The Role Of Nalanda Students As Buddhist Religious Education Teachers In Influenced Buddhist Pancasila Values

Abstract: The background of this study is based on the increasing tendency of deviant behavior and delinquency among elementary school students, which demands an early approach to character education. Nalanda students who serve as… Buddhist Religious Education teachers have a strategic role in shaping the character and behavior of students through the internalization of Buddhist Pancasila values, which are expected to prevent potential delinquency and foster students who are morally and spiritually grounded. This study aims to analyze the roles, effectiveness, and strategies employed by Nalanda students in instilling Buddhist Pancasila values in elementary schools as a preventive effort against juvenile delinquency. This research applies a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The study was conducted at Mutiara 17 August Elementary School, Edelweiss School, and Bina Pelita Bangsa Elementary School. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving Nalanda students, principals, and homeroom teachers in five elementary schools. The data analysis technique employed was the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results reveal that Nalanda students act as value educators by instilling principles such as loving-kindness (mettā), responsibility, discipline, and respect for parents and teachers. The strategies used include role modeling, habituation in Buddhist spiritual practices, integration of values in learning, and personal approaches to students. The effectiveness of these roles is reflected in students' behavioral changes, such as becoming more orderly, polite, and the declining incidence of violations and social conflicts. The role of Nalanda students as Buddhist Religious Education teachers has proven to contribute significantly to the prevention of juvenile delinquency through character education based on Buddhist Pancasila values.

Implementasi Sistem Pengelolaan Data Member Berbasis Web pada BangRajan Muaythai Boxing

Abstract: Keberlanjutan operasional sebuah camp bela diri sangat bergantung pada kualitas pengelolaan data anggota. Di BangRajan Muaythai Boxing, pencatatan kehadiran dan pemantauan sesi latihan masih bertumpu pada proses manual,… yang kerap menghasilkan ketidakakuratan data serta membuka celah bagi peserta dengan paket habis untuk tetap berlatih tanpa terdeteksi. Penelitian ini merancang dan membangun sistem informasi manajemen member berbasis web sebagai solusi atas permasalahan tersebut. Pendekatan pengembangan dilakukan secara bertahap dengan pemodelan UML meliputi Activity Diagram, Use Case Diagram, Sequence Diagram, dan Entity Relationship Diagram. Stack teknologi yang digunakan mencakup Next.js pada sisi klien, NestJS pada sisi server, PostgreSQL sebagai basis data relasional, serta Better Auth untuk manajemen autentikasi. Sistem yang dihasilkan mengintegrasikan fitur absensi cerdas berbasis barcode, pengelolaan paket latihan, dashboard personal bagi member, panel administrasi lengkap, notifikasi kadaluarsa paket, dan manajemen pengumuman camp. Validasi dilakukan melalui Black Box Testing dengan empat skenario pengujian, seluruhnya menghasilkan keluaran yang sesuai ekspektasi. Penerapan sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan akurasi pencatatan data secara signifikan. The operational sustainability of a martial arts camp depends greatly on the quality of member data management. At BangRajan Muaythai Boxing, attendance recording and session monitoring still rely on manual processes, which frequently lead to data inaccuracies and allow members with expired packages to continue training undetected. This study designs and develops a web-based member management information system to address these issues. The development follows a phased approach employing UML modeling including Activity Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams. The technology stack consists of Next.js on the client side, NestJS on the server side, PostgreSQL as the relational database, and Better Auth for authentication management. The resulting system integrates barcode-based smart attendance, training package management, a personal member dashboard, a comprehensive admin panel, package expiry notifications, and camp announcement management. Validation was conducted using Black Box Testing across four test scenarios, all yielding expected outputs. Implementation of this system demonstrably improves operational efficiency and data recording accuracy.

Determinants Of Public Shopping Through E-Commerce in The Jabodetabek Area

Abstract: In the digital era, shopping with e-commerce is a necessity for the community, especially the millennial generation who have high mobility. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the variables Customer Satisfaction,&#8230; tisfaction, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Product Quality on the decision to buy e-commerce products. The object of research is the living community in Jabodetabek area, with a design using descriptive quantitative. The research data source is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents to the population of communities who live in Jabodetabek area with the sample selection technique using random sampling of 107 respondents. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with PLS 3.0 software. The research results prove that The Customer Satisfaction variable based on the statistical t value obtains a value of 0.174 < 1.96, so it can be stated that the Customer Satisfaction variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.While based on the P-Value obtained 0.862 > 0.05, it means that the Customer Satisfaction variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.The Technology Acceptance Model variable based on the statistical t value obtains a value of 2.99 > 1.96, so it can be stated that the Technology Acceptance Model variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.While based on the P-Value obtained 0.003 < 0.05, it means that the Technology Acceptance Model variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision. The Product Quality variable based on the statistical t value obtained a value of 1.304 < 1.96, so it can be stated that the Product Quality variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision. While based on the P-Value obtained 0.193 > 0.05, it means that the Product Quality variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Laporan Keuangan pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama

Abstract: Sistem informasi laporan keuangan adalah kegiatan pencatatan laporan keuangan yang diterapkan guna mempermudah dalam proses pengolahan data keuangan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi pengelolaan&#8230; aan transaksi keuangan pada sekolah berbasis web. Sistem informasi ini meliputi sistem pencatatan, pembuatan jurnal umum, buku besar, dan neraca saldo. Pihak bendahara sekolah melakukan proses pencatatan masih menggunakan Ms. Excel. Terkait hal tersebut, dirancang sebuah sistem berbasis akuntansi guna membantu dalam proses pencatatan transaksi keuangan pada sekolah menengah pertama (SMP). Lokasi pengabdian dilakukan pada SMP 24 Padang. Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) ini dapat membantu mengurangi redudansidata, menghasilkan informasi secara cepat, tepat dan akurat serta data laporan keuangan dapat disimpan dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan aplikasi ini adalah Object Oriented Programming (OOP) dengan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dalam analisis perancangan sistem. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah berupa rancangan sistem informasi akuntansi yang dapat mempermudah pencatatan transaksi keuangan yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah.

Implementation Method High-Low, Scatterplot, And Least Squares In Cost Analysis

Abstract: This study aims to examine the application of the High-Low method, Scatterplot, and Least Squares in cost analysis, particularly in separating fixed and variable cost behavior. The research uses a library research approach&#8230; ch by collecting and reviewing literature from textbooks, journals, and official publications related to cost estimation and cost behavior modeling. The findings indicate that the High-Low method is simple because it uses only the highest and lowest activity levels, but its accuracy is limited due to reliance on extreme data points. The Scatterplot method provides a visual representation of the relationship between cost and activity, helping identify patterns and potential outliers; however, its results may vary due to subjective judgment in determining the cost line. Meanwhile, the Least Squares method is considered the most accurate because it utilizes all available data to produce the best-fit regression line, although it requires more complex calculations and statistical understanding. Overall, the selection of the most suitable method depends on the objective of the analysis, data availability, and the level of accuracy required

Rancang Bangun GIS Untuk Area Penyebaran Pemupukan Tanaman Pada Lahan Pertanian PTPN III Kebun Membang Muda

Abstract: Perkebunan adalah segala kegiatan yang mengusahakan tanaman tertentu pada tanah atau media tumbuh lainnya dalam ekosistem yang sesuai, mengolah, dan memasarkan barang dan jasa hasil tanaman tersebut, dengan bantuan ilmu&#8230; pengetahuan dan teknoligi, permodalan serta manajemen untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan bagi pelaku usaha perkebunan dan masyarakat. Perkebunan Membang Muda merupakan salah satu perkebunan yang terletak di kecamatan kualuh hulu, kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara provinsi Sumatera Utara yang memiliki beberapa afdeling. Namun masih banyak karyawan yang kesulitan dalam mencari area penyebaran pemupukan dan jadwal pemupukan.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) yang menggunakan teknologi web untuk memetakan area penyebaran pemupukan di Perkebunan Membang Muda. Dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan dan perancangan aplikasi menggunakan Aliran Sistem Informasi (ASI), Unifield Modeling Language (UML), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Flowchart, hingga tahap pengujian. Hasil pengujian terhadap aplikasi web SIG ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat membantu karyawan dalam mencari informasi area penyebaran pemupukan di Perkebunan Membang Muda. Tujuannya dengan adanya aplikasi ini, karyawan dapat lebih mudah dan cepat dalam mendapatkan informasi tentang area penyebaran pemupukan di Perkebunan Membang Muda
