In the current era of globalization, the wetonan tradition is faced with various challenges that threaten its survival. Changes in people’s attitudes and mindsets, urbanization, and doubts about traditional values are some of the main challenges. Shifting values and priorities in society, changes in value and belief systems, and doubts about the role of tradition in the era of globalization are some of the main challenges. However, preserving the wetonan tradition is crucial to maintaining a rich and diverse cultural identity and strengthening the solidarity of Javanese indigenous communities. To maintain and face the challenges of the wetonan tradition remaining relevant and valued by the community, concrete steps are needed. In facing this challenge, it is important to continue to educate the public about the cultural and spiritual values contained in the wetonan tradition, as well as to replant these values to strengthen the sustainability of the wetonan tradition amid the ongoing flow of modernization and globalization. Thus, the wetonan tradition can continue to live and develop as an integral part of the cultural identity of Javanese society. The preservation of this tradition not only ensures the continuity of a rich cultural heritage, but also strengthens solidarity and togetherness in Javanese indigenous communities. This type of research is qualitative research. The method used by researchers in this research is the descriptive method. The data collection technique uses 3 techniques, namely (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) presentation of documentation. The research results show that the position of the Govermental as a regional apparatus as its main task is basically aimed at assisting regional heads in enforcing regional regulations. Efforts to deal with perpetrators of prostitution and immoral acts in Sukoharjo Regency include judicial and non-judicial actions as well as closing localization places or places where the perpetrators follow up on every complaint that comes in which is reported by the public with early detection or searching for information related to prostitution and immoral acts. The obstacles faced by the Govermental in dealing with prostitution and immoral acts include the number of personnel capacity, perpetrators browsing through online media such as dating applications, limited quality of investigators and lack of facilities and infrastructure, low public awareness in enforcing order and peace and the lack of maximum technical regulations governing the problems faced.

To ensure effective management, the Government has enacted Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism. This law is designed to provide the necessary limitations and guidance to advance the tourism sector. One of the main goals of this law is to create a clear framework and provide necessary guidance to achieve sustainable development in the tourism sector. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, and the conclusion of this study indicates that the CMC Tiga Warna Area has successfully integrated tourism activities with nature conservation and engaged the local community through the non-governmental organization Bhakti Alam Sendang Biru. The activities were conducted through an interactively designed socialization process, including material presentation, discussions, and mentorship. Pre-test results indicated that participants' initial understanding averaged 36%, highlighting the need for capacity building in business management. Following the socialization, the post-test scores significantly improved, averaging 87%, representing a 141.67% increase. This improvement reflects the success of the socialization program in enhancing participants' understanding. Through this initiative, the "Latimojong" coffee shop was able to formulate a more strategic and efficient business model, strengthening its competitiveness in the local market. The implementation of IoT technology and social media-based digital marketing positively impacted operational efficiency and customer experience. This Community Engagement initiative serves as a replicable model for technology-based SME empowerment, potentially supporting sustainable local economic growth.

To address this issue, the program involved renovating the Literacy Corner, adding relevant educational materials, and conducting various educational activities. These activities included reading sessions, discussions, and workshops focused on maritime culture, as well as involving maritime experts and local leaders to provide in-depth insights. Program evaluation showed a significant increase in maritime cultural knowledge among participants, particularly among the younger generation. Pre- and post-program surveys indicated substantial improvement in understanding maritime traditions, such as boat-making and fishing techniques. The optimized Literacy Corner has become a more active hub, with increased visitation from the community. Support from the village government, local schools, non-governmental organizations, and the local community was crucial to the program's success. This program demonstrates that a participatory and collaborative approach in developing literacy centers can effectively enhance cultural knowledge and engage the community in preserving local heritage. The result of this study is an interactive map-based application that simplifies the process of locating gambier warehouses and presents visual data to support strategic decision-making. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis Android yang dapat memetakan lokasi gudang gambir di Kecamatan Koto XI Tarusan, Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah belum tersedianya sistem informasi yang mampu memberikan data spasial dan informasi yang akurat mengenai letak gudang gambir, sehingga menyulitkan petani, konsumen, maupun pihak pemerintah dalam mengakses dan mengelola informasi tersebut. Dalam proses pengembangan aplikasi ini digunakan teknologi ArcGIS, bahasa pemrograman Java, dan Android Studio. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pemilik gudang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi yang mampu menampilkan peta interaktif lokasi gudang gambir, mempermudah pengguna dalam pencarian informasi lokasi, dan memberikan data visual yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi gambir serta memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal.

This application provides educational information on how to prepare and the nutritional benefits of healthy snacks, aimed at increasing parental awareness of children's consumption patterns. The research method used was descriptive qualitative through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results of the system development show that the integration of QR Code technology and educational applications can facilitate the delivery of information in a practical and interactive manner. This innovation not only provides a healthy food solution but also serves as an educational medium that supports the government's program to reduce stunting rates. By utilizing local potential such as catfish and moringa leaves, along with digital technology, this product is expected to reach a wider community and improve nutritional understanding from an early age.

Abstrak: Stunting masih menjadi salah satu permasalahan gizi kronis yang signifikan di Indonesia, dengan prevalensi mencapai 21,6% pada tahun 2023. Penyebab utamanya adalah kurangnya asupan gizi seimbang sejak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan inovasi produk makanan sehat berbentuk frozen food berbahan dasar ikan patin dan daun kelor yang kaya akan nutrisi, serta diintegrasikan dengan sistem QR Code menuju aplikasi “KA OLIF”. Aplikasi ini menyediakan informasi edukatif mengenai cara penyajian dan manfaat gizi camilan sehat, yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran orang tua terhadap pola konsumsi anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil dari pengembangan sistem menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi QR Code dan aplikasi edukatif dapat mempermudah penyampaian informasi secara praktis dan interaktif. Inovasi ini tidak hanya menghadirkan solusi pangan sehat, namun juga menjadi media edukatif yang mendukung program pemerintah dalam menurunkan angka stunting. This study aims to develop a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) that is able to map MSMEs that have been halal certified in the Asahan Regency area. This system is designed using the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and CodeIgniter framework. The research methodology used is qualitative with a literature study approach, interviews, and observations. In the system that is built, users can see the location of MSMEs interactively through a digital map, as well as information related to products and halal status. The implementation results show that this system makes it easier for the Ministry of Religion to manage halal MSME data and helps the public access this information effectively. This system is expected to be an innovation that increases public trust in halal products, and encourages MSME actors to immediately take care of halal certification. In addition, this GIS supports transparency, education, and public services in the halal economy sector at the local level.

Abstrak: Di era digital saat ini, kebutuhan akan informasi yang cepat dan akurat sangat penting, terutama bagi masyarakat Muslim dalam memastikan kehalalan produk yang dikonsumsi. Kabupaten Asahan memiliki banyak UMKM yang belum seluruhnya memiliki sertifikasi halal, sehingga menyulitkan masyarakat untuk mengidentifikasi produk yang sesuai syariat Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis web yang mampu memetakan UMKM yang telah tersertifikasi halal di wilayah Kabupaten Asahan. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, basis data MySQL, dan framework CodeIgniter. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, wawancara, dan observasi. Dalam sistem yang dibangun, pengguna dapat melihat lokasi UMKM secara interaktif melalui peta digital, serta informasi terkait produk dan status kehalalan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini memudahkan Kementerian Agama dalam mengelola data UMKM halal dan membantu masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi tersebut secara efektif. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi inovasi yang meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap produk halal, serta mendorong pelaku UMKM untuk segera mengurus sertifikasi halal. Selain itu, SIG ini mendukung transparansi, edukasi, dan pelayanan publik dalam sektor ekonomi halal di tingkat lokal.
