In the context of UD.Wendy Jaya which still uses manual methods for selecting superior cement, this is considered less effective and ineffcient, resulting in cement selection that does not meet the criteria and lacks accuracy. This research employs a quantitative method with the aim of determining decisions for selecting superior cemen and designing a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method based on predetermined criteria. The implementation result show that the decision support system for determining superior cement provides convenience and speed in selecting superior cement at UD Wendy Jaya according to the expected criteria. The results of calculations using the simple additive weighting (SAW) method rank each alternative, with the most superior alternative being three-wheel cement, considering several criteria such as price, compressive, strength, fineness, water capacity and setting time.

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (Decision Support System/DSS) merupakan sistem berbasis model dengan prosedur pemrosesan data dan pertimbangan untuk membantu manajer dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dalam konteks Toko UD. Wendy Jaya, yang masih menggunakan cara manual untuk pemilihan semen unggul, hal ini dianggap kurang efektif dan tidak efisien, mengakibatkan pemilihan semen tidak sesuai kriteria dan tidak akurat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui keputusan pemilihan semen unggul dan merancang sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan Menentukan Semen Unggul memberikan kemudahan dan kecepatan dalam pemilihan semen unggul pada Toko UD. Wendy Jaya sesuai dengan kriteria yang diharapkan. Hasil dari perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) adalah perangkingan setiap alternatif yaitu diperoleh alternatif yang paling unggul adalah semen tiga roda ditinjau dari beberapa kriteria harga, kuat tekanan, kehalusan, kapasitas air dan waktu mengeras.

faced such as subjectivity assessment resulting in diverse mindsets. SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran which is located at Jalan Madong Lubis, Selawan, East Kisaran District, Asahan Regency. The process of determining the overall champion students still relies on conventional assessments by manual means so that it requires a long assessment time, assessment is also subjective, this tends to limit recognition of diverse student potential. The purpose of this study is to design a decision support system application in determining the overall champion students at SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran with specified criteria. The SAW method is used as a weighted summation method of the performance of each alternative across all attributes. The best alternative decision result as the General Champion Student of class IX in the Odd Semester of 2023/2024 at SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran is Naurah Ghaisani Lubis with a score of 0.906. Based on these results, it can help SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran in determining the overall champion students and become a reference in decision making.

Abstrak: Sekolah menjadi institusi pendidikan dalam mendukung proses belajar mengajar untuk meningkatkan potensi siswa. Dalam dunia pendidikan menentukan siswa terbaik masih menjadi kendala yang sering dihadapi seperti penilaian secara subjektivitas mengakibatkan pola pikir yang beragam. SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran yang beralamatkan di Jalan Madong Lubis, Selawan, Kecamatan Kisaran Timur, Kabupaten Asahan. Proses penentuan siswa juara umum masih mengandalkan penilaian konvensional dengan cara manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu penilaian yang cukup lama, penilaian juga bersifat subjektif, hal ini cenderung membatasi pengakuan atas potensi siswa yang beragam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merancang aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan siswa juara umum di SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran dengan kriteria yang ditentukan. Metode SAW digunakan sebagai metode penjumlahan terbobot dari kinerja setiap alternatif di semua atribut. Hasil keputusan alternatif terbaik sebagai Siswa Juara Umum kelas IX pada Semester Ganjil Tahun 2023/2024 di SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran adalah Naurah Ghaisani Lubis dengan nilai 0.906. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat membantu pihak SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran dalam menentukan siswa juara umum dan menjadi acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan.

A problem that often occurs for prospective buyers is the difficulty in determination which used motorbike is superior from several choices based on predetermined criteria. This results in potential buyers feeling confused in making their choice. The difficulty in determining used motorbikes is the reason this research was conducted. In this case, the decision support system will be used as a tool in providing superior used motorbike choices for potential buyers. The method offered in this research is to use a combination of the CoCoSo and SAW algorithms. The criteria for determination a used motorbike consist of 8 criteria namely mileage, price, brand, accessories, tire condition, body condition, engine condition and completeness of documents. In the results of this decision support system research, ranking results using a combination of CoCoSo and SAW methods show that the red Suzuki F1 alternative (A39) is ranked with the highest score.

Abstrak: Sepeda motor bekas merupakan kendaraan bermotor yang digunakan oleh sebagian banyak masyarakat dalam berbagai kalangan. Bagi seseorang calon pembeli sepeda motor bekas, sebelum datang ke tempat pembelian mereka memiliki beberapa ketentuan pilihan yang berdasarkan pada beberapa kriteria yang telah ditentukan sesuai dengan sepeda motor bekas yang ingin dibeli. Permasalahan yang sering kali terjadi bagi calon pembeli ialah kesulitan dalam menentukan sepeda motor bekas mana yang unggul dari beberapa alternatif pilihan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Hal ini mengakibatkan, calon pembeli merasa kebingungan dalam menentukan pilihannya. Kesulitan dalam penentuan sepeda motor bekas tersebut menjadi alasan penelitian ini dilakukan. Dalam hal ini sistem pendukung keputusan akan digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam memberikan pilihan sepeda motor bekas yang unggul bagi calon pembeli. Metode yang ditawarkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan kombinasi algoritma CoCoSo dan SAW. Kriteria-kriteria dalam penentuan sepeda motor bekas terdiri dari 8 kriteria yaitu jarak tempuh, harga, merek, aksesoris, kondisi ban, kondisi body, kondisi mesin dan kelengkapan surat. Dalam hasil penelitian sistem pendukung keputusan ini, memberikan hasil perangkingan dengan kombinasi metode CoCoSo dan SAW menunjukkan bahwa alternatif Suzuki F1 merah (A39) adalah peringkat dengan nilai tertinggi.

There needs to be a selection in determining the eligibility of RASKIN for the right people and avoiding mistakes. The selection process can be completed using the application of computer science. Based on this, a decision support system is needed that can be used by the Sei Silau Timur village head's office staff in distributing RASKIN rice, which later this application can help and benefit the village community. This research uses the AHP method, which is carried out by comparing a matrix of several criteria and alternatives. The final assessment result is implementing the AHP method, where criterion 4, namely Total Income, is selected, with Alternative 1 named Selamet.

Abstrak : Sebagian dari masyarakat di Desa Sei Silau Timur di kecamatan Buntu Pane, Kisaran mempunyai penghasilan yang rendah. Dengan adanya kebijakan pemerintah dalam program penanggulangan pangan yang bekerja sama dengan pihak Bulog untuk meringankan beban masyarakat dengan menyalurkan raskin ke desa-desa yang masyarakatnya berpenghasilan yang rendah. Dan tidak semua masyarakat mendapatkan kesempatan penerimaan RASKIN karena kuotanya terbatas. Perlu dilakukan dengan seleksi dalam penentuan pemberian kelayakan RASKIN kepada orang-orang yang tepat dan menghindari kekeliruan. Proses seleksi tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan penerapan secara ilmu komputer. Bedasarkan hal tersebut maka diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat dipergunakan oleh petugas kantor Kepala Desa Sei Silau Timur dalam proses pembagian beras RASKIN, yang nantinya aplikasi ini dapat membantu dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat desa tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode AHP, dimana metode yang dilakukan dengan membandingkan matriks sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif. Hasil penilaian akhir yang terpilih merupakan implementasi dari metode AHP, dimana yang terpilih adalah kriteria 4 yaitu Jumlah Penghasilan dengan alternatif 1 bernama Selamet.

The decision support system is able to provide alternative decision options that can be chosen by decision makers in Toko Anda v7 in determining suppliers of educational teaching aids. The method used in the decision selection process in this decision support system is Weighted Product (WP). Calculations using the Weighted Product (WP) method are able to provide decisions with fast and efficient calculations. The results of designing this decision support system are able to provide a ranking of alternative suppliers based on predetermined criteria.

The process of evaluating project-based learning on project teams in the performance assessment of each team to rank the order of best performance of all teams is still assessed based on subjective assessments. To overcome these problems, in this study the performance measurement of the project-based learning team by applying the VIKOR method and Rank Order Centroid in conducting assessments with test samples, namely in the Introduction to Database course. The test results obtained based on the calculation of VIKOR and Rank Order Centroid, namely PBL-TRPL01 Team 1 as the best alternative by obtaining based on variations of testing the VIKOR index value with values v=0.4, v=0.5, and v=0.6. Thus, it can be seen that the VIKOR and Rank Order Centroid methods can be applied to the calculation process of measuring team performance in project-based learning.

Abstrak: Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek merupakan jenis pembelajaran yang cukup banyak direkomendasikan di masa kini khususnya pada institusi berjenis vokasional. Pembelajaran tersebut efektif dalam tujuan melibatkan para peserta didik dengan konten pembelajaran secara langsung. Proses evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek pada tim proyek dalam penilaian performa dari masing-masing tim untuk memeringkatkan urutan performa terbaik dari seluruh tim masih dinilai berdasarkan penilaian secara subyektif. Untuk mengatasi persoalan tersebut, pada penelitian ini pengukuran performa tim project-based learning dengan menerapkan metode VIKOR dan Rank Order Centroid dalam melakukan penilaian dengan sampel pengujian yaitu pada mata kuliah Pengantar Basis Data. Hasil pengujian yang diperoleh berdasarkan perhitungan VIKOR dan Rank Order Centroid yaitu bahwa alternatif PBL-TRPL01 Tim 1 sebagai alternatif terbaik dengan peroleh berdasarkan variasi pengujian nilai indeks VIKOR. Maka dengan demikian, dapat diketahui bahwa metode VIKOR dan Rank Order Centroid dapat diterapkan pada proses perhitungan pengukuran performa tim pada pembelajaran berbasis proyek.

One of them is the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method, which is a support system method that has been widely used to provide accurate and efficient results. This study aims to build a decision support system for choosing healthy toddlers and elderly at the Petatal Health Center, Talawi District, Asahan Regency. So far, the process of selecting healthy toddlers and elderly is done conventionally, without the help of applications or computer programs. So the time needed is longer and the results are also less objective. The calculation process uses the MAUT method with an alternative of 13 toddlers and 15 elderly. The criteria used are body weight, nutritional status, potassium content, protein content, and carbohydrate content. Assessment weight 1-5. The results are 3 Toddlers with the highest total score Laila (17) Putri Sundar (14.25) and Tiara with a score of 12.25. The three people with the highest scores for healthy elderly are Rini Dewi with a score of 17, Joni with a score of 14.25, and Bejo Asmo with a value of 12.25.

Abstrak: Perkembangan Teknologi informasi saat ini telah berdampak pada semua bidang, termasuk bidang kesehatan. Banyak kegiatan yang awalnya dilakukan secara konvensional atau manual kini dapat dilakukan dengan bantuan teknologi. Komputer yang tadinya hanya digunakan untuk mengolah data kini menyediakan banyak layanan, aplikasi dan program yang dapat membantu mempermudah kegiatan manusia. Salah satunya adalah metode Multi Atribute Utility Theory (MAUT) yang merupakan salah satu metode sistem pendukung yang telah banyak digunakan untuk memberikan hasil yang akurat dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan Balita dan Lansia Sehat di Puskesmas Petatal Kecamatan Talawi Kabupaten Asahan, selama ini proses pemilihan balita dan lansia sehat dilakukan secara konvensional, tanpa menggunakan bantuan aplikasi atau program computer. Sehingga waktu yang dibutuhkan lebih lama serta hasilnya juga kurang objektif. Proses perhitungan menggunakan Metode MAUT dengan alternative 13 Balita dan 15 lansia .Kriteria yang digunakan Berat Badan, Status Gizi, Kandungan Kalium, Kandungan protein dan kandungan karbohidrat. Bobot penilaian 1-5. Hasil adalah 3 Balita dengan total nilai tertinggi Laila (17) Putri Sundar (14,25) dan Tiara dengan nilai 12,25. nerally carried out in the family sphere and is driven by women. Home industries need to receive support from the provincial government to survive and increase the scale of production. To make support for home industries more targeted, this research summarizes several criteria related to the conditions of home industries and the businesses they run. In Bangka Belitung Province there are several types of businesses that are run on a home industry scale. Based on the condition of the home industry which has multiple criteria and multiple alternatives, this research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method and Expert Choice software as data processing aids. The results of data processing show that industrial business is the highest alternative with a weight of 24.7% and the highest criterion is strategy at 23.7%. These results indicate that the largest portion of home industry business actors is engaged in the industrial sector and to encourage the progress of the home industry the most important factor is strategy, namely understanding the type of business they are involved in, labor-intensive industries, paying attention to production factors, electricity capacity, and business operations. While the next stage is to design a user interface for a web-based system as a means of collecting home industry data.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Bangka Belitung secara khusus melihat kriteria apa saja yang dapat mendukung dan menghambat perkembangan industri rumah tangga. Industri rumah tangga merupakan industri kecil yang umumnya dilakukan dalam lingkup keluarga dan digerakkan oleh perempuan. Industri rumah tangga perlu mendapat dukungan dari pemerintah provinsi agar bisa bertahan dan meningkatkan skala produksinya. Agar dukungan industri rumah tangga lebih tepat sasaran, penelitian ini merangkum beberapa kriteria terkait kondisi industri rumah tangga dan usaha yang dijalankannya. Di Provinsi Bangka Belitung terdapat beberapa jenis usaha yang dijalankan dalam skala industri rumah tangga. Berdasarkan kondisi industri rumah tangga yang memiliki banyak kriteria dan banyak alternatif, maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process dan software Expert Choice sebagai alat bantu pengolahan data. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa bisnis industri merupakan alternatif tertinggi dengan bobot 24,7% dan kriteria tertinggi adalah strategi 23,7%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa porsi terbesar pelaku usaha industri rumah tangga bergerak di sektor industri dan untuk mendorong kemajuan industri rumah tangga faktor yang paling penting adalah strategi yaitu memahami jenis usaha yang digeluti, industri padat karya, pembayaran, memperhatikan faktor produksi, kapasitas listrik, dan operasional usaha. Sedangkan tahap selanjutnya adalah merancang antarmuka untuk sistem berbasis web sebagai sarana pendataan industri rumahan.
