from the corn cobs. In Indonesia, corn is available in abundance in rural areas, especially during the harvest season. In the production process, generally, during the shelling process, many farmers still use the shelling method by hand or using simple tools, which takes quite a long time. The reason people still use the shelling method by hand or using tools is because the price of the machine is too expensive and they are not even aware of the existence of a corn shelling machine. This corn shelling machine with a 5.5 HP internal combustion engine is a tool designed to speed up and simplify the corn shelling process efficiently and produce a fairly large production capacity of 80 kg / hour. To extend the service life of this corn shelling machine, maintenance and cleanliness should be carried out so that the machine can operate optimally without problems. Safety also needs to be considered to avoid unexpected work accidents.

The data collection instrument for variable X was a questionnaire totaling 15 with 4 options which were first tested to determine its validity and reliability. While the variable Y instrument was the documentation of the student grade list (DKN) at the school. The results of the analysis requirements for the normality test of Spiritual Intelligence data were normally distributed with the calculation results obtained (22.33 <43.77) and student learning interest was normally distributed with the calculation results (18.85 <43.77). The results of the linearity test of the data on the Relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Students' Interest in Learning are linear with the equation Y = 22.77 + 1.22x being linear. The results of the correlation test obtained were 0.453 consulted with r with a significance level of 5% with the number of respondents being 30 people obtained because (0.453 > 0.361) this indicates that there is a Relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Students' Interest in Learning in Class VIII of SMP NEGERI 2 MERANTI Academic Year 2022/2023. Furthermore, to test the significance of the correlation, it was carried out using the statistical test formula (test "t") obtained at 3.41. This price is then consulted at a significance level of 95% ( µ= 0.05) with dk = n-2 (30 – 2 = 28) obtained at 1.69, because (3.41> 1.69) this shows a Relationship Between Spiritual Intelligence and Learning Interest of Class VIII Students of SMP NEGERI 2 MERANTI Academic Year 2022/2023. The primary agenda includes determining planting schedules, selecting seed varieties, and managing irrigation systems to minimize the risk of crop failure. Anthropologically, this tradition serves as a medium for social integration, bridging local wisdom with technical government policies. This study concludes that the sustainability of Tudang Sipulung is a crucial factor in maintaining food security and social harmony within the Marannu Village community.

Core”. The main objective is to understand how conversational maxims and implicatures are applied in the context of podcasts to convey messages about self-confidence and self-love to listeners. The methods used are conversational analysis based on pragmatics theory, conversational analysis based on Grice's (1975), theory of maxims and qualitative methods based on Creswell's (2007), theory then the data analyzed are transcriptions of Selena Gomez podcasts that have been selected based on their relevance to the research topic. The analysis is done by looking at how each conversational maxim (maxims of quantity, quality, relevance, and manner) and the two existing implicatures (conventional implicature and conversational implicature) are applied in the verbal expressions in the podcast. The result is that the four maxims and two implicatures are all found in Selena Gomez's podcast.

The results of the study indicate that innovative efforts in developing promotional materials using the latest technology and interactive approaches have been carried out. However, an in-depth evaluation is needed to ensure the effectiveness of promotional materials in meeting investor needs. Price transparency, although not explicitly focused on, is important for investment decisions. This study recommends improving information related to investment costs and incentives.

is study explores how village managers conduct managerial and marketing activities to attract tourists and promote local products. The research method involves a SWOT analysis to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the Marketing Mix’s 7P approach implemented by the village. The results of the study indicate that Bejijong Village has several significant advantages, including historical heritage such as Brahu Temple, Petilasan Siti Inggil, and Maha Vihara Majapahit, as well as local products such as smoked salted eggs, lemon juice, pukis lumer (melting) bertoping, tahu lontong (compress rice), and Cempaka batik handicrafts and wayang kulit. However, the challenges faced include less than optimal website management, lack of effective digital marketing strategies, and entrance fees that may be insufficient to support maintenance. This study introduces novelty in marketing strategy analysis by integrating the SWOT and Marketing Mix’s 7P approaches to provide in-depth insights into how management and marketing can be improved. These findings are expected to be a reference for other villages in designing more effective marketing strategies and suggesting improvement steps that can increase the attractiveness and sustainability of culture-based tourist destinations.
