. Currently, the development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is experiencing very rapid growth. The development of information technology, especially the internet, has provided many positive benefits for its users. However, the use of internet technology also has negative impacts that cannot be ignored. The increase in Cybercrime cases in Indonesia is also caused by the impact of advances in Information Technology. Based on this explanation, the aim of this research is to find out how to study law enforcement procedures for hacking victims on digital platforms and how to ensure that digital platform users are more regulated regarding cyber security. The research method used is a descriptive analytical method. The results and discussion in this research are that handling crime cases in the field of information and electronic transactions is a responsibility that has been established for investigators, especially cyber patrols, to investigate and uncover these crimes. The investigation process has a very important and strategic role in determining the success of criminal law enforcement. The quality of a good investigation greatly determines the possibility of success in the prosecution process and makes it easier to reveal material truths during the trial. In order to prevent cybercrime, it is important for individuals and governments to have a deep understanding of crime patterns in the digital realm as well as current and ongoing internet trends and behavior carried out by perpetrators of these crimes.

The research method employed is a quantitative approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders at PTPN III and analyzing documents related to the depreciation policies and the company's tax planning strategies. The results of this research show that by incorporating the straight-line depreciation method (tax) into its fixed asset depreciation, with a total accumulated depreciation smaller than declining balance (tax), PTPN III has saved on taxes, thus achieving its tax planning objectives.

Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode mix deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan total sampling yaitu seluruh Perangkat Desa Se-Kecamatan Sukaresik Kabupaten Tasikmalaya yang berjumlah 104 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian membuktikan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara sarrana terhadap kualitas pelayanan di pemerintah desa se-kecamatan sukaresik kabupaten tasikmalaya dengan nilai koefisien regresi variabel sarana dan tingkat Pendidikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan secara simultan sarana dan tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan dengan diperoleh angka R, maka dapat disimulkan bahwa sarana dan tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan terdapat hubungan yang sedang atau positif. menunjukan presentase variabel independent (sarana dan tingkat Pendidikan) terhadap variabel dependen (kualitas pelayanan) berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan, sehingga disarankan agar perangkat memfokuskan kepada dua hal tersebut sebagai strateginya untuk kualitas pelayanan.

One of its side effect is increase weight, which is usually distressing for women due to the increase risk of suffering from many diseases such as heart attack, type-2 diabetes mellitus, sleep apnea, certain cancer, osteoarthritis, and asthma. The study aim was to identify the difference weight gain occurence between 3 monthly and 1 monthly injected contraception users in Muara Village- Suranenggala District. This research method uses comparative analytic studies using cross sectional resulting research which measured in interval scale. The sample is all 3 months KB injecting participants as much as 30 respondents and 1 month KB injections as much as 30 respondents. The data is analysis using t-test. The result showed a ρ value of 0,005 which meant there was a difference in weight gain occurence between the users of 3 monthly and 1 monthly injected contraception. The 3 monthly injection had been proven increasing the incidence of weight gain compared to the 1 monthly one. It was suggested that midwives should give proper counselling regarding to side effect of increasing weight gain during the use of 3 monthly contraceptive injection to be aware of by the users. Further investigation on other influencing factors of weight gain among contraceptive injection users.

The activities carried out in each cycle consist of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of the research show an increase in English writing skills through serial image media. significant increase in students' understanding of concepts, writing skills, and learning motivation. The integration of serial image media as a supporter of PBL provides a visual dimension that helps students understand the content, stimulates creativity, and increases active involvement in the learning interaction process.

Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMA Serba Bakti Suryalaya dengan sampel 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah di SMA Serba Bakti Suryalaya berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan presentase 88,53%, (2) Kinerja guru di SMA Serba Bakti Suryalaya berada pada kategori baik dengan presentase 78,48%.

Kultur Nitzschia sp. pada skala laboratorium (2 L) menghasilkan kepadatan tertinggi pada hari keenam sebanyak 13.000.000 sel/mL. Sedangkan kultur Nizschia sp. semi massal (20 L) dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pakan alami untuk larva, dengan kepadatan tertinggi pada hari keenam sebesar 8.300.000 sel/mL.
