E-MSMEs (SMALL AND MEDIUM MICRO ENTERPRISES) BASED ON ANDROID TO INCREASE SALES OF BENI SCROLL ART

Abstract: Abstract: Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business entities or individuals that have productive activities and fulfill the criteria for micro-enterprises. The development of the economic sector in Indonesia… ia is also influenced by MSME businesses. Beni Scroll Art is an MSME engaged in the sale of handicrafts such as making miniature amperes, trophies made of wood, bird statues made of wood and so on. This research is a development of research that previously discussed the use of website-based information technology which was developed into android-based information technology. Android-based sales applica-tion development is more effectively used for the community in the buying and selling process because it is more familiar in the community. Therefore, the system development carried out by researchers is an Android-based application in the sales process and to in-crease sales. The method used in developing this android application is a prototype with several stages of Communication, Quick Plan, Modeling and Quick Design, Quick Design, Construction of Prototype, and Deployment Delivery and Feedback. The purpose of this research is to simplify sales, increase sales, and make the sales process more effective and efficient.             Keywords: applications; android; sales; SMEs     Abstrak: Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) merupakan badan usaha atau perseorangan yang mempunyai kegiatan produktif serta memenuhi kreteria dalam usaha mikro. Perkembangan bidang ekonomi di Indonesia juga diperngaruhi oleh usaha UMKM. Beni Scroll Art merupakan UMKM yang bergerak dibidang penjualan keterampilan tangan seperti pembuatan miniature ampere, piala dengan bahan dasar kayu, patung burung dengan bahan dasar kayu dan sebagainya. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan dari penelitian yang sebelumnya membahas pemanfaatan teknologi informatika berbasis website dikembangkan menjadi teknologi informasi berbasis android. Pengembangan aplikasi penjualan berbasis android lebih efesien digunakan untuk masyarakat dalam melakukan proses jual-beli karena lebih familiar dimasyarakat. Maka dari itu pengem-bangan sistem yang dilakukan peneliti adalah aplikasi berbasis android dalam proses penjualan serta untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambangan aplikasi android ini adalah prototype dengan beberapa tahapan komunikasi, rencana cepat, pemodelan dan desain cepat, desain cepat, konstruksi prototipe, dan pengiriman dan umpan balik penyebaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mempermudah penjualan, meningkatkan penjualan, serta agar proses penjualan lebih efektif, dan efesien.   Kata kunci: aplikasi; android; penjualan; UMKM

PREDIKSI KELANCARAN PEMBAYARAN CICILAN CALON DEBITUR DENGAN METODE K-NEAREST NEIGHBOR

The results of the Euclidean calculation process are based on predetermined criteria Between training data (training) to testing data (test) will be displayed with a table that has been sorted from smallest to largest containing 9 closest neighbors according to the K value that has been determined, namely 9. The nine neighbors will be taken the dominant category. This dominant category can be used as a guideline that makes it easier for the leader to make a decision on the next borrower.             Keywords: Data Mining; Euclidean; K-Nearest Neighbor; Prospective Borrowers;     Abstrak: Dalam penelitian ini telah berhasil dibuat sebuah sistem prediksi untuk memprediksi lancar atau tidak lancarnya seorang calon peminjam uang. Calon peminjam uang yang akan meminjam, sebagian datanya yang memenuhi kriteria akan diinputkan petugas kantor ke dalam sebuah interface sistem aplikasi prediksi untuk diolah menggunakan metode Data Mining yaitu Algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor dengan bahasa pemrograman Codeigniter 3. Hasil proses perhitungan Euclidean berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan antara data training (latih) ke data testing (uji) tersebut akan ditampilkan dengan sebuah tabel yang sudah diurutkan dari yang terkecil ke terbesar berisi 9 tetangga terdekat sesuai dengan nilai K yang sudah ditentukan yaitu 9.  Sembilan tetangga tersebut akan diambil kategori yang dominan. Kategori yang dominan tersebut bisa dijadikan suatu pedoman yang memudahkan pimpinan dalam mengambil sebuah keputusan kepada calon peminjam selanjutnya.   Kata kunci: Debitur; Data Mining; Euclidean; K-Nearest Neighbor

LAMP CONTROL SYSTEM THROUGH ANDROID AND WIFI BASED ON ARDUINO MICROCONTROLLER

Smart Home has several benefits such as providing better comfort, more guaranteed safety and security, and sav-ing electricity use. By implementing Smart Home devices in homes or offices, electrical devices will be able to work automatically according to user needs. Users can also monitor and control electrical devices in the house remotely through a communication channel such as through the internet network, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Saat ini banyak perangkat listrik yang bekerja terintegrasi dengan sistem komputer. Hal ini tentunya akan sangat membantu pekerjaan manusia dalam mengoperasikan perangkat listrik tersebut. Salah satu penelitian yang sedang dikembangkan adalah tentang Smart Home. Smart Home memiliki beberapa keunggulan seperti memberikan kenyamanan yang lebih baik, keamanan dan keselamatan yang lebih terjamin, serta penghematan penggunaan listrik. Dengan mengimplementasikan perangkat Smart Home di rumah atau kantor, perangkat listrik akan dapat bekerja secara otomatis sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Pengguna juga dapat memantau dan mengontrol perangkat listrik di rumah dari jarak jauh melalui saluran komunikasi seperti melalui jaringan internet, Wi-Fi atau bluetooth. ILUSTRASI 3D HARDWARE PADA KOMPUTER UNTUK MATAKULIAH PRAKTIKUM PENGANTAR TERKNOLOGI INFORMASI

Abstract: Abstract: Practicum Introduction to Information Technology is a general course that is always present at every IT campus in Indonesia. To give an introduction to hard ware to students, each lecturer always requires a long… g time, because they have to open (CPU) the Central Processing Unit and release other components to be explained by students. Inefficient time in opening and releasing computer hardware components when the course is taking place is the main problem that will be solved by researchers in this study. Plus the computer components that will be explained are quite small, making students unable to see it clearly when in the teaching and learning process. The offered solution, utilizing a technology based on 3D animation. Where this 3D animation technology will provide a more realistic appearance. As in the study entitled SINDO JOURNALIST 3D FILM ANIMATION in the journal Art Design and Culture volume 2. No. 1 March 2017, which researchers have reviewed, also explained that the use of 3D design technology can produce vivid and real visuals that are close to their original form [1]. The method in developing 3D animation in this study uses the Reseach and Development (R&D) Method. Conclusions from this study, researchers have succeeded in making a 3D animation-based information media about the introduction of computer hardware for the Introduction to Information Technology Practicum, with the process of animation results that have been tested using blackbox test.             Keywords: animation; hardware; research and development     Abstrak: Mata kuliah praktikum Pengantar Teknologi Informasi adalah matakuliah umum yang selalu terdapat pada setiap kampus IT di Indonesia. Untuk memberikan pengenalan hardware kepada peserta didik, setiap dosen selalu membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, dikarenakan harus membuka (CPU) Central Processing Unit dan melepaskan komponen lainnya agar dapat dijelaskan oleh peserta didik. Tidak efisiennya waktu  dalam membuka dan melepaskan komponen hardware komputer ketika matakuliah berlangsung menjadi permasalahan utama yang akan diselesaikan peneliti dalam penelitian kali ini. Ditambah lagi komponen komputer yang akan dijelaskan cukup kecil, membuat peserta didik tidak dapat melihatnya dengan jelas ketika dalam proses belajar mengajar. Solusi yang ditawarkan, memanfaatkan sebuah teknologi berbasis 3D animasi. Dimana teknologi 3D animasi ini akan memberikan tampilan yang lebih realistis. Metode didalam pengembangan animasi 3D pada penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Reseach and Development (R&D). Simpulan dari penelitian ini, peneliti sudah berhasil membuat sebuah media informasi berbasis animasi 3D tentang pengenalan hardware komputer untuk matakuliah Praktikum Pengantar Teknologi Informasi, dengan proses hasil animasi yang sudah diuji dengan menggunakan blackbox testing.   Kata kunci: animasi; hardware; reseach and development.

SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENERIMA BEASISWA BIDIKMISI MENGGUNAKAN METODE SMART

Abstract: Abstract: Scholarships are provided selectively according to the type of learning held. There are so many scholarships offered to students who are outstanding and poor, one of which is the scholarship provided by the University… versity of Riau, named Bidikmisi scholarship. The evaluation process of prospective scholarship recipients is carried out by the committee directly and is still done manually. So that it allows the creation of a support system for the decision to accept Bidikmisi scholarships using the smart web-based method. The system created, designed using UML diagrams, the system has made using the PHP programming language and database. The resulting system can process  using ten experimental data obtained a sequence of values from highest to smallest, with the highest amount of 0.75.              Keywords: Bidikmisi; Decision Support System; Scholarship; Smart Method.     Abstrak: Pemberian beasiswa dilakukan secara selekif sesuai dengan jenis beasiswa yang diadakan. Banyak sekali beasiswa yang ditawarkan kepada mahasiswa yang berprestasi dan kurang mampu, salah satunya beasiswa yang ditawarkan universitas riau yaitu beasiswa bidikmisi. Proses Penilaian calon penerima beasiswa dilakukan oleh panitia secara langsung dan masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga memungkinkan dibuatnya suatu sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan beasiswa bidikmisi menggunakan metode smart berbasis web. Sistem yang dibuat, dirancang menggunakan UML diagram, pembuatan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database. Sistem yang dihasilkan mampu mengolah data mahasiswa, mengolah data calon penerima untuk dihitung dan laporan jumlah calon penerima yang diterima dan ditolak. Hasil akhir dengan menggunakan 10 data percobaan diperoleh urutan nilai dari yang tertinggi sampai terkecil, dengan nilai tertinggi 0,75.   Kata kunci: Beasiwa; Bidikmisi; Sistem Pendukung Keputusan; Smart.

This research builds an expert system to diagnose typhoid fever with a backward chaining method with an inference process so that it can be used to produce disease diagnoses based on perceived symptoms and provide appropriate solutions.  Keywords : Expert System, Backward Chaining, Thypoid Fever     Abstrak: Demam Tifoid adalah penyakit infeksi akut yang terjadi pada saluran perncernaan manusia (terutama usus halus) yang disebabkan oleh bakteri salmonella tyhpi, pada fase berbeda bakteri dapat menyebar ke aliran darah bahkan ke tulang manusia. Maka dengan ini perlu pendeteksian penyakit sejak ini. PERBANDINGAN DOUBLE MOVING AVERAGE DENGAN DOUBLE EXPONENTIAL SMOOTHING PADA PERAMALAN BAHAN MEDIS HABIS PAKAI

In this paper, is comparing double moving average and double exponential smoothing method for 3 ml spuit for time series 01 January to 30 June 2017. The accuracy of forecasting is the most important and it can be measure with MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) and RMSE (Root Mean Square Value). The smallest value of MAPE and RMSE is having the high accuracy of forecasting. The double moving average method has the smallest MAPE = 0.353 and RMSE = 95.8 compare to Exponential Smoothingand be the best option to use as method to forecast the medical disposable supply demand.

This study explores… ores the role of MIS in optimizing workforce management and improving patient-centered care, highlighting both its advantages and the challenges encountered during implementation. Researchers employed a qualitative case study approach, utilizing semi-structured interviews and document analysis to examine HR professionals' experiences with digital transformation. The findings indicate that MIS has streamlined administrative workflows, reduced clerical inefficiencies, and improved real-time data accessibility, facilitating faster decision-making and higher patient satisfaction. However, workforce resistance, digital literacy limitations, and data security concerns created obstacles in the transition process. Structured HR-led training programs and phased implementation strategies effectively addressed these challenges. The study underscores the importance of sustained investment in workforce development, cybersecurity measures, and digital infrastructure to support long-term healthcare digitalization. Future research should evaluate the long-term impact of digital adoption in small-scale healthcare institutions.

The Implementation of Work Discipline in Improving Employee Performance At Hilimegai South Nias Regency

Abstract: The focus of research in this study is to understand the symptoms of objects thoroughly so that researchers can identify existing problems and formulate problems to be studied. This research focused on the application of… work discipline to improve employee performance at the Hilimegai Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency with a descriptive approach. The purpose of descriptive research is to describe and analyze research data related to phenomena, social activities, and human attitudes in various situations. At the Hilimegai Sub-district Office of South Nias Regency, the implementation of work discipline is quite good because most employees arrive on time although a small number are sometimes late due to long distances from home, but this is not used as an excuse and they still obey the rules. Employees there also always take care of office equipment as a form of discipline. They also show high responsibility by diligently completing work and are willing to work overtime to achieve work targets. However, adherence to the rules still needs to be improved because some employees often neglect their duties. Employees at the Hilimegai Subdistrict Office of South Nias Regency work for 8 hours a day, from 8 am to 4 pm, and always follow the rules that apply in their office.

Fried Chicken's Small Micro-Venture Revenue Increase Strategy Through Digital Media

Abstract: This study aims to explore the implementation of digital media and sales strategies that contribute to increasing the income of fried chicken MSMEs players in Sedong Village, Sedong District, Cirebon Regency. The research… h method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The respondents of the study consisted of fried chicken MSMEs players in Sedong Village. The results showed that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook applications, had a positive effect on increasing the income of fried chicken MSMEs players. Sales activities that were originally word-of-mouth developed by utilizing digital media. The use of WhatsApp and Facebook not only expanded the range of product information, but also increased sales volume from 30-50 chickens per day to 70-100 chickens per day. Daily net profit also increased significantly, increasing from Rp. 150,000 - Rp. 200,000 to Rp. 300,000 - Rp. 400,000. Although the application of digital media has a positive impact, MSMEs players have also experienced some negative impacts. Additional expenses to buy data packages or internet quotas are one of the obstacles. In addition, concerns about product imitation by competitors and the presence of fictitious purchases are also felt. The conclusion of this study is that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook, can be an effective strategy in increasing the income of fried chicken fried chicken MSMEs. However, MSMEs players need to consider negative impacts, such as additional costs and more intensive competition, in utilizing digital media as a sales tool.
