unity by distributing Raskin to villages where people have low incomes. And not all people get the chance to receive RASKIN because the quota is limited. There needs to be a selection in determining the eligibility of RASKIN for the right people and avoiding mistakes. The selection process can be completed using the application of computer science. Based on this, a decision support system is needed that can be used by the Sei Silau Timur village head's office staff in distributing RASKIN rice, which later this application can help and benefit the village community. This research uses the AHP method, which is carried out by comparing a matrix of several criteria and alternatives. The final assessment result is implementing the AHP method, where criterion 4, namely Total Income, is selected, with Alternative 1 named Selamet.

Abstrak : Sebagian dari masyarakat di Desa Sei Silau Timur di kecamatan Buntu Pane, Kisaran mempunyai penghasilan yang rendah. Dengan adanya kebijakan pemerintah dalam program penanggulangan pangan yang bekerja sama dengan pihak Bulog untuk meringankan beban masyarakat dengan menyalurkan raskin ke desa-desa yang masyarakatnya berpenghasilan yang rendah. Dan tidak semua masyarakat mendapatkan kesempatan penerimaan RASKIN karena kuotanya terbatas. Perlu dilakukan dengan seleksi dalam penentuan pemberian kelayakan RASKIN kepada orang-orang yang tepat dan menghindari kekeliruan. Proses seleksi tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan penerapan secara ilmu komputer. Bedasarkan hal tersebut maka diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat dipergunakan oleh petugas kantor Kepala Desa Sei Silau Timur dalam proses pembagian beras RASKIN, yang nantinya aplikasi ini dapat membantu dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat desa tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode AHP, dimana metode yang dilakukan dengan membandingkan matriks sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif. Hasil penilaian akhir yang terpilih merupakan implementasi dari metode AHP, dimana yang terpilih adalah kriteria 4 yaitu Jumlah Penghasilan dengan alternatif 1 bernama Selamet.

Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the supply chain at the SACIKA Cooperative in order to improve efficiency and suitability in the procurement of alma mater suits. This study aims to assess the performance of the alma mater suit supply chain at the SACIKA Cooperative using the SCOR Matrix. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, with data collection conducted through interviews and observations. Supply chain performance measurement is carried out using four attributes and matrices, namely Reliability with Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF), Responsiveness with Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (OFCT) Matrix, Agility with Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and Assets with Cash-to-Cash Cycle Time (CTCCT) Matrix. The results showed the performance value of each matrix, namely POF of 96.47%, OFCT 1 day, COGS 92.94%, and CTCCT 8 days.

Abstrak: Koperasi SACIKA, sebagai koperasi mahasiswa di lingkungan Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto, menyediakan layanan pengadaan jas almamater. Saat ini, proses pengadaan dan pemesanan jas almamater dihadapi beberapa kendala, yang mengakibatkan mahasiswa sebagai pelanggan merasa dirugikan selama proses pemesanan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja rantai pasok di Koperasi SACIKA guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan kesesuaian dalam pengadaan jas almamater. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja rantai pasok jas almamater di Koperasi SACIKA menggunakan Matriks SCOR. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok dilakukan dengan menggunakan empat atribut dan matriks, yaitu Reliability with Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF), Responsiveness with Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (OFCT) Matrix, Agility with Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), dan Assets with Cash-to-Cash Cycle Time (CTCCT) Matrix. Creating a Dechefdefinzs landing page and website hopefuly can expand and spread widely its products in the society, such as traditional cakes, cake pans, bakery, rice menus and cookies. This website also makes it easier for customers to orders and get product information just by looking at the website without having to come to the location.

Abstrak: Usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) yang merupakan penopang utama perekonomian Indonesia perlu mendapat perhatian, karena mereka dapat menyerap tenaga kerja dan mengurangi biaya pengangguran dengan bersaing mendapatkan pekerjaan di sektor formal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu UMKM Dechefdefinzs dalam memasarkan produknya kepada calon konsumen. Metode yang digunaakan dalam pembuatan landing page dan website adalah metode waterall, dengan cara pengumpulan data, analisis data, pembuatan desain dari data yang dianalisis, pembuatan program, dan pengujian terhadap landing page dan website. Pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML dan PHP dengan framework Laravel yang mudah diterapkan saat ini dan jangka panjang. Dengan dibuatnya landing page dan website Dechefdefinzs diharapkan dapat memperluas dan menyebarkan produk-produknya secara luas di masyarakat, seperti kue tradisional, kue loyang, roti, menu nasi dan kue kering. Website ini juga memudahkan pelanggan dalam memesan dan mendapatkan informasi produk hanya dengan melihat website tanpa harus datang ke lokasi.

many factors such as the price of other precious metals, the price of crude oil, the performance of the stock exchange, and the exchange rate of currencies. This study discusses gold price forecasting using the multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that the best model is in the data distribution of 70%: 30% for training and testing, with a MAPE of 4.7% Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of multiple linear regression method produces a fairly good model for gold prices forecasting. Besides, the correlation analysis show that the price of other precious metals greatly influences the price of gold where in this case the silver price whose correlation value is 0.87.

Abstrak: Peramalan harga merupakan bagian dari pengambilan keputusan ekonomi. Melakukan peramalan terhadap kenaikan dan penurunan harga emas harian dapat membantu investor memutuskan kapan harus membeli atau menjual komoditas. Harga Emas bergantung pada banyak faktor seperti harga logam mulia lainnya, harga minyak mentah, kinerja bursa saham, dan nilai tukar mata uang. Penelitian ini membahas peramalan harga emas dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear ganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model terbaik terdapat pada pembagian data pelatihan 70% dan pengujian 30%, dengan MAPE sebesar 4.7%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan metode regresi linear ganda menghasilkan model yang cukup baik untuk peramalan harga emas. Selain itu, analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa harga logam mulia lainnya sangat mempengaruhi harga emas dimana dalam hal ini variabel harga perak yang nilai korelasinya 0.87.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi para peternak konvensional khusunya peternak di Desa Kota Pari, yaitu kendala dalam melakukan promosi diluar daerah baik luar Desa maupun luar provinsi. Pada proses jual beli konvensional peran serta tengkulak juga berpengaruh, sehingga mengakibatkan harga ternak menjadi murah untuk peternak dan menjadi sangat mahal untuk pembeli. Kondisi ternak juga menjadi menurun dikarekan setres dan makannya tidak terjaga pada saat dipasarkan di pasar ternak tradisional. Proses pengangkutan juga menjadi mahal jika ternak tidak laku dipasar ternak. Aplikasi Marketpalce hewan qurban dan aqikah berbasis website mengatasi semua permasalahan penjualan konvensional. Aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemprogram PHP dan database MySQL. Apilkasi marketplace hewan qurban dan aqikah berbasis website menjadikan penghubung peternak kambing dan sapi di desa Kota Pari dengan pembeli yang dapat dijangkau dari berbagai daerah dan seluruh penjuru dunia. Pada Aplikasi juga di sediakan berbagai jenis qurban dan aqikah, baik pembelian hewan qurban dan aqikah seperti biasa ataupun pilihan paket qurban dan aqikah yang sudha dimasak oleh penjual. Abstrak: Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) merupakan suatu teknologi informasi yang berfungsi untuk mengumpulkan, mengelola, menyimpan, dan menyajikan segala data yang berkaitan dengan kondisi geografis suatu wilayah yang berkembang secara online. Banyak berbagai instansi atau perusahaan yang belum menerapkan teknologi sistem informasi geografis untuk memperoleh berbagai informasi yang diperlukan, salah satunya Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Simalungun. Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Simalungun masih belum memiliki sistem yang dapat memetakan lahan pertanian padi, sulitnya dalam mengetahui informasi lokasi lahan pertanian padi, jarak tempuh ke lahan pertanian padi yang sangat jauh. Dengan adanya berbagai permasalahan yang ada maka tujuan dibuatnya Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dapat membantu Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Simalungun dalam melakakukan pengolahan data, untuk meningkatkan kinerja dalam memantau lahan pertanian padi menjadi lebih efesien dan efektif, dan mempermudah dalam memperoleh informasi atau akses terhadap data lahan pertanian padi. Perancangan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan perangkat lunak, desain, pembuatan kode program, pengujian, pendukung atau pemeliharaan. Abstrak: Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebuah sistem penunjang keputusan yang dapat memberikan dukungan kepada pembuat keputusan dalam menentukan supplier yang akan dipilih. Sistem penunjang keputusan yang dibuat menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dalam melakukan pemprosesan datanya. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan informasi yang didapat sistem penunjang keputusan yang dibuat berhasil memberikan preferensi dan perangkingan supplier sesuai dengan kriteria yang diberikan oleh pembuat keputusan. Abstrak: Informasi tentang ketersediaan bibit budidaya ikan laut sangat penting bagi pelaku pembudidaya ikan laut, karena ketersediaan mempengaruhi harga dan keberlangsungan operasi yang sedang berlangsung yang membutuhkan pasokan ikan laut. Selain itu, pemasok dituntut untuk dapat memenuhi permintaan penawaran dan menjaganya tetap seimbang dengan permintaan pasar agar harga pasar tetap stabil. Permasalahan yang paling mendasar adalah proses order atau request yang dilakukan oleh pembudidaya ikan laut masih melakukan order langsung ditempatkan di lokasi tersebut. Selain itu, pasokan ikan mungkin tidak mencukupi. Tentunya hal ini akan menyita banyak waktu saat proses pemesanan atau request antara pelaku pembudidaya ikan laut dan supplier. Masalah lain dengan pemasok adalah ketika mereka siap memanen industri ikan, mereka juga harus bisa menyediakannya kepada semua pihak yang membutuhkan pasokan ikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem supply and demand produk budidaya ikan laut berbasis web, yang diharapkan dapat mendorong proses supply and demand produk budidaya ikan laut. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan / kebutuhan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis terstruktur untuk mendapatkan hasil perancangan berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstrak: Spesifikasi dan variasi harga yang beragam dari sebuah laptop membuat calon pembeli menjadi kebingungan dan ragu dalam memutuskan jenis atau tipe laptop mana yang akan dibeli. Teknologi informasi beserta dengan perkembangan teknologinya dapat menghasilkan suatu system untuk membantu memberikan alternative keputusan untuk suatu permasalahan pengambilan keputusan. Pengembangan sistem yang dapat memilih laptop yang tepat dari beberapa alternatif yang ditawarkan merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Ada 5 parameter yang digunakan dalam menentukan prioritas alternatif laptop, yaitu hard disk drive, RAM, prosesor, sistem operasi dan harga. Laptop yang ditawarkan sebagai alternatif juga sebanyak 5 jenis. Metode yang digunakan padaMulti Attribute Decision Making (MADM) adalah kombinasi dari 2 metode, yaitu metode SAW dan TOPSIS. Metode SAW digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan proses pembobotan parameter dan metode TOPSIS spesifik untuk menyelesaikan proses perangkingan alternatif. Metode hybrid ini dapat menghasilkan suatu proses MADM yang lebih tepat karena menggunakan dua metode yang masing-masing mempunyai karakteristik sesuai dengan proses yang dilakukannya.

Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in July the first 2019, retail red chili prices are set at Rp 62,099 per kilogram. This price increased by 21.76 percent when compared to the average price of chili in June 2019. In recent months the price of chili has increased very high, this is due to the reduced yields of chili farmers. Increasing the supply of chili is reduced and can not meet market needs. To control the soaring chili prices, the government is making important imports from India. The problem experienced by local farmers is the selection of superior chili seeds. The process of selecting chili seeds carried out so far by farmers is still by manual and traditional methods. Because this adds to the knowledge that is qualified to choose superior chili seeds based on certain criteria and which choices of chili seeds are suitable for cultivation. The process of cultivating chili seeds becomes more complete with maximum results. The technology used is using the Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making Method in determining superior chili seeds. From this method, it is expected to provide a solution to the chili farmers about the alternative selection of superior chili seeds.

Abstrak: cabai merupakan tanaman yang banyak kita jumpai di Indonesia, biasanya digunakan sebagai bumbu masakan dan penguat rasa pada makanan. Cabai termasuk anggota genus Capsium. Banyaknya peminat cabai membuat kebutuhan akan cabai semakin tinggi di Indonesia cabai digunakan dalam berbagai bidang seperti obat-obatan, bumbu masakan dan industri makanan. Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) pada bulan juli pecan pertama 2019, harga cabai merah eceran tercatat Rp 62.099 per kilogram. Harga tersebut mengalami kenaikan sebesar 21,76 persen jika dibandingkan rata-rata harga cabai pada juni 2019. Beberapa bulan terakhir ini harga cabai mengalami lonjakan yang sangat tinggi hal tersebut karena berkurangnya hasil panen para petani cabai. Sehingga pasokan cabai berkurang dan tidak bisa memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Dalam rangka mengendalikan harga cabai yang melonjak tinggi pemerintah melakukan impor cabai dari India. Masalah yang dialami oleh para petani lokal yaitu pemilihan bibit cabai unggul. Proses pemilihan bibit cabai yang dilakukan selama ini oleh petani masih dengan cara manual dan tradisional. Hal tersebut mereka lakukan Karena kurangnya pengetahuan yang mumpuni untuk memilih bibit cabai unggul berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu dan beberapa pilihan alternatif bibit cabai mana yang cocok untuk dibudidayakan. Sehingga dengan demikian proses pembudidayaan bibit cabai menjadi lebih singkat waktunya dengan hasil yang maksimal. Teknologi yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making dalam menetukan bibit cabai unggul. Dari metode tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi kepada para petani cabai mengenai alternatif pemilihan bibit cabai unggul.
