blems faced by partners, both farm owners and farm workers: 1) lack of knowledge and understanding of the concept and application of biosecurity 2) lack of sanitation application, which increases the risk of diseases emerging and spreading 3) not yet aware that the use of open house system, unfenced farms and no procedures for entering the farm area, are not in accordance with the principles of biosecurity system. The activity was carried out in stages: survey, socialization on the concept and implementation of the 3-zone biosecurity system, provision of disinfectants and examples of regulation for laying hen farming as well as evaluation. The evaluation results show that during the extension activity, out of 8 participants only 2 were actively asking questions, and it turned out they were the farm owners, while the farm workers were passive. It was found after the outreach activity, that the farm owners or farm workers who were partners had not been implemented the 3-zone biosecurity system, therefore outreach activities regarding biosecurity on poultry farm still need to be provided again to them, so that the concept and application of biosecurity will be truly understood and they would be willing to do so. However, at least 2 farms have prepared signboards with rules for entering the farm area. The occurrence of outbreaks and pandemics should be a lesson-learned that biosecurity measures are highly relevant to the saying “it is better to prevent than cure”. If, chicken remain healthy, they produce high-quality and safe products, and so, farmers can minimize health costs and maximize profits, even enabling farms owner to expand their businesses scale. In conclusion, this activity has not been given a significant impact on partner’s farm management because all partners have not been implemented the 3-zone biosecurity system, and it would be better if, all farm owners as decision makers to participate in this kind of activity, as well as the need for synergy between relevant agencies in the livestock sector in Tomohon city and academics with poultry farming business practitioners in an effort to maintain livestock health, poultry communities and maintain food security.

The analysis was conducted based on four types of market segmentation: geographic, demographic, psychographic, and behavioral. The results of this study indicate that this restaurant has a fairly broad market segment, encompassing both local and out-of-town customers, with consumers predominantly students, office workers, and families. Authentic taste, affordable prices, and fast service are the main factors attracting customers. Geographic segmentation indicates potential for expansion due to the increase in out-of-town visitors on weekends. Demographic and psychographic segmentation indicate that customers have a high interest in traditional, spicy dishes. Behavioral segmentation indicates the presence of loyal customers and repeat purchasing patterns. These findings provide important recommendations for businesses to develop more effective marketing strategies tailored to the characteristics of their target market.

This community service program aimed to improve the financial literacy and financial management practices of the Sempol Ayam Micro and Small Enterprise through an educational and mentoring-based approach.
The program was implemented through counseling, training, and direct mentoring focusing on daily transaction recording, cash flow management, production cost calculation, and the preparation of simple profit and loss statements. The results indicate a significant improvement in the partner’s financial management practices, including more systematic bookkeeping, clearer separation of personal and business finances, more accurate cost calculations, and better monitoring of business performance.
Overall, the program contributed positively to enhancing financial control, financial stability, and business sustainability of the micro-enterprise. These findings demonstrate that simple and practical financial management assistance can effectively strengthen the capacity of Micro and Small Enterprises.

udy adopts a descriptive qualitative method using Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis (AWK) as the main framework. Data is collected through documentation and recording of news texts from relevant online media. Data analysis was carried out sequentially covering Fairclough's three dimensions: microstructural analysis (word choice, sentence structure, rhetorical strategy), mesostructural analysis (the practice of production and distribution of news texts), and macrostructural analysis (social and ideological relationships that underlie discourse). The results of this study reveal the complex representation of inequality in access to education through critical discourse analysis (AWK) on the news "Former Chicken Cage Becomes School" with the Norman Fairclough approach. Microstructurally, word choice and sentence structure build a narrative of struggle and implicit criticism of the system. At the mesostructural level, local MATAMAROS.COM strategic media frame this issue as an urgent social issue, including publication during National Education Day 2025 to maximize impact. Macrostructurally, the news reflects structural inequality due to geographical/economic marginalization, reinforces the ideology of "unsung heroes," and highlights the power imbalance. Completely Randomized Design with 5 treatments and 4 replications each treatment was used in this study; the treatments used were, T0= 100% basal ration without cinnamon bark powder (CBP), T1= 99.5% basal ration + 0.5% CBP, T2= 99% basal ration + 1% CBP, T3= 98.5% basal ration + 1.5 % CBP, and T4= 98% basal ration + 2% CBP. The measurements taken were feed consumption, weight gain, feed conversion, and final body weight. The results of analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Duncan test showed that, giving cinnamon bark powder up to 2% in the ration had an effect on CP 707 broiler chickens aged 2-6 weeks; had a very significantly different effect (P<0.01) on body weight gained and so, on final body weight; and significantly different (P <0.05) on feed conversion, but not on feed consumption. In this study, the higher the level of CBP in the ration, the weight gained and final body weight decreased but feed conversion increased. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that giving cinnamon bark powder as a natural feed additive up to 2% in the feed did not improve the performance of CP 707 broiler chickens, because of weight gained and final body weight of the chickens decreased, while, feed conversion increased, which means that, economically it was not getting better.

method used is a qualitative method with an auto ethnographic approach. The data collection technique used was interviews with 5 community leaders. The research results show that Pasue culture is a culture that has existed for a long time, and is practiced in the Ndao Island community (Ndao people). At a certain time, namely before the harvest season, there is a Kalela tradition, which is a tradition of visiting friends from one village to another bringing provisions from the harvest. The Christian pedagogical values contained in this culture are: 1) Friendship knows no boundaries, just as Christ called us his friends; 2) Friendship begins with a bond of promise and promises must be steadfast; 3) Chickens are cut and blood Chicken is a symbol (of life) that is shed for togetherness, therefore it must be maintained so that it continues to live together; 4) Eating together is a way to sit side by side in all circumstances, regardless of ethnic or religious differences. These teaching values are the basis for religious moderation in the Ndao Island community or Ndao people.

capital allocation. In this study, historical data on stock of chicken raw materials will be used to test forecasting using the SES and WMA methods. The SES method is a simple forecasting method and relies on exponential smoothing to forecast the value of raw material inventories in the future. Meanwhile, the WMA method uses certain weights to calculate moving averages from historical data, where the highest weight is given to the most recent data. In the method comparison process, several evaluation factors will be used, including the level of accuracy, level of stability, and ease of implementation. By comparing the performance of the two methods, this study aims to determine the most accurate and appropriate method for forecasting chicken raw material stocks. The results of this study are expected to provide clear recommendations regarding the most suitable forecasting method used by Top Fresh Chicken. By using accurate and effective forecasting methods, companies can optimize the use of resources, reduce inventory costs, increase production efficiency, and avoid excess or shortage of raw material inventories.

Abstrak: Top Fresh Chicken merupakan salah satu UKM yang memproduksi makanan yang berbahan baku ayam. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Top Fresh Chicken adalah kelebihan persediaan bahan baku yang mengakibatkan biaya simpan persediaan yang tinggi dan alokasi modal yang terhambat.Dalam penelitian ini, data historis persediaan bahan baku ayam akan digunakan untuk menguji peramalan menggunakan metode SES dan WMA. Metode SES merupakan metode peramalan yang sederhana dan mengandalkan eksponensial smoothing untuk meramalkan nilai persediaan bahan baku di masa depan. Sedangkan metode WMA menggunakan bobot tertentu untuk menghitung rata-rata bergerak dari data historis, di mana bobot tertinggi diberikan pada data terbaru.Dalam proses komparasi metode, beberapa faktor evaluasi akan digunakan, termasuk tingkat akurasi, tingkat kestabilan, dan kemudahan implementasi. Dengan membandingkan kinerja kedua metode, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan metode yang paling akurat dan tepat untuk meramalkan persediaan bahan baku ayam.Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang jelas tentang metode peramalan yang paling cocok digunakan oleh Top Fresh Chicken. Dengan menggunakan metode peramalan yang akurat dan efektif, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan sumber daya, mengurangi biaya persediaan, meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, dan menghindari terjadinya kelebihan atau kekurangan persediaan bahan baku.

However, Australian chicken eggs are easily damaged and decreased in quality due to the entry of bacteria into the eggs. CV. Bintang Ternak selection of quality eggs is still done manually by employees, so there is a need for a new method in determining quality eggs. cv. Bintang Ternak has a sample of 90 Australian chicken eggs. The sample used is Australian chicken egg shell, in determining the quality of Australian chicken eggs can be seen from the condition of the egg shells. Planning in solving these problems will use the C4.5 algorithm method. With the application of the C4.5 algorithm method contained in the rapidminer5 application, there are several advantages to be gained, namely in making a simpler decision, shortening employee work, more flexibility in selecting class attributes, accuracy in predicting more effectively and efficiently and easy to understand with there are conclusions generated by the rapidminer5 application that can be seen from the decision tree or rules obtained using 90 samples of test data resulting in an accuracy of 90%.

Abstract: Telur Ayam Autralia merupakan salah satu bahan makanan hewani yang dikonsumsi selain daging, ikan dan susu. Telur ayam australia mengandung gizi yang tinggi, ketersediaan yang berkelanjutan, dan harga yang relatif lebih dibandingkan dengan telur lainnya sehingga menjadikan telur ayam australia sangat diminati oleh para konsumen. Namun, telur ayam australia mudah mengalami kerusakan dan penurunan kualitas akibat masuknya bakteri kedalam telur. CV. Bintang Ternak pemilihan telur yang berkualitas masih dilakukan secara manual oleh karyawan, sehigga perlu adanya metode terbaru dalam penentuan telur yang berkualitas. Cv. Bintang Ternak memiliki sampel telur ayam australia 90 butir. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu kulit telur ayam australia, dalam menentukan kualitas telur ayam australia dapat dilihat dari kondisi kulit telurnya. Perencanaan dalam penyelesaian permasalahan tersebut akan menggunakan metode algoritma C4.5. Dengan adanya penerapan metode algoritma C4.5 yang terdapat pada aplikasi rapidminer5 maka ada beberapa keuntungan yang didapat diperoleh yaitu dalam mengambil suatu keputusan lebih sederhana, mempersingkat pekerja karyawan, lebih fleksibel dalam pemilihan atribut kelas, keakuratan dalam memprediksi lebih efektif dan efisien dan mudah dipahami dengan adanya kesimpulan yang dihasilkan oleh aplikasi rapidminer5 yang dapat dilihat dari pohon keputusan atau rule yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan 90 sampel data uji memghasilkan akurasi sebesar 90%.

This initiative not only teaches technical skills and entrepreneurship but also prepares participants to become competent business actors. By involving out-of-school children in the production process of chicken coops, they gain direct experience in business management and product marketing. Furthermore, digital marketing training is provided to expand market reach and enhance participants' digital skills. This approach is expected to open job opportunities and improve the economic independence of the participants.

Abstrak: Pendampingan bagi anak putus sekolah sering menghadapi tantangan dalam memfasilitasi keterampilan dan kesempatan kerja. Proyek ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi praktis melalui pemanfaatan limbah kayu dengan mengolahnya menjadi keramba ayam. Program pendampingan menggunakan metode kegiatan yang meliputi pelatihan, praktik langsung dalam pengelolaan website bersama mitra, serta simulasi dan uji coba selama kegiatan berlangsung. Inisiatif ini tidak hanya mengajarkan keterampilan teknik dan kewirausahaan tetapi juga mempersiapkan peserta untuk menjadi pelaku usaha yang kompeten. Dengan melibatkan anak putus sekolah dalam proses produksi keramba ayam, mereka mendapatkan pengalaman langsung dalam pengelolaan usaha serta pemasaran produk.Selanjutnya, pelatihan pemasaran digital diberikan untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan keterampilan digital peserta. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat membuka peluang kerja dan meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi peserta.
