Priti, Priti Ike Jelita
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of religiosity and academic resilience on decreasing the level of academic anxiety of students of the Master of Islamic Education Program at the Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic… University, Riau. Academic anxiety is a common psychological challenge experienced by postgraduate students. Religiosity and academic resilience are seen as protective factors that can help students manage academic stress in a healthier way. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and documentation. The research sample consisted of 41 students from three semesters selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using the independent sample t-test using SPSS version 25. The results showed that religiosity had a significant effect on academic anxiety with a significance value of 0.029, while academic resilience showed a stronger effect with a significance value of 0.000. Because the significance results of both variables are less than 0.05, the higher the religiosity and academic resilience of students, the lower their level of academic anxiety. This finding confirms that the integration of the values of religiosity and resilience is very important in supporting students' mental resilience. Strengthening religiosity and fostering academic resilience can be effective strategies to reduce academic anxiety in postgraduate higher education.

RELATIONSHIP OF BODY MASS INDEX WITH HbA1c MEASURES IN PATIENTS AT PRIMA MEDIKA DENPASAR HOSPITAL

S.A.N Diah Ratnasari Warassaty, Prasetya, Didik, Nyoman Sudarma
Abstract: The rising prevalence of obesity in Indonesia contributes to increased risk of metabolic diseases such as diabetes mellitus. Body Mass Index (BMI) is commonly used to assess nutritional status and may be correlated with… long-term blood glucose levels measured by Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c). This study aimed to explore the relationship between BMI and HbA1c levels in patients at Prima Medika General Hospital, Denpasar. A cross-sectional analytic observational design was employed, involving 30 purposively selected respondents. BMI was calculated from weight and height measurements, while HbA1c levels were assessed using the immunoturbidimetric method. Results showed an even distribution of respondents in the normal and overweight BMI categories (each 46.5%), while 50% had HbA1c levels >8%. However, Pearson correlation analysis indicated no statistically significant relationship between BMI and HbA1c levels (p=0.982; r=-0.004). The study concludes that BMI does not have a linear correlation with HbA1c levels. Other factors such as type and duration of therapy, disease progression, and patient adherence may play a greater role in influencing glycemic control and should be further investigated.

Solangia Cabral Da Conceicao Santos, Ketut Lisnawati, Theresia Anita Pramesti
Abstract: Pain in breast cancer is one of the most common and significant problems experienced by patients. If not properly managed, the impact of breast cancer pain can lead to increased morbidity and a diminished quality of life.… . This study aims to determine the effect of Benson relaxation on pain levels in breast cancer patients. A quantitative research method was employed using a pre-experimental one-group pre-test and post-test design. The sample consisted of 17 patients selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). The average pain score of respondents during the first measurement (pre-test) was 6.12, and during the second measurement (post-test) it decreased to 3.12. The difference in average pain levels between the first and second measurements showed a reduction of 3.00 points. The statistical test results revealed an Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) p-value of 0.000, indicating a significant effect of Benson relaxation on reducing pain in breast cancer patients. Benson relaxation can significantly help lower pain levels after therapy. This relaxation technique plays an important role by inhibiting sympathetic nerve activity, which in turn reduces oxygen consumption by the body and relaxes the muscles, leading to a sense of calm and comfort.

FULL DAY SCHOOL VS. MODULAR EDUCATION SYSTEM: A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF INDONESIA AND THE UNITED KINGDOM

Ika Kurnia Sofiani, Mardiana, Nurlidia Putri, Fitri Barokah
Abstract: The transformation of Indonesia's education system faces significant challenges in aligning with the demands of globalization, digitalization, and lifelong learning. These challenges have sparked debates regarding the effectiveness… fectiveness of the full-day school model and the modular education system. This study aims to comparatively analyze these two approaches within the context of primary and secondary education in Indonesia, referencing modular education practices in the United Kingdom as an international benchmark. The study employs a qualitative approach based on a literature review, utilizing thematic content analysis of 20 accredited scholarly sources selected through strict inclusion criteria, and analyzed with the assistance of NVivo software to ensure thematic accuracy. The findings indicate that the full-day school model excels in fostering discipline and consistent learning structures; however, it poses risks of cognitive fatigue and is less supportive of differentiated instruction. In contrast, the modular system offers flexibility, opportunities for personalized learning, and deeper conceptual understanding, yet requires adequate digital infrastructure and self-directed learning literacy, which are not evenly distributed. The study concludes that no single educational model is universally superior; instead, each holds contextual relevance. This research contributes theoretically by enriching the comparative education literature and practically by informing the design of more adaptive, inclusive, and responsive learning policies to meet the challenges of the 21st century, while also supporting efforts to achieve quality education as outlined in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Rifaudin , Ahmad, Bayu Pramono, Zainal Muttaqin, Agus Gunawan, M A Tihami
Abstract: The complexity of the global economy and demands for accountability drive the need for a comprehensive study of financial management strategy typologies that align with the characteristics of Islamic educational institutions… ions and Islamic economic principles. This research aims to identify, classify, and analyze financial management strategy typologies in Islamic educational institutions from an Islamic economic perspective. Effective financial management presents a major challenge for Islamic educational institutions facing global economic complexity and accountability demands, while most still rely on conventional models that have not fully accommodated Islamic values. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA protocol, this research analyzed 6 selected articles from 77,522 articles identified from three major academic databases. The results revealed five typologies of financial management strategies in Islamic educational institutions: (1) pure sharia principles-based that emphasize sharia compliance, maqashid sharia, and justice; (2) audit and accountability-based that focus on legal compliance, transparency, and fraud prevention; (3) governance and professionalism-based that prioritize financial manager competence; (4) management function-based that include planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision; and (5) integration of Islamic values into the education system. Despite showing different characteristics, all typologies aim to achieve financial sustainability while maintaining sharia compliance. This research provides a conceptual framework that can serve as a reference in developing adaptive and contextual financial management models according to the characteristics of Islamic educational institutions.

Nasrudin, Anas, Tarihoran, Naf'an, Nugraha, Enung
Abstract: Higher education currently faces complex challenges in efforts to improve the quality of educational services amidst increasingly fierce global competition. This research aims to conduct a systematic literature review and… d meta-analysis of various current research on higher education quality management to produce a comprehensive model that integrates various approaches and considers local context and religious values. The research method uses a qualitative approach with Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and Meta-Analysis, implementing the PRISMA protocol as a methodological framework in literature selection. Of the initial 59,422 articles searched, 7 high-quality articles were selected for comprehensive review. The meta-analysis results show a significant positive correlation between quality management factors and the quality of higher education with an overall effect size of r = 0.60 (95% CI [0.52, 0.68]). Transformative leadership emerged as the most influential factor (r = 0.68), followed by quality culture (r = 0.63) and TQM implementation (r = 0.62). Moderate to high heterogeneity (I² = 67.3%) indicates the need for a contextual rather than standard quality management approach. These findings suggest a holistic quality management model that integrates TQM principles, CIPP evaluation model, transformative leadership, outcome-based curriculum development, stakeholder involvement, and integration of religious values according to institutional characteristics.

THE INFLUENCE OF SELF-EFFICACY ON ACADEMIC STRESS OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION MASTERS STUDENTS CLASS OF 2024, SULTAN AGUNG ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY, SEMARANG

Irfan, Alif
Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of social support on academic stress in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Masters students of Class of 2024 at Sultan Agung Islamic University Semarang. The method used is a quantitative… tative approach with data collection techniques through closed questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were selected randomly. The results of the partial test analysis (t-test) show that self-efficacy has a significant effect on academic stress, with a significance value of 0.001 (p <0.05) and a calculated t value of 3.300 which is greater than the t table of 1.98472. This indicates a positive influence between self-efficacy and academic stress. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R square) value of 0.316 indicates that 31% of the variation in academic stress can be explained by the self-efficacy variable, while the remaining 69% is influenced by other factors outside the study. The normality test using the Monte Carlo approach produced a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.249, which means that the data is normally distributed. Thus, this study confirms the importance of the role of self-efficacy and social support in reducing students' academic stress.

Abstract: Healthcare services must continuously be improved to provide the best care for the community. Patient satisfaction is the result of patients' evaluations of healthcare services, comparing their expectations with the actual… al healthcare services received in a hospital setting. Patient satisfaction with laboratory services is not solely determined by the availability of sufficient healthcare personnel but also requires strong commitment and dedication from healthcare workers to provide professional services, supported by adequate facilities and medical equipment. This study aims to assess the level of outpatient satisfaction with laboratory services at RSUD Klungkung. The research employs an observational method with a cross-sectional design. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, with a sample of 97 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis in this study was performed using the Chi-Square test. Based on the five service quality dimensions—reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles—the results showed a p-value < 0.05. Among these dimensions, responsiveness had the lowest p-value (0.005 < 0.05), indicating its stronger influence. These findings conclude that there is a significant relationship between service quality dimensions and the level of outpatient satisfaction with laboratory services at RSUD Klungkung. Furthermore, the responsiveness dimension, which had the lowest p-value compared to the other four dimensions, indicates that it has the most significant impact on patient satisfaction with laboratory services provided by the staff at RSUD Klungkung.
