sign, data were collected from 123 students via structured questionnaires and analyzed through t-tests, F-tests, and multiple linear regression. The results show that all three variables positively affect entrepreneurial interest, with entrepreneurship education emerging as the strongest predictor (β = 0.641, p < 0.001), followed by family background (β = 0.239, p = 0.006) and gender (β = 0.228, p = 0.012). These findings indicate that students’ entrepreneurial intention is primarily shaped by formal entrepreneurship education, supported by family influence and gender-related differences in confidence and risk orientation. The study emphasizes the importance of practical entrepreneurship education and a supportive family environment in fostering entrepreneurial interest among vocational students, contributing to a sustainable youth entrepreneurship ecosystem.

This study aims to analyze the role of elementary school teachers in integrating AI concepts through simple coding activities, as well as to identify the strategies and challenges encountered during implementation. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, using interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis as data collection techniques.
The findings reveal that teachers serve as digital learning facilitators, innovators in designing coding-based learning activities, and ethical guides who help students use technology responsibly. Simple coding activities effectively foster students’ logical thinking, creativity, and digital collaboration skills. However, limited technological infrastructure and insufficient teacher training remain major obstacles to sustainable implementation. Therefore, systemic support through educational policy, professional development, and adaptive curriculum design is essential.
Integrating AI concepts through simple coding in elementary schools not only enhances digital literacy but also cultivates ethical awareness and social responsibility toward technology. This study aims to analyze the influence of Community Awareness, Environmental Knowledge, and Local Cultural Beauty on Green Economic Development in the Lake Toba area. The method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS software version 25. Data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to local respondents The results of the study showed that Community Awareness and Environmental Knowledge did not have a significant effect on the green economy, while the Beauty of Local Culture had a significant effect. The value of the determination coefficient (R²) of 0.4053 indicates that the three variables explain the 40.5% variation in the development of the green economy. These findings confirm the importance of a cultural approach in supporting the sustainability of the Lake Toba region.

This initiative was motivated by the 2022 PISA results, which revealed that more than 99% of Indonesian students could only solve problems at lower levels (Lower Order Thinking Skills), while less than 1% reached higher levels (Higher Order Thinking Skills). One of the underlying causes is the prevalence of a fixed mindset among teachers—the belief that intelligence is innate and difficult to change. This training aimed to cultivate a growth mindset based on Carol S. Dweck’s (2006) theory, which emphasizes that abilities can be developed through effort and learning strategies. The method employed was a reflective andragogical workshop involving material presentations, microteaching simulations, and collaborative reflections. The results indicated a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding of the growth mindset concept and its implementation in deep learning. Teachers began providing process praise, applying The Power of Yet strategy, and creating emotionally safe and collaborative classroom environments. Furthermore, the establishment of the Growth-Oriented Teacher Community of Mandailing Natal (KGB-Madina) emerged as a sustainable platform for sharing best teaching practices and fostering continuous professional growth.

The findings show that: (1) The local government’s strategy for developing tourism in North Galesong focuses on infrastructure development, digital promotion, and community empowerment through Pokdarwis (Tourism Awareness Group) training. Although there are still challenges such as limited facilities, insufficient promotion, and uneven mentoring, this strategy demonstrates the government’s commitment to achieving sustainable tourism. However, more systematic planning, technological support, and active community participation are needed to enhance tourism attractiveness. (2) The process of formulating the tourism development strategy begins with identifying obstacles such as limited funding and human resources, which are addressed through collaboration among the government, community, academics, and private sector. Strategic priorities are determined by considering economic factors, local culture, and environmental sustainability. Furthermore, the community is empowered through Pokdarwis and supported by village funds, culminating in the implementation of a pentahelix collaboration model to ensure that the strategy is well-directed, participatory, and sustainable.

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze stunting mitigation policy strategies within the framework of achieving the SDGs in Bayumundu Village, Kaduhejo District, Pandeglang Regency. This research employs Collaborative Governance theory (Ansell & Gash, 2008) and SWOT analysis (Rangkuti, 2018) to map internal–external factors and assess the quality of multi-stakeholder collaboration. The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation, with triangulation for data validation. The findings indicate that the main strengths of the strategy are community awareness campaigns and available health infrastructure, while the greatest opportunity comes from national policy and government support. However, weaknesses such as limited community understanding and threats such as socio-economic inequality remain significant challenges. The study concludes that the success of stunting mitigation strategies is strongly determined by actor synergy, facilitative leadership at the village level, and the utilization of national policy opportunities. This research uses a qualitative type with a descriptive approach to detail and interpret the data. The results of the research conducted through field observation, interviews, and questionnaires found that there is a lack of good coordination among managers, local government, and tourism departments, leading to limited accessibility to the waterfall, a lack of human resource development, and insufficient promotion regarding the Baburai Waterfall tourist attraction. The analytical technique used is the SWOT method to determine the sustainable development strategy for Kulukubuk waterfall tourism. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, it is concluded that the development strategy for the Baburai waterfall tourism potential includes building cooperation with the government and the tourism office, improving accessibility, and enhancing the human resources of the Baburai waterfall tourism managers.

becomes highly strategic. This study aims to analyze and describe the role and influence of principals’ Islamic integrative leadership on improving the performance of educational staff within SMA IT. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological method was employed. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with principals and educational staff as well as participant observation. Analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that Islamic integrative leadership which combines modern leadership models such as transformational, instructional, democratic, servant, and distributive leadership with Islamic values such as exemplary conduct (uswah hasanah), consultation (syura), trustworthiness (amanah), justice, and a clear vision significantly enhances the performance of educational staff. The integration of these values creates a work culture imbued with a spirit of worship, collaboration, and quality orientation. Educational staff become more motivated, loyal, and productive as they view their work as part of worship. This study concludes that Islamic integrative leadership is not merely a leadership style but an effective organizational culture foundation at SMA IT. Its implementation has been proven to empower educational staff, improve their performance, and support the achievement of sustainable Islamic educational goals. This leadership model is recommended for broader development in Islamic educational institutions.
