Abstract:This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, multiple role conflict, and work stress on job satisfaction and their impact on the performance of female employees (nurses) at Permata Pamulang Hospital. The background…
of this research is based on the hospital’s unmet performance targets, high nursing workloads, the dominance of female employees, and the emergence of conflicts between work demands and family responsibilities that potentially increase stress and reduce job satisfaction. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consists of all female employees (nurses) at Permata Pamulang Hospital, with a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using path analysis to examine both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The results indicate that workload, multiple role conflict, and work stress have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance and acts as an intervening variable in the relationship between workload, multiple role conflict, and work stress on performance. These findings suggest that improving nurses’ performance can be achieved through proportional workload management, reducing multiple role conflicts, and controlling work stress to enhance job satisfaction. This study is expected to provide managerial insights for hospital management in formulating human resource policies that emphasize work-life balance and employee well- being.
Abstract:This study examines the digitalization of agriculture and its implications for food security in South Sulawesi, focusing on structural challenges, policy responses, and pathways toward sustainable self-sufficiency. Despite…
te relatively stable rice production, food security in the province remains vulnerable to climate variability, irrigation constraints, fragmented distribution systems, and uneven digital integration. Using a mixed-method approach that combines quantitative survey data and qualitative policy analysis, this research evaluates the relationship between digital adoption and farmer performance. The findings indicate that farmers utilizing digital tools demonstrate higher production stability, stronger market price awareness, and better planting planning accuracy compared to non-digital farmers. However, digital literacy gaps and limited institutional coordination constrain broader system transformation. Policy responses remain largely reactive and sectorally fragmented. The study proposes a Digital-Sustainable Self-Sufficiency Framework that integrates digital infrastructure expansion, smart irrigation governance, supply chain monitoring, and inter-agency coordination. The findings suggest that digitalization should be positioned not merely as technological adoption but as a governance transformation mechanism to strengthen adaptive capacity, enhance coordination, and achieve resilient and sustainable food security.
Abstract:This study is motivated by the intensifying competition in Indonesia's banking industry amid digital transformation and growing global economic mobility. In such a context, product innovation becomes a crucial strategy to…
o strengthen a bank's competitive position. PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk introduced the WiGo Savings product, specifically designed for South Korean citizens who plan to live or work in Indonesia through a pre-account opening scheme. This research aims to analyze the role of WiGo Savings in enhancing the bank's competitiveness, particularly in terms of product differentiation and the potential strengthening of low-cost funds (CASA). The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method, using literature review and secondary data analysis from bank reports, media publications, and academic references related to banking innovation. The findings indicate that the pre-arrival account opening mechanism reduces administrative barriers, accelerates service activation, and creates early customer engagement. The product also shows the potential to increase CASA composition, leading to lower cost of funds and greater flexibility in credit pricing. Furthermore, WiGo enhances product differentiation and institutional branding as a bank responsive to cross-border transaction needs. However, its effectiveness depends on successful market education, cross-jurisdiction regulatory compliance, and technological system integration.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the impact of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) digital payments on the economic resilience of MSMEs in Makassar City, specifically within the Muhammadiyah University of Makassar area.…
rea. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that QRIS digital payments have a positive impact on the economic resilience of MSMEs, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), through increased operational efficiency, ease of transactions without dependence on cash, automated financial recording, increased sales volume, and expanded market access. With a single QR Code for all digital payment platforms, MSMEs are able to reach more consumers, especially the younger generation. Despite technical challenges, MSMEs are able to adapt well. This study concludes that QRIS functions not only as a digital payment tool but also as a strategic instrument that strengthens poverty reduction, income stability, and economic resilience of MSMEs in Makassar City in facing the dynamics of the digital economy.
Abstract:This study examines the integration of philosophy of science in the development of a holistic counseling model through a literature review of ten relevant articles. The results of the study show that philosophy of science…
e plays a fundamental role through three integrated dimensions: ontology, which views humans as complex beings with biological, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions; epistemology, which integrates the paradigms of postpositivism, constructivism-interpretivism, and critical-ideological; and axiology, which emphasizes professional ethical values. The integration of these three dimensions enables counseling practices to be more meaningful, effective, and responsive to the complexity of contemporary issues. The main challenge faced is the gap in philosophical understanding among counseling practitioners. A holistic counseling model based on the integration of the philosophy of science is a theoretical and practical necessity for producing comprehensive counseling services that are appropriate to the Indonesian socio-cultural context.

itical factors influencing purchase decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and consumer satisfaction on consumer purchase decisions at Glosse Nail Studio.
This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected from customers of Glosse Nail Studio through structured questionnaires. Service quality is measured using dimensions adapted from SERVQUAL, including tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Consumer satisfaction is measured based on customers’ overall evaluation of service performance, while purchase decision is assessed through indicators reflecting consumer intention and actual buying behavior. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination (R²).
The results indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase decisions. Furthermore, consumer satisfaction also significantly influences purchase decisions. Simultaneously, service quality and consumer satisfaction significantly affect purchase decisions, indicating that higher perceived service performance leads to greater customer satisfaction and ultimately strengthens purchasing decisions.
Abstract:Inequality is a condition of inequity that results in a wide poverty gap in a country. In the future, challenges will arise due to inequality in wealth and prosperity, including in Indonesia. The Islamic economy is a system…
tem built on the principles of Islamic law and emphasises that the state is responsible for meeting the needs and welfare of its people. This paper uses qualitative methods and a retrospective approach to reveal how food issues are addressed in the construction of the Islamic economic system in Indonesia. Sharia-based food security is imbued with the main characteristics of Islamic economics, namely good and halal muamalah (transactions). Therefore, to achieve this, it is important to develop an Indonesian Islamic economic master plan based on the main indicator of economic independence in food self-sufficiency as an effort to realise national food security. Indonesia's Islamic economy is growing rapidly, and ideally, the construction of economic independence in the context of realising sharia-based food security should be a priority in the development of Indonesia's Islamic economic master plan based on the main indicator of economic independence in food self-sufficiency as an effort to realise national food security.
Abstract:Digital literacy has become an essential competence in modern education; however, its implementation in pesantren presents distinctive dynamics, particularly when institutions restrict students’ access to digital devices…
es while simultaneously encouraging teachers to master digital literacy. This study aims to examine how digital literacy is positioned, perceived, and implemented in the learning process at Pesantren Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah as one of Indonesia’s modern pesantren. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation of classroom practices and pesantren activities, and analysis of institutional documents. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify relevant patterns and key themes. The findings reveal that digital literacy in the pesantren is positioned primarily as a learning resource mediated by teachers rather than as an individual competence freely accessible to students. Teachers’ perceptions of digital literacy are reflective and selective, shaped by moral and scholarly responsibility, concern for students’ ethical conduct (adab), and apprehension regarding the negative impacts of the digital environment. In terms of implementation, digital literacy is applied in a limited and functional manner through teachers’ use of digital learning media, basic computer courses for students, cultural and extracurricular pesantren activities, and the digitalization of institutional administrative systems. This study concludes that the pesantren has developed a contextual and ethically grounded model of digital literacy, in which technology functions as a supportive educational tool without displacing core values, scholarly authority, or the primary goal of students’ character formation. These findings contribute empirical insights to the growing body of research on digital literacy within the context of Islamic education, particularly in modern pesantren
Abstract:This systematic literature review examined 40 high-quality empirical studies to synthesize evidence regarding how talent management, continuous improvement, and performance appraisal influence employee productivity across…
s organizational contexts. The findings reveal that talent management creates direct and moderated effects on employee productivity through organizational culture and employee involvement mechanisms. Continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma approaches, yield simultaneous improvements in both productivity and quality outcomes, with demonstrated effectiveness in service-oriented sectors. Performance appraisal systems enhance employee productivity through clarified performance expectations, developmental feedback, and strengthened accountability mechanisms. A critical finding is that integrating these three human resource management domains produces synergistic effects that exceed the sum of isolated interventions, demonstrating multiplicative rather than additive productivity gains through mutually reinforcing mechanisms. The 40 included studies employed balanced methodological approaches including quantitative surveys, structural equation modeling, qualitative investigations, and empirical case studies, with 65% published in 2024-2025 reflecting contemporary human resource management practices. This systematic evidence synthesis establishes that veterinary clinics implementing comprehensive integrated approaches addressing talent management, continuous improvement, and performance appraisal simultaneously would achieve superior productivity outcomes while addressing the profession's unique emotional labor demands and animal welfare responsibilities.
Abstract:Islamic Education and Colonial Education are two methods to educate the Indonesian people, especially in Java. Islamic Education and Colonial Education have their own advantages for society. Islamic Education tends to be…
more religious, while Colonial Education tends to be secular and liberal. Each education has a different teaching system because it has different goals and targets according to the interests of the government in power at that time. This research method uses a historical method that is based on four things as usual, namely: heuristics, criticism, verification and historiography. Because this event is a political history, the researcher uses a socio-political approach to analyze it. On the other hand, assisted by the challenge and response theory developed by Arnold Toynbe. According to this theory, culture occurs because of challenges and answers between humans and their surroundings. The results of this study indicate that the existence of racial and discriminatory Dutch colonial government education resulted in the emergence of forms of resistance in the field of education. This phenomenon results in the birth of Islamic boarding schools and private schools such as: Tebu Ireng Islamic Boarding School (1899), Tambak Beras Islamic Boarding School (1919) East Java, Krapyak Islamic Boarding School, Yogyakarta (1911), Sukamanah Islamic Boarding School, Cipasung Tasikmalaya, West Java (1930). As for private schools (private) namely Muhammadiyah School (1912), Taman Siswa (1922) and Nahdlatul Ulama (1926).
