PAUD does not only focus on cognitive aspects, but also on moral education, aqidah,… , and worship. Through the habituation of Islamic values, good examples from parents, and positive communication, holistic education can be achieved. The type of research used in this study is library research with a qualitative approach. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from various sources such as journals, books, official reports, and other credible and relevant documents. By integrating formal and informal education approaches, it is hoped that future generations can grow into individuals with noble morals and faith. The conclusion of this article emphasizes that the role of parents as primary educators is very important in shaping children's character in accordance with Islamic teachings. One way to create the instillation of religious and moral values from an early age is to provide learning in the form of hadiths given to early childhood through a learning method in early childhood education institutions.

HADITHS ON CHARACTER EDUCATION: THEMATIC AND CONTEXTUAL ANALYSIS

Muhammad Alif Aulia Rahman, Romlah Abu Bakar Askar, Abdul Ghofur
Abstract: Character education is a fundamental aspect of shaping individuals with noble character. In Islam, the hadiths of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ contain numerous character values that serve as life guidelines, such as honesty, trustworthiness,… stworthiness, patience, justice, and compassion. This article aims to examine the hadiths related to character education using thematic and contextual approaches. Employing a literature study method, this research collects, categorizes, and analyzes hadiths concerning noble character, then correlates them with the current socio-cultural context. The findings indicate that the values in hadiths are not only relevant for forming Muslim personalities during the Prophet’s time but are also highly applicable in addressing moral challenges in the modern era. The thematic approach aids in systematically summarizing moral messages, while the contextual approach enriches understanding of the original spirit of the teachings. This study recommends integrating hadith-based character values into education as part of an effort to build a generation with strong ethics and integrity.

INTEGRATING ISLAMIC ETHICS AND CLINICAL SAFETY IN SUNNAH CUPPING THERAPY SERVICES

Isdianto, Andik, Fitrianti, Novariza, Arif, Abdul Hamid, Widada, Wahyudi
Abstract: Sunnah cupping therapy (al-hijamah) is a popular Islamic healing method practiced globally. Despite its spiritual roots, it poses clinical risks, including infections, vasovagal shock, and procedural inconsistencies, often… en due to non-sterile tools and untrained practitioners. This study aims to explore how Islamic ethical values—sincerity (ikhlas), trust (amanah), and halal compliance—can be integrated with clinical responsibilities such as sterilization protocols, informed consent, and therapist competency. A thematic qualitative literature review was conducted using Islamic jurisprudence, fatwas (DSN-MUI), WHO and Ministry of Health (Indonesia) guidelines from 2015–2025. Findings reveal that neglecting the maqashid sharia principle of hifzh an-nafs (protection of life) contradicts both Islamic ethics and medical safety. Sunnah cupping services rooted in both spiritual values and professional protocols are more trusted by Muslim patients and improve therapeutic legitimacy. This study highlights the urgent need for national SOPs, certified training, and the development of Islamic cupping clinics with integrated protocols. These clinics can serve as models of sharia-compliant, clinically responsible health services. The research offers practical recommendations for Islamic medical institutions and policy-makers in strengthening Islamic-based complementary therapies in modern healthcare systems.

Halitopo, Manase, Yikwa , Pemius, Kogoya, Napius
Abstract: This study centered on the Lendawi (The Lanny Tribe Lamentation): Its Structure, Types, and Socio-Cultural Values. This Lendawi, as part of the Lanny culture, should be carried out by the Lanny community. The objectives… are (1) to explain the structure of the Lendawi (Lanny lamentation), (2) to find out the type of stanza among the Lanny tribe, (3) to discuss on what occasions the Lendawi (Lanny lamentation) lamented, and (4) to elaborate the socio-cultural values contained in the Lendawi (Lanny lamentation). This research is qualitative because it only gives explanations about a problem in the form of words, not numbers. The writer found a structural pattern in the lendawi structure. Pattern (1) for men: silent trigger (inhale) + men starting pattern (2) for women: silent trigger (inhale) + women starting. Occasion: (1) to mourn the death of twenty-one people; (2) to welcome the new family who has just returned from a foreign land; (3) to release the family member to go overseas; (4) to release a girl to marry and follow her husband; (5) to remember a family member who has died; (6) to thank people for offering; (7) to mourn for a person who looks similar to a family member (dead or alive); and (8) to think about hard work in the garden that used to be shared with other family members (either dead or alive but living in some other place). Types of stanzas range from 3 lines (triplet) up to 12 lines (sonnet) or more. Sociocultural values are as follows: 1. Kinship address, 2. Using local cultural expressions, e.g., “rainfall,” “white, 3. Mount Tari, 4. The Donggi and Konda rivers 5. The Walem bird 6. The Gweage River, 9. The Ugwa River, 12. The Prikokir Bird 13. Special respect for uncles (mother’s brothers), 14. The Mukoko Clan, and 15. Grandmother as a protector for orphans.

INTEGRATING SHARIA VALUES AND MEDICAL STANDARDS IN SAFE AND ETHICAL SUNNAH CUPPING PRACTICES

Isdianto, Andik, Fitrianti, Novariza, Arif, Abdul Hamid, Widada, Wahyudi
Abstract: Sunnah cupping therapy (hijamah) is a form of prophetic medicine that combines spiritual and therapeutic dimensions but often lacks adherence to clinical safety standards. This study aims to analyze the urgency of integrating… ating Sharia values—particularly maqashid shariah (protection of life) and la dharara wa la dhirar—with emergency medical protocols in sunnah cupping practice. The research uses a normative-qualitative literature review method. Data were collected from recent academic sources and analyzed through content analysis to develop an ethical and procedural framework. Findings reveal that sunnah cupping carries clinical risks such as infection, bleeding, and vasovagal shock when performed without medical protocols. The integration of Sharia and medical principles is operationalized through emergency training, Islamic-based SOPs, and education-regulation mechanisms rooted in maqashid. Core Islamic ethics—such as ikhlas (intention), amanah (trust), and tathir al-adawat (sterilization)—are essential moral pillars within the clinical service model. This study concludes that the integration of Sharia values with emergency medical preparedness is a critical need in the practice of sunnah cupping. The study recommends the development of standardized curricula, clinic certification, and first aid (CPR) training for therapists to ensure safety, professionalism, and religious legitimacy.

Sujanah, Nanah, Maisaroh, Ima, Ngulwiyah, Istinganatul
Abstract: This study aims to develop an instrument to assess the effectiveness of a religious character education program in addressing the moral degradation of students. The research employs a development model (research and design)… gn) based on primary data collected through a questionnaire consisting of 20 statements aligned with 10 indicators of character education. These indicators include understanding religious values, internalization of values, honesty, responsibility, tolerance, consistency in religious attitudes, social care, discipline in spiritual relationships, and satisfaction with the program. The research instrument uses a rating scale ranging from 1 to 5 and is validated by three education experts from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP). The sample consists of 25 first-semester students from the 2024-2025 academic year, class 1A of the Agribusiness Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Untirta. Data analysis includes content validity testing using Aiken’s V formula and intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC) for reliability testing. Empirical validity testing employs product moment analysis, and reliability testing uses Cronbach's alpha, analyzed using SPSS version 23. The findings reveal that: (1) Based on the content validity test, out of 20 statement items, 16 items demonstrate very high validity, and 4 items show 2 high validity, with an average content validity score of 1.000, interpreted as very high. The reliability test using intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC) yields an average measure of 0.971, indicating excellent instrument reliability. (2) From the empirical test results, out of 20 items, 19 items are valid, and 1 item is invalid, with a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.853 (>0.7), confirming the instrument's reliability. Therefore, the validated questionnaire consisting of 20 items is deemed suitable for measuring the effectiveness of the religious character education program

Isdianto, Andik, Al Indunissy, Nuruddin, Fitrianti, Novariza, Arif, Abdul Hamid, Widada, Wahyudi
Abstract: Fasting is a religious practice that not only holds spiritual significance in Islamic teachings but also contributes substantially to the body's physiological repair. This study aims to examine the relationship between Islamic… slamic fasting—particularly Ramadan and sunnah fasting—and cellular repair processes through biological mechanisms such as autophagy, cell regeneration, and mitochondrial function enhancement. Using an integrative literature review method, this study synthesized findings from scientific and Islamic sources retrieved from databases including PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar from 2015 to 2025. The findings reveal that fasting positively affects systemic inflammation reduction, improved insulin sensitivity, metabolic regulation, and the prevention of premature aging and degenerative diseases. Moreover, fasting strengthens psychological and spiritual dimensions, supporting mental health and enhancing emotional resilience. This synergy between biological and spiritual benefits highlights fasting as a holistic health strategy. The study affirms that Islamic values align with modern preventive health principles and offer a solid foundation for spiritually based health promotion. Further research is recommended to evaluate specific biomarkers related to fasting-induced cell regeneration.

TYPOLOGY OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES IN ISLAMIC EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS: A SHARIAH ECONOMIC PERSPECTIVE

Rifaudin , Ahmad, Bayu Pramono, Zainal Muttaqin, Agus Gunawan, M A Tihami
Abstract: The complexity of the global economy and demands for accountability drive the need for a comprehensive study of financial management strategy typologies that align with the characteristics of Islamic educational institutions… ions and Islamic economic principles. This research aims to identify, classify, and analyze financial management strategy typologies in Islamic educational institutions from an Islamic economic perspective. Effective financial management presents a major challenge for Islamic educational institutions facing global economic complexity and accountability demands, while most still rely on conventional models that have not fully accommodated Islamic values. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA protocol, this research analyzed 6 selected articles from 77,522 articles identified from three major academic databases. The results revealed five typologies of financial management strategies in Islamic educational institutions: (1) pure sharia principles-based that emphasize sharia compliance, maqashid sharia, and justice; (2) audit and accountability-based that focus on legal compliance, transparency, and fraud prevention; (3) governance and professionalism-based that prioritize financial manager competence; (4) management function-based that include planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision; and (5) integration of Islamic values into the education system. Despite showing different characteristics, all typologies aim to achieve financial sustainability while maintaining sharia compliance. This research provides a conceptual framework that can serve as a reference in developing adaptive and contextual financial management models according to the characteristics of Islamic educational institutions.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES IN SUNNAH CUPPING THERAPY: A CLINICAL REVIEW AND ISLAMIC ETHICAL PERSPECTIVE

Isdianto, Andik, Fitrianti, Novariza
Abstract: Sunnah cupping therapy is widely recognized as part of prophetic medicine with spiritual and therapeutic benefits. However, its implementation often overlooks potential medical emergencies, especially when conducted without… out proper safety protocols. This study aims to identify types of medical emergencies associated with sunnah cupping therapy through a critical literature review. A descriptive-qualitative approach was used, based on a systematic review of scientific publications from 2010 to 2024 obtained from databases such as PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. The results revealed seven major types of complications in cupping practice: infections (local to systemic), severe bleeding and hematoma, vasovagal and hypovolemic shock, allergic reactions, burns (in fire cupping), neurological responses (epilepsy), and dissociative psychological responses (possession). These complications are primarily caused by the lack of medical screening, limited practitioner training, and absence of emergency handling protocols. The study emphasizes the urgency of integrating Islamic ethical values with emergency medical standards in cupping practice. It recommends enhancing public education, practitioner certification, and clinical regulations to ensure patient safety.
