results suggest that the PRESISI Mobile Application of the Indonesian National Police is an important factor in technological development for improving the quality of mobile-based public services that are easily accessible to the public for receiving services or information related to the police

ANALYSIS OF OUTPATIENT SATISFACTION LEVELS WITH LABORATORY SERVICES AT RSUD KLUNGKUNG

Abstract: Healthcare services must continuously be improved to provide the best care for the community. Patient satisfaction is the result of patients' evaluations of healthcare services, comparing their expectations with the actual&#8230; al healthcare services received in a hospital setting. Patient satisfaction with laboratory services is not solely determined by the availability of sufficient healthcare personnel but also requires strong commitment and dedication from healthcare workers to provide professional services, supported by adequate facilities and medical equipment. This study aims to assess the level of outpatient satisfaction with laboratory services at RSUD Klungkung. The research employs an observational method with a cross-sectional design. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, with a sample of 97 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis in this study was performed using the Chi-Square test. Based on the five service quality dimensions—reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles—the results showed a p-value < 0.05. Among these dimensions, responsiveness had the lowest p-value (0.005 < 0.05), indicating its stronger influence. These findings conclude that there is a significant relationship between service quality dimensions and the level of outpatient satisfaction with laboratory services at RSUD Klungkung. Furthermore, the responsiveness dimension, which had the lowest p-value compared to the other four dimensions, indicates that it has the most significant impact on patient satisfaction with laboratory services provided by the staff at RSUD Klungkung.

ANALYSIS OF SOCIAL VALUES IN THE SHORT STORY ABU SIR WA ABU QIR BY KAMIL KAILANI

Abstract: This research is a literary research that aims to describe social values and the relevance of social values to character education values in the short story Abu Sir wa Abu Qir by Kamil Kailani. The data analysis technique&#8230; e used is data reduction, data presentation, and verification and conclusion. The data in this study are in the form of quotations or sentences contained in short stories, while the data source is the short story Abu Sir wa Abu Qir by Kamil Kailani. The data collection techniques in this research are reading and note-taking techniques. The results of this study show that the social values contained in this short story are in the form of moral values, vital values, legal compliance values, knowledge values, religious values, and aesthetic values. In addition, this study also found the relevance of social values to character education values in the form of honesty, hard work, creativity, and respect for achievement.

ANALYSIS FAT CONTENT MANGROVE SNAIL ( Telescope telescope) IN THE WATERS OF THE MANGROVE FOREST OF NEGERI LUHU AND FOREST WATERS WAAI VILLAGE MANGROVE

Abstract: Mangrove snails (Telescopium telescopium ) are a type of gastropod that live in brackish water or mangrove forests dominated by mangrove plants. Mangrove snails have a fairly high nutritional content consisting of fat, protein,&#8230; rotein, essential amino acids, and saturated fatty acids. This study aims to determine the fat content of mangrove snails from two different locations, namely in the mangrove forest waters of Negeri Luhu and the mangrove forest waters of Waai Village. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with the object of research being the fat content of mangrove snails. This research was conducted at the Basic Chemistry Laboratory of Pattimura University, Ambon, which was carried out starting on October 14, 2020. Data collection was obtained from the results of the analysis of the fat content of mangrove snails using the soxhlet method. The results of the study showed that from six samples of mangrove snails obtained from two different locations, it was known that the mangrove snail samples in Negeri Luhu had a higher fat content with an average value of 4.5448% compared to the mangrove snail samples in Waai Village which had an average value of 3.3649 %.

JOB SATISFACTION THROUGH WORK-LIFE BALANCE WITH THE ROLE OF INCLUSIVITY AS AN INDEPENDENT VARIABLE

Abstract: This study aims to determine the direct and indirect influence of the variables of Inclusivity, Work Life Balance, and Job Satisfaction. Work Life Balance as an intervening variable. The method used is a quantitative descriptive&#8230; criptive approach with a purposive sampling technique, namely sampling with criteria that have been determined by the researcher. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with interval scale measurements and uses 120 respondents as a sample. For data analysis, model tests were used using the Smart PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that inclusivity has a significant influence on work-life balance and job satisfaction directly, and it is found that work-life balance has a significant role in mediating between inclusivity and job satisfaction

WORKS LIFE BALANCE GEN-Z: APPROACHING TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGE AND SOCIAL AWERENEES

Abstract: This research aims to determine the partial influence of technological changes and social awareness on the work-life balance of Gen Z in the city of Makassar. This research is associative research with a quantitative approach.&#8230; roach. The sample in this research consisted of 120 worker respondents in the city of Makassar and the data collection technique used in this research was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple regression with SPSS software. The test results show that the technological change variable has a significant influence on Gen Z's work-life balance and social alertness has a significant positive influence on Gen Z's work-life balance.

IMPROVING MUFRADHAT MASTERY THROUGH ANIMATED VIDEO MEDIA FOR CLASS VIII STUDENTS OF IT AL-FIKRI JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL MAKASSAR

Abstract: This research is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to determine the planning, process, and results of mastery of vocabulary through animated video media in class VIII students of IT Junior High School Al-Fikri&#8230; Makassar. The type of research is classroom action research which was conducted in 2 cycles. The research subjects were 29 students of class VIII of IT Al-Fikri Junior High School Makassar. Data collection techniques using observation and tests. The average test score of students in cycle I was 73% then increased in cycle II 91%. Thus, it can be seen that the results of learning Arabic vocabulary through animated video media can be said to have succeeded in improving mastery of Arabic vocabulary in class VIII students of IT Al-Fikri Junior High School Makassar.

THE ROLE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY IN PRESERVING LOCAL WISDOM OF CIRENDEU TRADITIONAL VILLAGE: PERSPECTIVE STUDENT PMM 3 UPI

Abstract: This study aims to examine how digital technology plays a role in preserving local wisdom in the Cirendeu Traditional Village from the perspective of students of the Independent Student Exchange Program (PMM) 3, Universitas&#8230; tas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that digital technology has a significant role in the documentation, education, and promotion of local culture in the Cirendeu Traditional Village through social media, websites, and other digital-based applications. The obstacles faced in the implementation of digital technology are the limited infrastructure and digital literacy of the local community. Therefore, collaboration is needed between students, academics, and the community in developing more effective strategies to utilize digital technology in preserving local culture

ANALYSIS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF HALAL CERTIFICATION IN MSMES IN WEST JAVA IN 2023: CHALLENGES AND GOVERNMENT TARGETS

Abstract: Halal certification is an important aspect in increasing the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in West Java, considering the large Muslim population in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze&#8230; the development of halal certification in West Java MSMEs in 2023, identify the challenges faced, and evaluate the government's efforts and targets in supporting the acceleration of halal certification. This research approach is qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with the Secretary of the Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency (BPJPH) and supported by statistical data related to the development of halal certification. The findings show that the development of halal certification in West Java in 2023 shows significant achievements with the realization of 189,886 certificates, although it is still faced with challenges in MSME literacy, administrative obstacles, and limited BPJPH resources.
