1) describe the tourism potential of Baburai Waterfall in Padang Pariaman Regency and (2) formulate strategies for the development of the tourism potential of Baburai Waterfall in Padang Pariaman Regency. This research uses a qualitative type with a descriptive approach to detail and interpret the data. The results of the research conducted through field observation, interviews, and questionnaires found that there is a lack of good coordination among managers, local government, and tourism departments, leading to limited accessibility to the waterfall, a lack of human resource development, and insufficient promotion regarding the Baburai Waterfall tourist attraction. The analytical technique used is the SWOT method to determine the sustainable development strategy for Kulukubuk waterfall tourism. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, it is concluded that the development strategy for the Baburai waterfall tourism potential includes building cooperation with the government and the tourism office, improving accessibility, and enhancing the human resources of the Baburai waterfall tourism managers.

lan, sedangkan kinerja karyawan diukur melalui kualitas, kuantitas, waktu, biaya, pengawasan, dan hubungan antar karyawan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel jenuh, yakni 30 karyawan tetap bagian SDM & Sistem Manajemen. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan kuesioner, lalu dianalisis dengan regresi linear sederhana menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengembangan SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, ditunjukkan oleh nilai t hitung 5,872 > t tabel 1,699 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya, semakin baik program pengembangan SDM maka semakin meningkat pula kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar perusahaan terus meningkatkan pelatihan, memberikan apresiasi, dan mengembangkan keterampilan karyawan guna mendorong produktivitas secara berkelanjutan.

n the field of Islamic Education Management, particularly in the study of Human Resource Management. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method. The research population includes all academic communities in State Madrasah Aliyah in Riau Islands Province. The sample consisted of 155 respondents, selected through purposive sampling techniques. A questionnaire with a Likert scale was used as the instrument. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis. The results show that: (1) Entrepreneurial Competence (X1) has a direct influence on Strategic Decisions (Y) by 27%. (2) Social Competence (X2) has a direct influence on Strategic Decisions (Y) by 30%. (3) Managerial Competence (X3) has a direct influence on Strategic Decisions (Y) by 44%. (4) Entrepreneurial Competence (X1), Social Competence (X2), and Managerial Competence (X3), simultaneously, have a direct influence on Strategic Decisions (Y) by 48%. The conclusion of this study is that Entrepreneurial Competence, Social Competence, and Managerial Competence can influence Strategic Decisions. Strategic decisions are a crucial element in determining the direction and sustainability of an organization. This research proves that several factors can influence strategic decision-making, including entrepreneurial competence, social competence, and managerial competence.

e fever includes Dengue IgM and IgG Antigens and hematology tests. The number of lymphocytes plays a role in the body's immune system and is one of the parameters found in hematology tests. This study aims to determine the relationship between Dengue IgM and IgG antibodies and the number of lymphocytes in patients suspected of having Dengue fever at the Prodia Sunter Clinical Laboratory for the period 2021-2024. The research method is observational with cross-sectional using secondary data of 104 samples. Data analysis uses Spearman rank. The results of the study showed that most of the suspected Dengue fever patients were male, 56 patients (53.8%) with the highest age at 19-59 years as many as 53 patients (51.0%) and the duration of fever was mostly experienced on the 3rd day of fever 29 patients (27.9%). The results of the Dengue antigen IgM examination in suspected Dengue fever patients were negative for 89 patients (85.6%) and the Dengue antigen IgG was negative for 64 patients (61.5%). The number of lymphocytes was within normal limits for 44 patients (42.3%). The results of the IgM correlation test obtained p = 0.005 with r 0.271, so the hypothesis was accepted, it can be concluded that there is a weak correlation between Dengue IgM antibodies and the number of lymphocytes and the results of the IgG correlation test obtained p = 0.043 with r 0.198, so the hypothesis was accepted, it can be concluded that there is a weak correlation between Dengue IgG antibodies and the number of lymphocytes in suspected Dengue fever patients.

. Limited English proficiency among local children has long hindered effective communication with foreign visitors and restricted opportunities for community-based tourism development. To address this challenge, the program incorporated basic English vocabulary related to the beach environment into interactive activities, such as songs, games, visual aids, and direct exploration of local surroundings. These methods were designed to provide authentic, engaging, and memorable language learning experiences tailored to the learners’ environment. A pre-test and post-test design was employed to evaluate the program’s effectiveness. The results demonstrated a substantial improvement in students’ vocabulary mastery, with mean scores rising from 61.36 on the pre-test to 89.73 on the post-test. Statistical analysis using a paired sample t-test revealed a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), confirming that CTL significantly enhanced vocabulary acquisition. The normalized gain (N-Gain) indicated a high level of progress among participants, showing consistent improvement across all learners. Beyond cognitive gains, qualitative observations indicated that students exhibited greater confidence, motivation, and environmental awareness as they linked English lessons to familiar contexts. This program illustrates that CTL offers a practical, low-cost, and highly effective strategy for empowering youth in remote island communities. By contextualizing English instruction in real-life settings, CTL not only fosters academic achievement but also supports community engagement, cultural pride, and sustainable human resource development in rural tourism areas.

issue of ethnic, religious, and racial differences, this study seeks to uncover the universal and contextual dimensions of the principles of diversity in Islamic teachings. Gadamer's hermeneutic approach is used as a theoretical framework for critically interpreting Qur'anic texts, with the aim of contributing to the treasure trove of modern interpretations of pluralism. The findings of the study show that the Qur'an, through verses that emphasize the unity of humanity and respect for diversity, provides a strong foundation for the implementation of diversity values. The discussion also explained the social implications of the application of the principle of diversity according to the Qur'an, including in the context of politics, education, and intercultural relations in pluralistic societies. By integrating critical analysis of sacred texts with empirical data and theoretical studies, this article is expected to make a significant contribution to the research treasure trove of Islamic studies and pluralism. This research emphasizes that the role of the Qur'an in upholding the value of diversity is multi-perspective; It not only provides spiritual guidance, but also offers an ethical framework that can foster the construction of an inclusive, just, and harmonious modern society. in patent systems, particularly within the Indonesian context. The study examines 11 key studies published between 2015-2025 through systematic searches across multiple academic databases. Results demonstrate that AI implementation has achieved significant improvements in operational efficiency, particularly in automated patent classification, prior art searching, and examination support systems. Approximately 190,000 AI patents were granted globally between 2000-2022, reflecting increasing technological importance. In Indonesia, AI implementation must align with Law No. 13 of 2016 on Patents as amended by Law No. 65 of 2024. The landmark Thaler v. Vidal case confirms AI cannot be an "inventor" but can serve as an assistive tool with significant human contribution. Key challenges include AI decision-making transparency and knowledge gaps among patent examiners.

HMIS is an innovation designed to integrate managerial and administrative processes within hospitals, including patient data recording, resource management, and other healthcare service procedures. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with purposive sampling techniques, involving informants such as medical personnel, administrative staff, and hospital management who are directly involved in the use of HMIS.The results indicate that the implementation of HMIS has a positive impact on the hospital’s operational efficiency, including the acceleration of administrative processes, improved data accuracy, and easier coordination between work units. However, the implementation also faces several challenges, such as limited technological infrastructure, user resistance to change, and insufficient training for staff. These findings are supported by the HOT-Fit framework and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), all of which emphasize the importance of technological readiness, human resource competence, and organizational commitment in ensuring the successful adoption of HMIS.
