The findings indicate that integrating morality toward Allah and the Prophet serves as the fundamental foundation in shaping a strong character, while morality toward parents and oneself reinforces the social and psychological dimensions of a Muslim individual. Consistent application of these moral values contributes to the formation of a harmonious, responsible, and virtuous Muslim personality in daily life. aims to analyze the factors that cause flooding in both countries, compare the management policies implemented, and provide recommendations for improved mitigation. The method used is a literature review to collect and analyze various scientific sources. The results show that in Indonesia, factors causing flooding include land subsidence, land use change, and climate change, while in the Philippines, flooding is often triggered by tropical storms and extreme rainfall. Indonesia's response strategy focuses on river normalization and drainage infrastructure, while the Philippines implements a National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan that covers prevention, preparedness, and rehabilitation. Despite these efforts, challenges such as urbanization and land acquisition still hamper the effectiveness of flood management. Recommendations include improving infrastructure, sustainable spatial planning, and community education.

Descriptive research is conducted to describe the level of analysis, namely, analyzing and presenting facts systematically, so that they can be better understood and concluded. The researcher used an informant, the Chief of the Tribe "Yumiles Yikwa" to obtain data in the Lani Language. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the structure of transitive and intransitive verbs is different in the Lani Language and Indonesian. Generally, the Lani Language Structure containing verbs is usually located at the end of the sentence "Subject + Object + Predicate + Complement", which in Indonesian should have the pattern "Subject + Predicate + Object + Complement".

Employing a qualitative method with a literature review approach, this research analyzes relevant hadiths and scholarly interpretations. The findings reveal that the Prophet’s teachings on ecological preservation are comprehensive and highly relevant to contemporary environmental challenges. Most environmental degradation is a direct result of human actions, and the prophetic hadiths offer foundational solutions—framing what can be understood as an early model of ecological education in Islam.

ctivity are crucial elements for the success and sustainability of organizations amidst intense business competition and dynamic changes in the work environment, including adaptation to work models such as Work From Home (WFH). This article uses a qualitative literature study method on articles/journals covering various key variables such as organizational/work culture, work environment, compensation, motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, workload, work discipline, work stress, and work-life balance. The results of the analysis indicate a complex and interrelated relationship between these variables. It is consistently found that a positive organizational culture, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and organizational commitment have a significant influence on improving performance and productivity. A conducive work environment and job satisfaction often act as important mediators in this relationship. However, the influence of variables such as compensation, workload, and work discipline show varying results depending on the organizational context and individual characteristics. This study underlines the importance of a holistic and integrated human resource management approach to optimize employee performance and productivity. Practical implications and suggestions for further research are also discussed.
