Sekolah sebagai instansi pemerintah di bidang pendidikan banyak melakukan pengolahan data, baik data siswa, data guru maupun data staff sekolah. Data tersebut selain banyak juga bisa berubah sewaktu-waktu sehingga penyimpanan dan administrasi data harus dilakukan dengan baik dan update. SD Islam Luqmanul Hakim adalah sebuah yayasan pendidikan Islam yang berlokasi di desa Suka Sejati, kecamatan Cikarang Selatan, kabupaten Bekasi. SD ini masih tergolong baru dan saat ini masih menggunakan cara manual dalam pengolahan data akademik dimana pencatatan masih menggunakan microsoft office (word dan excel) dan disimpan dalam lemari buku. Sistem informasi akademik merupakan salah satu solusi untuk memberikan sebuah informasi secara cepat, tepat dan akurat. Sistem informasi akademik berbasis web sangat berguna dalam memberikan kemudahan baik kepada guru ataupun siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada pengembangan sistem informasi akademik ini menggunakan model prototype. Sistem Informasi Akademik Berbasis Web merupakan solusi yang tepat untuk mewujudkan sebuah sistem informasi yang efektif dan efisien.

Abstract: The rapid development of information technology today brings people into a new world. The data in addition to much can also change at any time so that data storage and administration must be done well and updated. Luqmanul Hakim Islamic Elementary School is an Islamic education foundation located in Suka Sejati village, South Cikarang sub-district, Bekasi district. This elementary school is still relatively new and currently uses manual methods in processing academic data where the recording is still using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and stored in a bookshelf. Academic information system is one solution to provide information quickly, precisely and accurately. Web-based academic information systems are very useful in providing convenience to both teachers and students. The method used in the development of academic information systems uses a prototype model. Kebutuhan akan jasa pengiriman barang semakin meningkat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Banyaknya mitra jasa pengiriman barang membuat para masyarakat sulit dalam memilih dan menentukan mitra jasa pengiriman barang yang paling baik. Kondisi persaingan yang semakin ketat, membuat setiap perusahaan harus mampu bertahan hidup, bahkan harus dapat terus berkembang. Pemilihan media promosi dilakukan dengan metode Simple Additive Weithing (SAW). Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan adalah: menentukan nilai kriteria masing-masing alternativ , menentukan bobot , melakukan normalisasi matrik dan melakukan proses normalisasi matriks keputusan ke skala yang dibandingkan dengan semua rating alternative. Hasil Penelitiannya adalah bauran promosi dengan alternative Promosi Penjualan sebagai media yang terbaik dengan nilai 1,75.

For that we need the right promotion media to be informs that institusion. The formulation problem in this research is how to implement SAW method in determining the best promotion media for LPP LPS Computer Air Joman. The goal is to implement SAW media in determining the right media promotion for LPP LPS Computer Air Joman. The selection of promotion media is done by Simple Additive Weithing (SAW) method. The steps taken are: determine the criteria value of each alternative, determine the weight, normalize the matrix and perform the process of normalizing the decision matrix to the scale compared with all the alternative rating. The result of the research is promotion mix with Sales Promotion alternative as the best media with value 1.75.

Abstrak: PT. Barettamuda Pratama Padang berjalan pada kegiatan pendistribusian bahan pembangunan jalan pada PU Bina Marga. Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data bahan konstruksi hanya sebatas Microsoft Office. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada sistem yang sedang berjalan, kesulitan ketika mencari data yang dibutuhkan, sering terjadi pengulangan data saat menuliskan data tersebut pada lapora, kesalahan penulisan data sehingga data yang dilaporkan tidak sesuai dengan data yang sebenarnya. Dengan sistem yang sedang berjalan,mengakibatkan ketidakefektifan dalam mengerjakan laporan dan waktu untuk mengolah data pelaksanaan konstruksi pembanguan jalan tidak efesien. Pada sistem yang diusulkan merupakan sistem yang sudah terkomputerisasi untuk membantu memproses data pelaksanaan konstruksi pembangunan jalan sehingga permasalahan yang dihdapi selama ini dapat teratasi. Pembangunan sistem lama pada sistem baru akan menerapkan metode Waterfall. Kelebihan metode waterfall, praktis dalam merekaya sistem, Pengembangan yang terstruktur dan terkontrol membuat kualitas software tetap terjaga.

Instagram and TikTok have become effective platforms for promotion and information dissemination in higher education. The Admission Office of UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi utilizes these platforms to deliver information to prospective students and the public. This project aimed to design social media content for digital promotion using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, consisting of concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution stages. The results show that the content was successfully published, received positive audience responses, and effectively supported information delivery and digital promotion activities.

ach was used to examine how the policy is translated into public service practices, particularly in a local context where the waiting period has reached approximately 18 years, with about 2,500 prospective pilgrims and an annual quota of 135 people. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and document review involving officials responsible for Hajj and Umrah services and relevant community informants. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that policy implementation is supported by four interrelated factors: bureaucratic structure, resources, communication, and the disposition of implementing officers. A clear organizational structure and standard operating procedures facilitate coordination and accountability. Competent human resources, adequate facilities, and the use of Siskohat strengthen service accuracy and transparency. Multi-channel communication helps reduce misunderstanding, while professional and empathetic officer attitudes build public trust. The novelty of this study lies in its local-level analysis of Hajj waiting list implementation in an archipelagic regency. The study implies that transparent, responsive, and humanistic public services are essential for maintaining fairness and legitimacy in long-term Hajj queue management.

analyze the influence of employee motivation on the quality of administrative services at the Leihitu Sub-district Office, Central Maluku Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory design to identify causal relationships between variables. The population in this study consists of all employees involved in administrative services, and total sampling was used due to the manageable number of staff. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a Likert scale to measure motivation and service quality indicators. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and linear regression to determine the effect of motivation on service quality. The results show that employee motivation significantly and positively influences administrative service quality. Employees with higher intrinsic and extrinsic motivation tend to demonstrate better responsiveness, discipline, communication, and consistency in carrying out public service functions. The study concludes that strengthening motivation is essential to improve public service performance. Therefore, organizational leaders are encouraged to enhance work motivation through recognition, supportive leadership, fair reward systems, and professional development opportunities to ensure services meet community expectations.

Using quantitative methods, data were analyzed through regression tests, including T-test, F-test, and determination coefficient analysis, to explore the relationships between these variables. The results indicate that motivation has a strong and significant positive effect on employee performance, supported by a regression coefficient of 0.661 and a significance level of p < 0.001. Similarly, job satisfaction also significantly impacts performance, with a coefficient of 0.325 and p < 0.001, although its influence is comparatively lower than motivation. The simultaneous effect of motivation and job satisfaction was confirmed by an F-value of 396.748 and an R² of 0.922, indicating that 92.2% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these two factors. The findings emphasize the importance of fostering both motivation and job satisfaction to improve employee performance effectively. Therefore, organizations should develop policies that enhance motivation through rewards and career development opportunities, as well as improve job satisfaction by ensuring supportive working conditions and recognizing employee contributions.
