Flutter, serving as an SDK for mobile app development, brings superior capabilities in cross-platform application development. The development of a mobile application for Fruit Garden Tourism Information System in Sidoarjo using Flutter aims to facilitate the search for fruit garden tourism spots based on user preferences and provide detailed information about those locations. The objective is to assist the community in discovering and enjoying fruit garden tourism in Sidoarjo. In the testing process, the black-box method is utilized to identify system weaknesses, validate the congruence of executed data with inputs, and prevent potential deficiencies and errors in the application before user deployment. In the testing process, the application has successfully passed tests for its interface and all provided features with success.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggambarkan pentingnya teknologi informasi dalam menghasilkan informasi yang relevan, akurat, dan waktu tepat sebagai dasar pengetahuan strategis untuk pengambilan keputusan. Aplikasi, sebagai perangkat lunak, memiliki peran vital dalam menyajikan informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, berlandaskan pada data masukan yang diberikan. Flutter, sebagai SDK untuk pembuatan aplikasi mobile, menghadirkan kemampuan unggul dalam pengembangan aplikasi lintas platform. Pengembangan aplikasi mobile untuk Sistem Informasi Wisata Kebun Buah di Sidoarjo menggunakan Flutter bertujuan memudahkan pencarian tempat wisata kebun buah sesuai preferensi pengguna dan menyediakan informasi yang terperinci tentang lokasi tersebut. Tujuannya adalah memfasilitasi masyarakat dalam menemukan dan menikmati wisata kebun buah di Sidoarjo. Dalam proses pengujian, metode black box digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kelemahan sistem, memvalidasi kesesuaian data yang dieksekusi dengan yang dimasukkan, serta mencegah potensi kekurangan dan kesalahan dalam aplikasi sebelum digunakan oleh pengguna. Pada proses pengujian, aplikasi telah berhasil melewati pengujian untuk aspek tampilan dan seluruh fitur yang disediakan dengan sukses.

There needs to be a selection in determining the eligibility of RASKIN for the right people and avoiding mistakes. The selection process can be completed using the application of computer science. Based on this, a decision support system is needed that can be used by the Sei Silau Timur village head's office staff in distributing RASKIN rice, which later this application can help and benefit the village community. This research uses the AHP method, which is carried out by comparing a matrix of several criteria and alternatives. The final assessment result is implementing the AHP method, where criterion 4, namely Total Income, is selected, with Alternative 1 named Selamet.

Abstrak : Sebagian dari masyarakat di Desa Sei Silau Timur di kecamatan Buntu Pane, Kisaran mempunyai penghasilan yang rendah. Dengan adanya kebijakan pemerintah dalam program penanggulangan pangan yang bekerja sama dengan pihak Bulog untuk meringankan beban masyarakat dengan menyalurkan raskin ke desa-desa yang masyarakatnya berpenghasilan yang rendah. Dan tidak semua masyarakat mendapatkan kesempatan penerimaan RASKIN karena kuotanya terbatas. Perlu dilakukan dengan seleksi dalam penentuan pemberian kelayakan RASKIN kepada orang-orang yang tepat dan menghindari kekeliruan. Proses seleksi tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan penerapan secara ilmu komputer. Bedasarkan hal tersebut maka diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat dipergunakan oleh petugas kantor Kepala Desa Sei Silau Timur dalam proses pembagian beras RASKIN, yang nantinya aplikasi ini dapat membantu dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat desa tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode AHP, dimana metode yang dilakukan dengan membandingkan matriks sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif. Hasil penilaian akhir yang terpilih merupakan implementasi dari metode AHP, dimana yang terpilih adalah kriteria 4 yaitu Jumlah Penghasilan dengan alternatif 1 bernama Selamet.

Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the supply chain at the SACIKA Cooperative in order to improve efficiency and suitability in the procurement of alma mater suits. This study aims to assess the performance of the alma mater suit supply chain at the SACIKA Cooperative using the SCOR Matrix. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, with data collection conducted through interviews and observations. Supply chain performance measurement is carried out using four attributes and matrices, namely Reliability with Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF), Responsiveness with Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (OFCT) Matrix, Agility with Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and Assets with Cash-to-Cash Cycle Time (CTCCT) Matrix. The results showed the performance value of each matrix, namely POF of 96.47%, OFCT 1 day, COGS 92.94%, and CTCCT 8 days.

Saat ini, proses pengadaan dan pemesanan jas almamater dihadapi beberapa kendala, yang mengakibatkan mahasiswa sebagai pelanggan merasa dirugikan selama proses pemesanan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja rantai pasok di Koperasi SACIKA guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan kesesuaian dalam pengadaan jas almamater. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja rantai pasok jas almamater di Koperasi SACIKA menggunakan Matriks SCOR. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok dilakukan dengan menggunakan empat atribut dan matriks, yaitu Reliability with Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF), Responsiveness with Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (OFCT) Matrix, Agility with Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), dan Assets with Cash-to-Cash Cycle Time (CTCCT) Matrix. The process of evaluating project-based learning on project teams in the performance assessment of each team to rank the order of best performance of all teams is still assessed based on subjective assessments. To overcome these problems, in this study the performance measurement of the project-based learning team by applying the VIKOR method and Rank Order Centroid in conducting assessments with test samples, namely in the Introduction to Database course. The test results obtained based on the calculation of VIKOR and Rank Order Centroid, namely PBL-TRPL01 Team 1 as the best alternative by obtaining based on variations of testing the VIKOR index value with values v=0.4, v=0.5, and v=0.6. Thus, it can be seen that the VIKOR and Rank Order Centroid methods can be applied to the calculation process of measuring team performance in project-based learning.

Abstrak: Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek merupakan jenis pembelajaran yang cukup banyak direkomendasikan di masa kini khususnya pada institusi berjenis vokasional. Pembelajaran tersebut efektif dalam tujuan melibatkan para peserta didik dengan konten pembelajaran secara langsung. Proses evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek pada tim proyek dalam penilaian performa dari masing-masing tim untuk memeringkatkan urutan performa terbaik dari seluruh tim masih dinilai berdasarkan penilaian secara subyektif. Untuk mengatasi persoalan tersebut, pada penelitian ini pengukuran performa tim project-based learning dengan menerapkan metode VIKOR dan Rank Order Centroid dalam melakukan penilaian dengan sampel pengujian yaitu pada mata kuliah Pengantar Basis Data. Hasil pengujian yang diperoleh berdasarkan perhitungan VIKOR dan Rank Order Centroid yaitu bahwa alternatif PBL-TRPL01 Tim 1 sebagai alternatif terbaik dengan peroleh berdasarkan variasi pengujian nilai indeks VIKOR. Maka dengan demikian, dapat diketahui bahwa metode VIKOR dan Rank Order Centroid dapat diterapkan pada proses perhitungan pengukuran performa tim pada pembelajaran berbasis proyek.

Metode yang digunaakan dalam pembuatan landing page dan website adalah metode waterall, dengan cara pengumpulan data, analisis data, pembuatan desain dari data yang dianalisis, pembuatan program, dan pengujian terhadap landing page dan website. Pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML dan PHP dengan framework Laravel yang mudah diterapkan saat ini dan jangka panjang. Dengan dibuatnya landing page dan website Dechefdefinzs diharapkan dapat memperluas dan menyebarkan produk-produknya secara luas di masyarakat, seperti kue tradisional, kue loyang, roti, menu nasi dan kue kering. Jamkrida Bangka which issues a surety bond certificate as an additional agreement to the main agreement between the project owner and the contractor. The system for submitting surety bond guarantee certificates at PT Jamkrida Bangka is still done manually starting from applying, completing the supporting document requirements, checking the suitability of the applicant's supporting documents, paying the guarantee fee, and printing the surety bond certificate as proof of guarantee. The system currently running will be developed into a web-based system to increase the speed of the administrative service process when applicants submit applications for surety bonds. The web-based system was developed using the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design method and Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool to develop in line with user needs. Di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, salah satu Perusahaan penjamin adalah PT. Jamkrida Bangka yang mengeluarkan sertifikat surety bond sebagai perjanjian tambahan dari perjanjian pokok antara pemilik proyek dengan kontraktor. Sistem pengajuan sertifikat jaminan surety bond di PT Jamkrida Bangka masih dilakukan secara manual mulai dari mengajukan permohonan, melengkapi persyaratan dokumen pendukung, memeriksa kesesuaian dokumen pendukung pemohon, pembayaran biaya jaminan, dan pencetakan sertifikat surety bond sebagai bukti jaminan. Sistem yang saat ini berjalan akan dikembangkan menjadi sistem berbasis web untuk meningkatkan kecepatan proses layanan administrasi saat pemohon mengajukan permohonan jaminan surety bond. Sistem berbasis web dikembangkan dengan metode Object-Oriented Analysis and Design dan Unified Modelling Language (UML) sebagai alat bantu, agar sistem dapat berkembang selaras dengan kebutuhan pengguna. This will help identify user needs, collect feedback and ensure that the resulting Smart School application meets the expectations and needs of all stakeholders. The Smart School application has many features, such as student data management, lesson schedules, homework and test management, communication between teachers, students and parents, and tracking student learning progress. This application is designed with a web interface like computers, tablets and smartphones. The resulting Smart School application using the Prototype approach will be better able to meet changing user needs and help improve the quality of education in schools. Apart from that, web technology will make it easier to access and use applications by all stakeholders in the world of education.

Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi informasi sudah meninggalkan efek yang substansial terhadap dunia pendidikan. Salah satu dampak tersebut adalah munculnya konsep sekolah cerdas. Aplikasi Smart School merupakan solusi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan prosedur pendidikan di sekolah. Riset ini bermaksud untuk merancang aplikasi Smart School dengan menggunakan metode Prototype berbasis Web. Metode Prototipe memungkinkan pengembang merancang dan mengembangkan prototipe aplikasi yang dapat diuji oleh pengguna (guru, siswa, dan orang tua) sebelum menerapkan aplikasi sebenarnya. Hal ini akan membantu mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, mengumpulkan umpan balik dan memastikan bahwa aplikasi Smart School yang dihasilkan memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Aplikasi Smart School dirancang dengan banyak fitur yang beragam seperti pengelolaan data siswa, jadwal pelajaran, pengelolaan pekerjaan rumah dan ulangan, komunikasi antara guru, siswa dan orangtua, serta pelacakan kemajuan perkembangan pembelajaran siswa. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan antarmuka web seperti komputer, tablet, dan smartphone. The purpose of this study was to design an infusion control device by detecting the volume of infusion water based on the weight of the infusion using a Wireless Sensor Network. The Wireless Sensor Network used by the load cell sensor functions to detect the weight value of the infusion water in the infusion bag. The buzzer becomes an indicator indicating that the infusion bag is ready to be replaced and also through the Stuffing Machine the Internet of Things will inform the nurse via the Telegram application to inform that the infusion bag is worth replacing. Id to meet community's needs for high-quality construction materials and services, also aims to enhance company's product sales and brand recognition. A system with quality provides ease of use in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Build Id merchant for architects website requires user-friendly design recommendations to increase the user experience when it gets distributed to the market. To achieve this goal, Task-Centered System Design (TCSD) method is being used to focused the design process. TCSD is a method in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) used to identify task and user requirements. The method consists of 4 stages, namely, identification, user-centered requirements analysis, design through scenarios, and walkthrough evaluation. In this study, identification was carried out by conducting system observations and interviews with Build Id team at Digital Marketing Unit of PT Semen Baturaja Tbk and architect as the prospective system users. The interface design results were evaluated using System Usability Scale (SUS) and received final score of 69.615, indicating that the interface design made using TCSD method is feasible for users to use.

TCSD adalah metode dalam Human Computer Interaction (HCI) yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan task dan pengguna. The purpose of this study is to build a forecasting system using the double exponential smoothing method to predict sales of sponge cake at Zahra's shop for the next period based on the data obtained. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The results in the calculation of sponge cake sales forecasting using the Double Exponential Smoothing method using alpha 0.5, the number of sponge cake sales for July 2023 on Banana Cake is 430 boxes, with a forecasting error rate of 2.75%, on Chiffon Mocca Sponge cake is 330 boxes, with a forecasting error rate of 2.75%. forecasting error of 4.50%, on Pandan Cake as many as 92 Boxes, with a forecasting error rate of 7.21%, on Ordinary Roll Cake as many as 77 Boxes, with a forecasting error rate of 4.78, So the error rate on Banana Cake, Bolu Chiffon Mocca, Pandan Cake, and Ordinary Roll Cake are in the very good category because they have an error value of less than 10%.

Masalah tersebut berdampak pada pengendalian persedian produksi kue bolu yang tidak dapat diprediksi dengan baik oleh toko zahra. .Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem peramalan dengan metode double exponential smoothing untuk meramalkan penjualan bolu pada Toko Zahra untuk periode berikutnya berdasarkan data yang diperoleh. Hasil dalam perhitungan peramalan penjualan kue bolu dengan metode Double Exponential Smoothing menggunakan alpha 0.5 jumlah penjualan kue bolu untuk bulan Juli 2023 pada Bolu Pisang sebanyak 430 Kotak, dengan tingkat kesalahan peramalan sebesar 2,75%, Pada Bolu Chiffon Mocca sebanyak 330 Kotak, dengan tingkat kesalahan peramalan sebesar 4,50%, pada Bolu Pandan sebanyak 92 Kotak, dengan tingkat kesalahan peramalan sebesar 7,21%, pada Bolu Gulung Biasa sebanyak 77 Kotak, dengan tingkat kesalahan peramalan sebesar 4,78, Sehingga tingkat kesalahan pada Bolu Pisang, Bolu Chiffon Mocca,Bolu Pandan, dan Bolu Gulung biasa tergolong kategori sangat baik karena memiliki nilai kesalahan kurang dari 10%.
