ANALYSIS OF THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE SINAGA ATTENDANCE APPLICATION AT SMA NEGERI 1 JATILAWANG USING THE TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM)

Abstract: This study analyzes the acceptance of teachers and ASN employees of the SINAGA (Sistem Informasi Layanan Kepegawaian) attendance application at SMA Negeri 1 Jatilawang using a modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).… The model was extended by incorporating two external variables: Information Quality and Complexity. This explanatory quantitative research employed the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method involving 60 respondents who are civil servants, consisting of teachers and administrative staff. The results reveal that Information Quality has a positive and significant influence on both Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), while Complexity does not show a significant effect on either variable. Furthermore, PEOU and PU have a positive impact on Attitude Toward Use (ATU), which subsequently affects Behavioral Intention to Use (BIU). Behavioral intention, in turn, strongly influences Actual Use (AU). These findings indicate that teachers’ acceptance of the SINAGA digital attendance system in educational settings is primarily driven by information quality and users’ positive attitudes rather than by system complexity. Theoretically, this study contributes to the expansion of TAM application in the educational context. Practically, it provides valuable insights for improving the effectiveness of SINAGA implementation through better information quality and enhanced user experience.         

DEVELOPMENT INTEGRATIVE MODEL FOR ACADEMIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS USING UTAUT, DELONE&MCLEAN, AND TTF

Abstract: Abstract: The Academic Information System (SIAKAD) plays an important role in supporting the management of academic administration in higher education institutions, particularly for students. ABC University has implemented… ed SIAKAD since 2018 to facilitate administrative ativities in line with its motto of a high technology campus. This study aims to measure the sucess of SIAKAD usage from the aspects of acceptance, satisfaction, suitability, and perceived benefits. The integration of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), DeLone & McLean, and Task Technology Fit (TTF) models was carried out to obain a more comprehensive overview in assessing the success of SIAKAD. UTAUT explains the factors influencing the intention to use, DeLone & McLean emphasizes the relationship between system quality and both user satisfaction and net benefits, while TTF evaluates the fit between technology and user tasks. By combining these three models, the study addresses the limitations of each model and produces a more holistic approach in measuring acceptance, success, and the appropriateness of system use. MAMDANI FUZZY LOGIC ANALYSIS FOR ANIMAL MEDICINE STOCK OPTIMIZATION

Abstract: Abstract: The management of veterinary drug stocks at the Veterinary Clinic Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of the North Sumatra Province Plantation and Livestock Service faces obstacles in the form of discrepancies… between supply and demand, resulting in excess stock and budget waste. Uncertain demand for drugs is a factor that complicates decision-making in stock provision. This study aims to optimize drug stock management using the Mamdani fuzzy logic method, which is capable of handling data uncertainty and modeling information linguistically. Three input variables are used, namely initial stock, demand, and number of visits, with the output being the final stock. The process involves fuzzification, inference based on IF–THEN rules, and defuzzification using the centroid method. The results show that the developed system has a good accuracy level with a MAPE value of 17.52%, which means that this model is effective in providing optimal and efficient drug stock recommendations in a veterinary clinic environment.   Keywords: fuzzy mamdani; optimization; animal drug stock.

Abstract: Abstract: Teacher performance appraisal is a very important aspect in improving the quality of education today, but often occurs during the assessment process of subjectivity constraints and lack of a structured system,… in this study aims to build a data structure modeling and facilitate the school MAS Islamiyah Hessa Air Genting in the assessment to determine the best teacher transparently and measurably by using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) algorithm. The TOPSIS method was chosen because it is able to provide ranking results based on the closeness of alternatives to the ideal solution. In this modeling, assessment criteria data such as pedagogical, professional, personality, social competencies, as well as other indicators such as teacher discipline and achievement are modeled structurally in a relational database. The results show that the designed data structure is able to support the decision-making process efficiently and objectively. Keywords: data structure; decision support system; teacher assessment; topsis; ranking.   Abstrak: Penilaian kinerja guru merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan saat ini, namun sering terjadi saat proses penilaian kendala subjektivitas dan kurangnya sistem yang terstruktur, dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun pemodelan struktur data serta mempermudah pihak sekolah MAS Islamiyah Hessa Air Genting dalam penilaian untuk menentukan guru terbaik secara transparan dan terukur dengan menggunakan algoritma Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Metode TOPSIS dipilih karena mampu memberikan hasil perankingan berdasarkan kedekatan alternatif terhadap solusi ideal. Dalam pemodelan ini, data kriteria penilaian seperti kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, kepribadian, sosial, serta indikator lain seperti kedisiplinan dan prestasi guru dimodelkan secara terstruktur dalam basis data relasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur data yang dirancang mampu mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan secara efisien dan objektif. MODELING CLOTHING ORDER SIZE GROUPING AT RIZKY CONVECTION USING THE K-MEANS METHOD

Abstract: Abstract: Rizky Convection Business is a sportswear production company based on Jalan Elang Lestari Kisaran. Every day they receive orders from schools and agencies that need sportswear. However, Rizky Convection often faces… aces challenges, especially in managing raw material inventory, allocating production time and processing orders that come in large quantities. For this reason, order data needs to be grouped to make it easier for employees to work on it. The data that will be processed in this study is order data from 2022-2024. One way to do this is to apply data mining techniques, one of which is the K-Means Clustering method. The purpose of this study is to model the use of K-Means Clustering to improve production management and procurement of raw materials for fabrics at Rizky Convection. K-Means Clustering is the grouping of a number of data into clusters (groups) so that each cluster will contain data that is as similar as possible. The results of K-Means Clustering grouping with 3 clusters, namely cluster 1, the large order group has 25 order data, cluster 2, the small order group has 361 order data and cluster 3, the medium order group has 100 order data. Keywords: data mining; order data; K-Means; sportswear manufacturing.   Abstrak: Usaha Konveksi Rizky merupakan perusahaan produksi pakaian olahraga yang berpusat di Jalan Elang Lestari Kisaran. Setiap hari mereka menerima pesanan dari sekolah dan instansi yang membutuhkan pakaian olahraga. Namun Konveksi Rizky sering menghadapi tantangan terutama dalam pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku kain, pengalokasian waktu produksi dan pemrosesan pesanan yang datang dalam jumlah banyak. Untuk itu, data pesanan perlu dikelompokkan untuk mempermudah karyawan dalam mengerjakannya. Data yang akan diproses pada penelitian ini adalah data pesanan dari tahun 2022-2024. Salah satu cara untuk hal tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan teknik data mining, salah satunya metode K-Means Clustering. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memodelkan penggunaan K-Means Clustering untuk meningkatkan manajemen produksi dan pengadaan bahan baku kain di Rizky Konveksi. K-Means Clustering adalah pengelompokan sejumlah data ke dalam cluster (group) sehingga setiap dalam cluster tersebut akan berisi data yang semirip mungkin. Hasil pengelompokkan K-Means Clustering dengan 3 cluster yaitu cluster 1 kelompok pesanan banyak memiliki 25 data pesanan, cluster 2 kelompok pesanan sedikit memiliki 361 data pesanan dan cluster 3 kelompok pesanan sedang memiliki 100 data pesanan. INTEGRATION IOT AND BIM FOR TECHNOLOGY AND IOT ENVIRONMENT

The integration of BIM and IoT enables a smarter and more efficient building management system by utilizing IoT data to monitor real-time building conditions and improve maintenance and operational processes. This research seeks to identify challenges and solutions for technology integration in increasingly complex IoT environments, while also offering guidance for practical implementation in the urban and building sectors. In this research, we use a literature analysis approach, the main process is to identify relevant sources, including articles, journals, conferences, books, and industry reports published in the last five years. The results of this study are an implication that the application of IoT device integration with BIM can help improve operational and maintenance efficiency, optimize construction management, improve safety and mitigate risks in a company. Integrasi antara BIM dan IoT memungkinkan sistem manajemen bangunan yang lebih cerdas dan efisien dengan memanfaatkan data IoT untuk memantau kondisi real-time bangunan serta memperbaiki proses pemeliharaan dan operasional. Penelitian ini berupaya mengidentifikasi tantangan dan solusi integrasi teknologi dalam lingkungan IoT yang semakin kompleks, sekaligus menawarkan panduan untuk penerapan praktis di sektor perkotaan dan bangunan. Pada penelitian ini kami menggunakan metode pendekatan analisis literatur, proses utamanya adalah dengan mengidentifikasi sumber sumber relevan, meliputi artikel, jurnal, konferensi, buku, dan laporan industri yang dipublikasikan dalam lima tahun terakhir. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu didapatkan sebuah implikasi bahwa penerapan pengintegrasian perangkat IoT denan BIM dapat membantu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan pemeliharaan, optimasi manajemen kontruksi, peningkatan keselamatan dan mitigasi resiko pada sebuah perusahaan.   Kata kunci: building informations modelling(BIM); environment; internet of things(IoT)

TOWARDS SPATIAL INFORMATION SYSTEM ADOPTION USING EXTENDED TAM AND IS SUCCESS MODEL

Abstract: Abstract: By leveraging digital technology, Laporkitong enhances transparency and accountability, as well as facilitates public participation in the oversight and enforcement processes related to land use and natural resource… ource management. The Laporkitong website functions as an online reporting application aimed at documenting instances of spatial planning violations in the West Papua Province. The lack of public knowledge about the Laporkitong application has led to numerous issues. Therefore, an analysis of the adoption of the Laporkitong application is necessary. This study aims to investigate the influence of Perceived Quality, Perceived Control, and Perceived Ease of Use factors as determinants of the residents' willingness to use the Laporkitong application, employing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and DeLone and McLean IS Success (IS D&M) theories. As many as 160 valid respondents are gathered based purposive sampling technique and evaluated using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results inform that all seven hypotheses are accepted with the R-square of the intention to use is 0.273 indicationg 27.3% variance of the model can determine the outcome. Further discussion and conclusion regarding the implication of theoretical and practical contribution are also discussed.             Keywords: laporkitong; perceived control; perceived ease of use; perceived quality; technology acceptance model   Abstrak: Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital, Laporkitong meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas, serta memfasilitasi partisipasi publik dalam proses pengawasan dan penegakan terkait penggunaan lahan dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam. Website Laporkitong berfungsi sebagai aplikasi pelaporan online yang bertujuan untuk mendokumentasikan pelanggaran perencanaan tata ruang di Provinsi Papua Barat. Minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap aplikasi Laporkitong menyebabkan banyak permasalahan. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan analisis mengenai adopsi pada aplikasi Laporkitong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh faktor Kualitas yang Dirasakan, Kendali yang Dirasakan, dan Kemudahan Penggunaan yang Dirasakan sebagai penentu keinginan penduduk untuk menggunakan aplikasi Laporkitong, dengan menggunakan Model Penerimaan Teknologi (TAM) dan teori Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi (IS D&M) DeLone dan McLean. Sebanyak 160 responden valid dikumpulkan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling dan dievaluasi menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa semua tujuh hipotesis diterima dengan R-square niat untuk menggunakan adalah 0,273, menunjukkan bahwa 27,3% variasi model dapat menentukan hasilnya. GROUPING STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT DATA IN A DECISION MAKING SYSTEM USING THE WEIGHT PRODUCT METHOD

There are various approaches available for producing decision support systems, one of which is the Weighted Product (WP) Method. With the Weighted Product (WP) approach, attribute ratings are connected by multiplication; however, each attribute's rating must first be increased to the power of the attribute's weight. The normalizing process is same to this one. SPK procedure to choose the winners of the scholarships. Scholarship information from MTS Swasta Alwasliyah Simpang Merbau can be saved in the Decision Support System using this method. This way, in the event that an error arises when entering grades or scholarship information, the wrong information can be fixed without requiring the scholarship information to be re-input. Scholarships are presents to individuals in the form of financial aid intended to be utilized toward their ongoing educational pursuits.             Keywords : decision support system; students; weighted product method     Abstract: Sistem informasi, pemodelan, dan manipulasi data disebut sistem pendukung keputusan (DSS). Ketika terdapat ketidakpastian mengenai tindakan terbaik dalam situasi semi-terstruktur atau tidak terstruktur, sistem digunakan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan. Terdapat berbagai pendekatan yang tersedia untuk menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan, salah satunya adalah Metode Weighted Product (WP). Dengan pendekatan Weighted Product (WP) memiliki konsep yang sederhana untuk menentukan pembobotan terhadap kriteria yang memiliki nilai hampir sama sehingga dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa dapat mudah dilakukan walaupun dengan data yang banyak. Metode Weighted Product (WP) dengan kriteria penilaian akademik, sikap dan tanggung jawab dan hasil perhitungan tertinggi menggunakan sistem yaitu 0.27. Abstract: Abstract: Recognizing one's interests and talents early on is crucial in guiding an individual toward a prosperous future. While distinct, interests and talents share a close relationship. Interest denotes a genuine attraction… action to something without external pressure, and when consistently nurtured, it evolves into a skill or talent. Machine learning, specifically utilizing the SVM algorithm with the RBF kernel, can be applied to categorize interests and talents. Prior to SVM modeling, conducting Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) is imperative for scrutinizing interests and talents. This analysis facilitates the identification of variables, enabling the elimination of missing values and ensuring the selection of appropriate interest and talent variables. The primary objective is to achieve optimal accuracy in modeling the classification of interests and talents. The insights gained from this research contribute to the creation of an application designed for categorizing interests and talents within SDN XYZ school. Meskipun berbeda, minat dan bakat memiliki hubungan yang erat. Minat mengindikasikan ketertarikan yang tulus terhadap sesuatu tanpa tekanan eksternal, dan ketika terus-menerus dibina, berkembang menjadi keterampilan atau bakat. Pembelajaran mesin, khususnya dengan menggunakan algoritma SVM dan kernel RBF, dapat digunakan untuk mengelompokkan minat dan bakat. Sebelum pemodelan SVM, melakukan Analisis Data Eksploratif (EDA) sangat penting untuk mengkaji minat dan bakat. Analisis ini memfasilitasi identifikasi variabel, memungkinkan penghilangan nilai yang hilang, dan memastikan pemilihan variabel minat dan bakat yang tepat. Tujuan utamanya adalah mencapai akurasi optimal dalam pemodelan klasifikasi minat dan bakat. Temuan dari penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan aplikasi yang ditujukan untuk mengkategorikan minat dan bakat di sekolah SDN XYZ. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to develop Augmented Reality in conveying the material of nets and ribs in Build Space. Augmented Reality is developed using 3D modeling, rigging, and animating methods, which are then combined using Unity. The results of the development of Augmented Reality applications in understanding the nets and ribs of this building space have been validated by experts and users. The validation results of this Augmented Reality application are rated Very Good. Banyak materi pelajaran yang lebih baik disampaikan bila menggunakan media berbasis teknologi. Salah satu media yang dapat digunakan adalah Augmented Reality.
