The landing page method uses the waterfall methodology, by collecting data, analyzing data, making designs from an analyzed data, making coding, and testing the landing page and website. Developing this web-based application uses the HTML and PHP programming language with the Laravel framework which easy to apply at this time and in the long run. Creating a Dechefdefinzs landing page and website hopefuly can expand and spread widely its products in the society, such as traditional cakes, cake pans, bakery, rice menus and cookies. This website also makes it easier for customers to orders and get product information just by looking at the website without having to come to the location.

Abstrak: Usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) yang merupakan penopang utama perekonomian Indonesia perlu mendapat perhatian, karena mereka dapat menyerap tenaga kerja dan mengurangi biaya pengangguran dengan bersaing mendapatkan pekerjaan di sektor formal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu UMKM Dechefdefinzs dalam memasarkan produknya kepada calon konsumen. Metode yang digunaakan dalam pembuatan landing page dan website adalah metode waterall, dengan cara pengumpulan data, analisis data, pembuatan desain dari data yang dianalisis, pembuatan program, dan pengujian terhadap landing page dan website. Pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML dan PHP dengan framework Laravel yang mudah diterapkan saat ini dan jangka panjang. Dengan dibuatnya landing page dan website Dechefdefinzs diharapkan dapat memperluas dan menyebarkan produk-produknya secara luas di masyarakat, seperti kue tradisional, kue loyang, roti, menu nasi dan kue kering. Website ini juga memudahkan pelanggan dalam memesan dan mendapatkan informasi produk hanya dengan melihat website tanpa harus datang ke lokasi.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk forecasting bahan material bangunan periode selanjutnya. Metode forecasting yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu single moving average (SMA), weighted moving average (WMA), dan single exponential smooting (SES). Penelitian ini juga membahasan perhitungan error dari metode forecasting, metode forecasting yang menghasilkan nilai error terkecil digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam pembelian bahan material. llenges, one of which is funding. The funding issue has become a hindrance to the growth of this sector. One contributing factor is the difficulty in obtaining loans with high interest rates.Crowdfunding has been considered a potential solution, but it has not been fully utilized due to the lack of literacy and negative cases surrounding it. In this context, the development of a Shariah-compliant crowdfunding application is seen as a suitable solution, given the government's efforts to strengthen the Shariah economic ecosystem. To support this application's development, the Laravel framework and the Extreme Programming method, emphasizing simplicity and accelerating the development process, are employed. The result of this research is the implementation of the UML design and system logic, resulting in the Tasha Crowdfunding application as a funding solution for MSMEs. It can accelerate the development process. The research outcomes include the backend implementation of the UML design and system logic, with a 100% successful blackbox testing result, leading to the creation of the Tasha Crowdfunding application as an MSME funding solution.

Abstrak: Di Indonesia Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peran yang sangat penting bagi pertumbuhan perekonomian negara. Meskipun demikian, ternyata kontribusi yang diberikan oleh UMKM belum mencapai angka yang maksimum dikarenakan lebih dari 40% UMKM masih mengalami banyak permasalahan salah satunya adalah pendanaan. Permasalahan pendanaan yang dihadapi oleh Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia telah menjadi penghambat pertumbuhan sektor ini. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah kesulitan dalam memperoleh pinjaman dengan suku bunga yang tinggi. Crowdfunding telah dianggap sebagai solusi potensial, namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal karena kurangnya literasi dan kasus negatif yang terjadi. Dalam konteks ini, pengembangan aplikasi crowdfunding syariah dianggap sebagai solusi yang cocok, mengingat penguatan ekosistem ekonomi syariah yang sedang dilakukan oleh pemerintah. Untuk mendukung pengembangan aplikasi ini, digunakan framework laravel dan metode Extreme programming yang menekankan kesederhanaan dan percepatan proses pengembangan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa implementasi perancangan UML dan logika sistem yang menghasilkan aplikasi Tasha Crowdfunding sebagai solusi pendanaan UMKM.dapat mempercepat proses pengembangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa implementasi backend dari perancangan UML dan logika sistem yang telah dibuat dengan hasil pengujian blackbox testing 100% sukses dan menghasilkan aplikasi tasha crowdfunding sebagai solusi pendanaan UMKM.

In previous studies, RNN and its variants are among the most popular Seq2Seq models in text summarization. However, there are still weaknesses in saving memory; gradients are lost in long sentences so resulting in a decrease in lengthy text summaries. This research proposes a Transformer model with an Attention mechanism that can fetch important information, solve parallelization problems, and summarize long texts. The Transformer model we propose is GPT-2. GPT-2 uses decoders to predict the next word using the pre-trained model from w11wo/indo-gpt2-small, implemented on the Indosum Indonesian dataset. Evaluation assessment of the model performance using ROUGE evaluation. The study's results get an average result recall for R-1, R-2, and R-L were 0.61, 0.51, and 0.57, respectively. The summary results can paraphrase sentences, but some still use the original words from the text. Future work increase the amount of data from the dataset to improve the result of more new sentence paraphrases.

However, in a number of cases with the onset of COVID-19 this can reduce income in goods delivery services due to the emergence of lock down policies in various regions according to the risk map zone for the spread of COVID-19 so that public transportation restrictions must be carried out, therefore it is necessary to carry out and also transformation in technology. One of the companies in the delivery service sector, namely a logistics company, must create a management strategy so that it can survive under the effects of the post-pandemic digital transformation in the logistics sector. Abstrak: Saat ini di Indonesia jasa pengiriman barang atau ekspedisi semakin marak digunakan dalam proses bisnis. Perusahaan penyedia jasa layanan pengiriman barang pun semakin banyak bermunculan, selain itu jangkauan pengiriman barang pun jauh lebih luas mulai dari kota-kota besar sampai ke desa-desa kecil sekarang sudah mulai menjadi target dalam proses bisnis jasa layanan pengiriman barang. Barang yang dapat dikirim pun ada berbagai macam mulai dari barang yang kecil, barang yang besar seperti kendaraan, ataupun barang yang bersifat privasi seperti dokumen. Tidak dapat dipungkiri juga bahwa saat ini jasa pengiriman barang menjadi andalan masyarakat semenjak melandanya pandemi. Namun, pada beberapa kasus dengan melandanya COVID-19 ini bisa menurunkan penghasilan pada jasa layanan pengiriman barang dikarenakan munculnya kebijakan lock down di berbagai daerah sesuai dengan zona peta resiko penyebaran COVID-19 sehingga harus dilakukan pembatasan transportasi umum. Perusahaan di bidang jasa pengiriman yaitu perusahaan logistik harus membuat manajemen strategi yang lebih baik agar mampu bertahan di bawah pengaruh pandemic terhadap perusahaan logistic dalam teknologi informasi dalam transformasi digital ERP logistik. Pada penelitian ini penulis akan membahas mengenai strategi-strategi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan logistic untuk menangani masalah tersebut.

nerally carried out in the family sphere and is driven by women. Home industries need to receive support from the provincial government to survive and increase the scale of production. To make support for home industries more targeted, this research summarizes several criteria related to the conditions of home industries and the businesses they run. In Bangka Belitung Province there are several types of businesses that are run on a home industry scale. Based on the condition of the home industry which has multiple criteria and multiple alternatives, this research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method and Expert Choice software as data processing aids. The results of data processing show that industrial business is the highest alternative with a weight of 24.7% and the highest criterion is strategy at 23.7%. These results indicate that the largest portion of home industry business actors is engaged in the industrial sector and to encourage the progress of the home industry the most important factor is strategy, namely understanding the type of business they are involved in, labor-intensive industries, paying attention to production factors, electricity capacity, and business operations. While the next stage is to design a user interface for a web-based system as a means of collecting home industry data.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Bangka Belitung secara khusus melihat kriteria apa saja yang dapat mendukung dan menghambat perkembangan industri rumah tangga. Industri rumah tangga merupakan industri kecil yang umumnya dilakukan dalam lingkup keluarga dan digerakkan oleh perempuan. Industri rumah tangga perlu mendapat dukungan dari pemerintah provinsi agar bisa bertahan dan meningkatkan skala produksinya. Agar dukungan industri rumah tangga lebih tepat sasaran, penelitian ini merangkum beberapa kriteria terkait kondisi industri rumah tangga dan usaha yang dijalankannya. Di Provinsi Bangka Belitung terdapat beberapa jenis usaha yang dijalankan dalam skala industri rumah tangga. Berdasarkan kondisi industri rumah tangga yang memiliki banyak kriteria dan banyak alternatif, maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process dan software Expert Choice sebagai alat bantu pengolahan data. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa bisnis industri merupakan alternatif tertinggi dengan bobot 24,7% dan kriteria tertinggi adalah strategi 23,7%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa porsi terbesar pelaku usaha industri rumah tangga bergerak di sektor industri dan untuk mendorong kemajuan industri rumah tangga faktor yang paling penting adalah strategi yaitu memahami jenis usaha yang digeluti, industri padat karya, pembayaran, memperhatikan faktor produksi, kapasitas listrik, dan operasional usaha. Sedangkan tahap selanjutnya adalah merancang antarmuka untuk sistem berbasis web sebagai sarana pendataan industri rumahan.

Abstrak : Perkebunan kelapa sawit memiliki peranan yang sangat strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia. Kelapa sawit ini banyak diolah menjadi minyak masak dan bahan bakar. Untuk menghasilkan produk turunan yang berkualitas dari kelapa sawit ini maka membutuhkan penanganan yang tepat dalam pemeliharaannya. Pada perkebunan kelapa sawit banyak ditemukan kasus kelapa sawit yang terserang penyakit, sehingga hal ini akan menghambat produktivitas perkebunan. Penanganan yang tidak tepat terhadap kelapa sawit yang terserang penyakit dapat mengakibatkan kerugian yang tidak sedikit. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dibuatlah sistem pakar yang berbasis android. Sistem pakar dapat mendiagnosis penyakit dengan mendeteksi gejala-gejala yang ditunjukan kelapa sawit saat terserang penyakit, sehingga pengambilan keputusan untuk penanganan selanjutnya akan lebih akurat yang akan berdampak pada hasil panen yang maksimal.

t has been proven empirically to evaluate information system user satisfaction to see opportunities and improvements in information system development. The sample of this research are users of the MySooltan application, namely MSMEs in Labuan Bajo City. The total sample is 102 respondents. Data was collected using a Google Form questionnaire distributed from October to November 2022 and measured using a Likert scale calculation. The evaluation results found that MSMEs, assisted by Rumah BUMN in Labuan Bajo City, were very satisfied using the MySooltan application during the pandemic. However, PT Telkom still needs to improve the guarantee of confidentiality and protection of user data so that MSMEs can use this application optimally.

Metode ini dipilih karena telah terbukti secara empiris dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi untuk melihat peluang dan perbaikan dari sistem informasi yang dikembangkan. Sampel riset ini adalah pengguna aplikasi MySooltan, yaitu UMKM di Kota Labuan Bajo. Total sampel sebanyak 102 responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner Google Form yang disebar dari bulan Oktober hingga November 2022 dan diukur menggunakan perhitungan skala likert. Hasil evaluasi menemukan secara keseluruhan, UMKM binaan Rumah BUMN di Kota Labuan Bajo sangat puas untuk menggunakan aplikasi MySooltan selama pandemi. Namun demikian, PT Telkom masih perlu meningkatkan jaminan kerahasiaan dan perlindungan data pengguna, agar aplikasi ini dapat digunakan secara optimal.

gital Converter (ADC) practicum kit is needed to improve the ability of cadets. Based on this background, this study aims to design and simulate two ADC circuits, each of which is compiled by the integrated circuit (IC) ADC0804 and IC ADC0809 respectively. Three statistical formulas, namely mean error (ME), standard deviation error (SDE), and root mean square error (RMSE) are used to measure the performance of the two ADC circuits. Both ADC circuits are simulated using a Proteus 8.11 Simulator with 255 analog input voltages. Based on the result of the study, it is known that the ADC circuit compiled by IC ADC0809 is more accurate than the ADC circuit compiled by IC ADC0804. This is evidenced by a smaller error value, which is based on the simulation results of the ME, SDE, and RMSE values were 0.4210, 0.3410, and 0.5110, respectively. And, based on the measurement results, it has ME, SDE, RMSE respectively, namely 0.8510, 0.8110, and 0.9310.

Abstrak: Politeknik Penerbangan Medan adalah salah satu kampus di bawah Kementerian Perhubungan yang memiliki jurusan teknik telekomunikasi dan navigasi udara di Indonesia. Berdasarkan survei di lapangan, kit praktikum konverter analog ke digital diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuat taruna. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mensimulasi dua rangkaian ADC yang masing-masing disusun oleh IC ADC0804 dan IC ADC0809. Tiga formula statistik, yaitu mean error (ME), standard deviation error (SDE), and root mean square error (RMSE) digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja kedua rangkaian ADC tersebut. Kedua rangkaian ADC tersebut disimulasi menggunakan Simulator Proteus 8.11 dengan 255 tegangan masukan analog. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa rangkaian ADC yang disusun oleh IC ADC0809 lebih akurat dibandingkan dengan rangkaian ADC yang disusun oleh IC ADC0804. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai kesalahan yang lebih kecil, yaitu berdasarkan hasil simulasi memiliki ME, SDE, RMSE masing-masing adalah 0,4210, 0,3410 dan 0,5110. Dan berdasarkan hasil pengukuran memiliki ME, SDE, dan RMSE masing-masing adalah 0,8510, 0,8110, dan 0,9310.

Apart from that, with the E-Marketplace, it can help MSMEs in the city of Cirebon continue to run their business during this pandemic even though there are Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM). In this study, the research method applied is the System Development Life Circle, where the method includes the process of data collection and analysis, system design, system development and system implementation and system testing. The results of this application design will be named Padibon . So with this Padibon application, MSME actors in marketing their products, and consumers can buy MSME products anywhere and anytime.

Abstrak: Usaha pemerintah dalam meningkatan perekonomian masyarakat adalah dengan melahirkan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) didalam lingkungan masyarakat. Masyarakat kota Cirebon merupakan masyarakat yang mulai menyadari pentingnya menjadi masyarakat yang produktif. Namun keterbatasan lahan untuk proses jual beli dan pemasaran produk mengakibatkan UMKM yang di jalankan oleh masyarakat seringkali mengakibatkan kebangkrutan karena daya saing pasar. Maka untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, diperlukan sebuah media yang dapat menyalurkan hasil produk UMKM masyarakat kota Cirebon tanpa harus adanya lahan tempat menjual produk. Penelitian dilakukan untuk membangun sebuah sistem E- Marketplace (Pasar Digital) yang digunakan oleh masyarakat kota Cirebon untuk mempromosikan, menjual dan membeli hasil-hasil produk UMKM masyarakat kota Cirebon secara online berbasis Website. Selain dari itu, dengan adanya aplikasi ini maka dapat membantu UMKM masyarakat kota Cirebon tetap menjalankan usahanya di masa pandemi ini walaupun terdapat Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM). Pada penelitian ini, metode yang diterapkan adalah System Development Life Circle, dimana metode tersebut meliputi proses pengumpulan dan analisis data, design system, development system dan implementasi sistem serta pengujian sistem. Hasil dari perancangan aplikasi ini adakan diberi nama Padibon. Maka dengan aplikasi Padibon ini, pelaku UMKM dapat memasarkan hasil produknya, dan konsumen bisa membeli produk UMKM dimanapun dan kapanpun.
